Go look at INO history. 2004-09-13 1:4 (reverse) 2014-06-06 1:4 (reverse) 2024-01-25 1:12 (reverse) So, 1000 INO shares bought prior to September 13th, 2004 would equal to 5.2 INO shares today. Ask me how I know, hehe. I am down 98.12%, since 2020. I keep the stock as a reminder to pay attention to reverse splits (it's in an IRA, so no loss harvesting).

I’m sorry you’ve had to pay such an expensive tuition to come to the point of only having scratch ticket $ leftover. I’ve been in those same shoes. Mine was on INO in 2020. Had $250k in shares and watched it disappear that summer after the CEO basically admitted to providing fraudulent data on their DNA vaccine. I got out with $30k or so but man…that loss put me off trading for a while and I went down the path of “how do I ascertain and trust what companies are worth $250k of my funds”.

My penny stocks: $PXLW Pixelworks $AGEN Agenus $INO Inovio $NVTS Navitas Semiconductor $PAYS Paysign All subject to MMs of course, buy Paysign actually made profit and is probably the best bet. Pixelworks has some promising tech with which Apple and Disney are involved (Cameron's Avatar: Way of Water used it). The biotechs are very speculative, but PTN, INO have promising P3s in the work that could be home runs. AGEN has a large pipeline of P2s. PTN sold an approved drug license (Vyleesi/Bremelanotide) and has revenue.
PXLW is my bet. It's been good to me so far. $2.70 right now, but has some dealings with DIS and AAPL ... Mobile video hardware and software (TLDR); lots of potential as I see. May be slightly overvalued what with the recent tech surges, but volatility may provide a good entry point and news will surge it higher. PAYS is doing good for a micro cap. It's small but profitable. Prepaid cards for plasma centers in Nevada and other rewards programs (TLDR); It's a great risk. Biopharma has me grabbing my ankles lately with P&Ds, RSs, and dilution, but my penny plays are INO, PTN, and AGEN. After further review, I think your contract may be in tact, however the deliverables of an executed call contract would be 8 converted INOVIO shares + $2.31 cash (delivered later). However they are saying they can't execute a contract, but you can sell your position, which may not have any liquidity. If you have a call contract, I would ask them to find some way to execute it and get out of it with a reasonable price. The INO share is currently trading at $7.95 at the time of this message.
You know, the way you are using the dollar sign is really irritating and confusing. In English, the dollar sign goes to the left of the numerals. It's because the multiplier is still 100. If you were to exercise this 3 strike call, you would pay $300, and in return you would receive 8 shares of INO and $2.31 cash. But you would not want to exercise even if you could, because it is way out of the money. Unfortunately you may not be able to sell it either, because there is no bid.

Adjustments happen all the time. I never go a year of options trading without having at least one of my positions adjusted (usually normal forward splits, though). It's a common occurrence, so how can they not have a way for clients to manage them easily?
Looks like it pertains to the past conversion of IN shares to INO as that now pertains to the now non-standard January ‘25 LEAPS (not 100 shares) that resulted from the stock conversion. Then my head exploded ….

Sell losers and hold winners is indeed what Buffet says. But I was doing a deeper dive into my closed trades fromt the past couple years, and selling my winners saved my ass a bunch of times. For example, sold INO at $14 now at 40 cents. Sold NVAX at $217 and at $267, now at $7. SPCE at $49. AMC at $40 and at $61. A few others. These were all over 100% winners that could've turned into huge losers. OTOH I sold MRNA at $46 after it doubled and that would've been a 20 bagger if I'd sold at the top.
But it is trading on the 24 hr robbin hood along with nvda Microsoft tesla INO and others. I think they want us to buy!! 🤪

I must be lucky. All the locations I have had in CA and NV are great. INO is still my favorite burger, but Wendy's is easily my favorite national chain. I despise both BK and MD, but Jack is consistent and I haven't been to a CJ in years. Popeyes is the best fried chicken by a large margin (haven't had Church's or Mary Browns) but El Pollo Loco is the best fast food chicken period.

INO. The pioneer in DNA medicine, the medicine of the future, about to cure all kinds of cancers within the next 5 years. Trading for a buck at the moment.
Biopharma can take years to monetise. Take a look at INO pipeline and where they are at, and how much money got poured in. Theyll probably have to get a partner for funding because 15m wont cut it, and data to go phase 3 with FDA preapproval will be years out.
Well, you should never commit all your life savings to a penny stock, INO. I rarely get involved with them (buy them), but I do like to browse, as there’s fun, new and dynamic technology and ideas to be found. All of it (most of it) will never translate to financial profits, as any idea that gains traction get ripped off/duplicated by larger corps. Anyway, I liked this company because they are well funded, and they are not hoping on 1 or 2 drugs to make their fortune. The company actually has a decent portfolio, AND it seems to have some brand recognition in Australia.
