FPS is a big fucking deal. I don't know if it will plow the earth or shave the sky, but that's a stock you want to be in over the next couple of years.

FPS Forgent EROC, formerly enchanted rock TE is too risky because of rate increases, unless they get that government grant. FRVO is interesting but risky in the short term. Long term could be awesome. BE is hot but hydrogen is not. I won't touch it due to the hype. GEV of course Avoid INIO over EROC. INIO was a debt dump on shareholders. SHLS NXT FSLR SMR nuclear is too far out and uncertain, too hyped up.

Lots of misinformation here. you dont seem to understand what the drivers for the stock price are. GTA 6 does not need to sell hunderds of milions of copies, they need a measly 30-35M copies sold within 4 months up until FY2027 is over, and combined with all their other inflows of money they will smash the projected target of 8.2B. I have informed myself on the state of the game as well as its mechanics, gameplay, story length etc. Everything looks out of the ordinary and way above expectations with a couple of smaller things that looked off (like animations or the 30FPS limitation) most of it just being redditors and their immediate jump to conclusions and hating on something that is not out yet. However, the game "GTA 6" will not have loot boxing (i dont even know how you got to that) or anything similar, GTA 6 Online is an other story though. While it is true that their GAAP was unprofitable for 4 years, this was mainly due to zynga acquisition and some stock based compensation for restructuring and shit. They have set their sales target actually very low. 8.2B is for every single IP and not exclusively for GTA 6. So I am fairly convinced that the expectations are going to get blown out of the water, and obviously you will institutions taking profits. thats what happens when a stock runs high.

Haha fair call — dev habits dying hard. I was proud of the zero-lag canvas rendering when scrubbing IV and time sliders, but I realize now that 60 FPS is not a metric options traders usually look for in a risk profile chart 😂 What I meant is that it does instant client-side Black-Scholes recalculations without server latency or stuttering.
How are you feeling about FPS these days? I picked up some stock on the late July dump and then again more today. Reddit is not aware of this one yet. There are a very small number of threads on it. I've done the basic research so I think I know what I am getting into. It's scary out there right now, but electrification is still a problem, even if datacenters don't get built.
FPS has nothing to do with latency? So if all other things are even, a game on my PC running at 30 fps will have the same latency as a game running at 240fps?
Ok, let me make it clear, fps has nothing to do with latency. you can have low latency 30fps stream that feels much smoother than 120fps high latency stream. FPS is dependant on bandwidth(the Mbps) and that is no longer an issue anymore with fiber and 5g........BUT, latency can be awful if you are physically far away from a data center. For casual gamers, i agree with you, they won't notice much difference but anyone who is semi-serious about a good gamin experience would not like a latency of anything more than 30/40 ms.
FPS wise I think its the opposite unless we are including raytracing
