CHSN had Marcum Asia as an auditor since 2022, registered in the PCAOB, and it was a literal P&D, don't be so gullible, these China companies are a piece of shit, there's a reason why they are at the price they are. Anyways, people are gullible and will fall into these narratives and lose their money once the dump on the P&D becomes real. If you wanna trade it short term that's fine but I'm sure there will be regarded persons (That don't know when to exit) who lose a lot of money because of these misleading posts making it look as if this stock was an "under the radar" investment.
It's a scam, same setup as CHSN, literally the same, apparent "clean" balance sheet, and good cash position with stable net income but it's a chinese scam, they haven't uploaded anything to their chinese website in 5 years even though their main operations should be in China, they live off of appearing in the US exchange. If you want to scalp or trade it short term as a P&D it's okay but for the love of god don't fall into these scam stocks and think of it as a legit company to invest.

I'm an idiot and bought into CHSN right before they reverse split. It's been cratering ever since. Down about 70%. Do I cut my losses? It's my first big loss like this so I'm not sure

And regarding that shortsqueezerr guy who deleted his account, well, he reopened a new one as u/Hunternotpumper but failed this time in his second attempt to pump and dump CHSN again. I think he must have lost big this time because he deleted this account too as soon as reverse split was announced. I just hope that no one listened to him again on this second attempt to dump his bag.

Borrow rate shot up overnight from 8% to 144% two days in a row now. Sometimes these RS pop hard on day two. No one else posting about it yet. Yes they filed for a shelf, but they said they wont ever issue more than 1/3rd the amount of current float (~1M shares) in a 12 month time-frame. So if they issue shares... they would issue at most 300k leaving tradable float around 700k-800k... Pretty wild! no one reads the filings? I charted a few gaps. CHSN. Didn't buy much, but lost half of it in three days this week lol. At least I didn't buy in January, it's at a 99% loss YTD

Yup when you’re wrong… you’re wrong, and I was surely wrong about the timing on this. I figured there would be at least news about an upcoming meeting before the RS.. but they had meeting on the 1st and no one knew. I lucked out and got into WULF this AM which buffered the hit I took on CHSN. I may buy back into it at some point but will probably wait until after the RS because I expect there will be more dilution since the float will be so small.. GL my friend. It’s a Chinese penny at the end of the day so it’s unpredictable. Could fly back to 10 cents in AH or go to 2 cents.. never do know for sure! I do agree that their financials are a hell of a lot better than other Chinese penny stocks though.

You are lucky to get some good advice. I remember when I first played stocks. I lost quit a bit. Smart enough to trade out some SPY to buy China stocks. Years later…I burn the bridge and accept the los. I don’t mean don’t trade China stocks, but trade what you can afford to lose. Congrats on CHSN.

What's your avg $RAYA? Sure, it can go. Every ticker can go no matter the circumstances. Ok very fast check $RAYA havr better cash position, they get in more then they spend, $CHSN seems like had debts. But was probably because of that they did the dilution, but it's over now. BUT $RAYA have RS coming which don't attract investors like you probably already know, else you need to change interest or learn more. $CHSN DON'T have any RS coming, no planned shareholders vote meeting planned to decide about RS (that's known about. I would definitely say $CHSN it's in a much better position for a well either PD up to 0.20-22.5, or a mice squeeze up to 0.50. No matter what THIS is not a financial advise!

BTAI you mean? If so, then I have no idea what’s going on with it, but I entered at 1.70 and exited at 4.55 and it kept pumping. It wasn’t sustainable at 3-4, and now it’s at 7. Hitting myself for selling, but profit is profit and their catalyst date is quickly approaching which means a quick dump at any point after a 400% gain in a week. It’s IXHL 2.0, and I hope folks take profits and don’t get too greedy. I have positions in TNFA and CHSN, caught CHSN below 0.01 but waited on TNFA and decided to add during AH and got in at 0.11 after making sure volume was serious. If I read the patterns right, TNFA will do what BTAI and IXHL did. I’ll be safe and sell at 200-300% if it goes that high, and I’ll set a stop loss for -20%. I have a position it ATCH as well, but haven’t check the others. I’ll have a look tonight. I tend to choose 3 short term plays a week , and 3 medium-long term plays in my “just for fun” portfolio. Going for TNFA, CHSN, and SOUN (not a penny stock I know) this week, while my mid-long term are NVNI, ELTP, and CTM.
$TNFA, $CHSN, $CASK and $SHOT drops were over-rated imo unlike $BBAI which was justified. I think $CTM is about to steal $BBAI business with the new subsidiary $CTM setup. Stay tuned! ;) Is $AMPX the only high energy lithium ion silicone anode play out there? There has got to be more options! I know $SES and $MVST fill the lower density energy markets, and $EOSE seems to be the only pure play zinc battery solution…but who else is a good battery play?

Risky play but CHSN has 31 million in volume yesterday compared to its 500k 10-day. These Chinese stocks suck but when they pump the pump hard and quick before a dump.

Got in on RAYA last week -- Bagholding slightly but I have confidence both CHSN and RAYA will turn bright freaking green this week (moreso on CHSN tho but hey)
Called last week CHSN..now look RAYA..if both offerings are closed with shares and warrants out.. they could have max. around 200 mln shares outstanding. Now look at the revenues around 10 mln and no debts..and look at the mrkt cap before the offering with 35 mln shares outstanding...it was around 75 cap mrkt..now 200 mln shares * 0.07...14 mln cap mrkt with 10 mln cash in hand after 2 offerings. It could pop very very soon. Adding up they are talking for partnerships with 2 major companies in Middle east and UK.

Offering at .50 recently which caused the big dive.. but I think it was an overreaction. There are a lot of companies in much worse shape than CHSN that aren’t as cooked as this. My opinion is that a ride up is imminent..

With rate cut FED in the next months i think there are some sectors that could benefit for example real estate or some bitcoin miner like clsk that is undervalued in my opinion cause btc will soar around 150k EOY. If you want a pennystock ready to bounce now CHSN it's the best and safest with cash in hand after the offering and profitable company with new shops opening. They did one offering in 2023, 2024 and in 2025 to open new shops. Every year it bounced. Not 100k but 10% could worth it.

Raze, the chart of CHSN looks attractive to me, but I look at their record. First day of IPO price was $4 and dropped to 38.75% as its closed. Ref to the info online, it’s a baking company. I bought 1k shares, since the entry threashold is so low. What’s appealing to you?

8 mln offering closed in June, revenue increasing, it's profitable and they use offerings to open new stores. They do one offering every year. Who invested last month want bank their investments and with warrants the price must go around 0.20.. Every year the price pops after every offering with huge spike. I think CHSN has more legs...just my opinion

Looked up CHSN's chart; Lowest: 0.102 on 15.07.25. Highest: 0.135 on 24.07.25. Right now it's at 0.093. I think it should at least be able to fill the gap at 0.20 not to mention there's also another gap at 0.50. Just my opinion.
