$LEXX normally averages higher volume, the past 3 days has only been seeing 1/10 the volume. Had a week of great news last week, and gave a presentation today (https://ir.lexariabioscience.com/presentations). They have a technology that I think can change pharma. Just needs volume again imo

I am familiar with them and the drug delivery system. They are not the first ones to have tried these sorts of lipid-based drug delivery systems. I remember well the multiple biotechs that jumped on the liposome bandwagon 20, 25 years ago and subsequently went out of business. then there are biotechs that thought the future was in PEGylation. Always looks good on paper and on the benchtop, much tougher to translate to humans. LEXX is going after the GLP-1 market with the drug delivery systems so the comment about the crowded nature of the market applies. Funded "into 2026"... umm you do realize 2026 is only two months away? If their most advanced product is only in Phase 1 then they have probably 2 to 3 more years of clinical trial work to go. They are going to have raise alot more funds. I'm not gonna argue, you like the stock and seem like a good guy. Big pharma rarely buys out tiny biotechs with very little cash. If you're patient you can follow the stock and get in well under a dollar sometime next year (or in 2027). Good luck to ya goodfellar! 🙂
I think the issue with LEXX is they started as a cannabis stock and its been hard to shed the association even though dehyratech seems to work well with several drugs/compounds. If they can get a major partner onboard, it will legitimize them. GLPs may be the path for them, but that really requires the likes of NVO or LLY to take notice or have a need to pursue the lower side effects.
LEXX has a MTA with an unknown big pharma co that may or may not proceed with us after they view our upcoming Phase 1b GLP-1/ CBD clinical study results due this quarter. Speculators are leaning towards it being Novo but it could be anyone!

what are we thinking about $LEXX? I had bought in a few days ago after seeing their positive results for semaglutide delivery, and then today they went up nearly 100% after hours. I don't remember who mentioned it, but they are a saint.
I don't get a lot of chips to play with for good reason, but my strategy has been to buy 100 shares of stocks like these every week. I am targeting flatliners that are in the dollar price area, many have popped well for me - CISO, OCGN, PROK, URG, SMTK, LEXX, CTMX, OPEN, MAPS, DVLT, URG. Open especially, what I would have given to go all in back in June when it caught my eye around .50 a share
LEXX has a patented delivery system that works with virtually all lipophilic drugs (most drugs are lipophilic). LEXX's DehydraTech will work well into the future with present drugs and one's that haven't been invented yet. GLP drugs are gaining many new uses every day and LEXX holds the key to the successful delivery of these drugs.
This isn’t just about creating an oral pill… The biggest issue plaguing GLP1 drugs right now is adverse effects - about half of all patients stop within 2 years because of them. LEXX has been able to demonstrate a 40-60% reduction in AEs for the three largest GLP1s available. (Liraglutide, semaglutide, and tirzepatide). And their technology can be applied to existing drugs as well. It’s a game changer.
This is my accumulation zone for sure. The more I read the more I like. I’m not sure on specific date but the MTA. Here is a little help from you know who lol. Why I’m Bullish on $LEXX (Lexaria Bioscience) 1. Unique Position in GLP-1 Delivery – LEXX’s DehydraTECH platform can make oral delivery of large, injectable-only drugs possible. Right now, GLP-1 drugs (like semaglutide and tirzepatide) are the hottest thing in biotech, and LEXX is the only public company with a proven oral delivery tech in human studies for these drugs. 2. Ongoing Human Trials – The current GLP-1-H24-4 trial has multiple arms, including one with tirzepatide (Lilly’s blockbuster). This isn’t a mouse study—it’s human clinical data, which is the milestone that usually catches Big Pharma’s attention. Topline results are expected late Q3–early Q4 2025. 3. MTA Mystery – LEXX signed a Material Transfer Agreement earlier this year with an undisclosed Fortune 500 pharma company to test DehydraTECH with their proprietary molecules. They haven’t said who, but in the GLP-1 space, the realistic candidates are very limited—think Novo Nordisk or Eli Lilly territory. 4. Patent Moat – Over 40 patents globally, covering delivery of GLP-1s, nicotine, cannabinoids, NSAIDs, and more. Even if GLP-1 is the current market darling, LEXX could monetize in multiple verticals. 5. Why This Matters – If their human trial shows meaningful efficacy and safety, it’s a de-risking event for the tech. That opens the door for licensing, co-development, or outright acquisition.

From time to time I keep up with the following. - Inmed Pharma - INM: but they keep reverse splitting and diluting. I hope the Alzheimer research goes somewhere. They'll continuously need more money and wont find partnerships yet since Big Pharma will continue to wait out legislative developments. - Medipharm Labs - LABS : was a long time favorite of mine. Very connected, delivered for opioid trials, ex CEO of Purdue Pharma Canada as CEO. But they are now dealing with a hostile takeover attempt and they will need to spend time and resources on that, which is a hige distraction and insecurity. - Incannex healthcare- IXHL: was interesting for Sleep apnea - until hype pumpers took over and now it is simply a pump and dump stock that will go through some cycles of swing trades until all the pumpers, that barely know the company name, leave. There is also a lot of competition for sleep apnea lately. So it might be case closed here. - Lexaria biosciences - LEXX: they will probably reverse split sooner or later to remain on nasdaq. They still have a "big" partnership to reveal so this might help. But Kennedy isn't favorable on GLP drugs anymore. So the government is gonna work against this. - Sandoz for the biosimilars. Where syntethic cannabinoids come in. But again, to be seen ifbthe government supports this. Biden pushed for lower drug prices by supporting generics. I don't see the current administration moving on that direction. - Charlotte's Web- CWBHF: lots of ties to pharma and tobacco companies. You'd think this stock price would be a lot higher. But ot never seems to get any love. And time and governmental delays work against the potential of success. - Aurora cannabis- ACB: they've chosen a stronger focus on medical grade cannabis - internationally - , compared to other "mainstream" weedstocks. But of course, it all depends on politics. - Tilray - TLRY: they are advancing studies. But they are obviously spread to thin. What was an advantage in the beginning, to bet on the broad spectrum of cannabis potential (alcohol, medical, recreational, CPG) is now biting them in the *ss. Since, again, ot all hinges on legislation and it is now only taking up resources. They'll need to consolidate themselves so we will see what remains of those expensive studies.. Generally soeaking the pharmaceuticalization of the tobacco sector is interesting to keep track off. And the Abott laboratories type of companies for GMO seeds. But, as stated, it all depends on politics at the moment. And delays, time, is the enemy of financial resources. So it is not favorable at the moment. I would not be surprised to see several of these companies go belly up in the next couple of years.
This is my own D.D. deduction. $LEXX do MTA with an unknown Pharma Co. Results from GLP-1 studies are successful so far. A $2,000,000 worth of shares buyout at $1 each has been made by a single individual. Novo Nordisk as just fired their CEO after 8 years of service even after he led the company to the top of their sector. All this because rival company Eli Lilly took 1st place in the segment with their obesity pill success. Now, the creators of Ozempic need a new CEO and, a new technology or something revolutionary in order to get back at the top of their game. This is where Lexaria comes in play. DehydraTECH has already proven better than Eli Lilly's Tirzepatide (or Semaglutide.. I don't know) pill. Is Novo Nordisk the secret Pharma Co. in the MTA negotiations? I have no clue. But Lexaria Bioscience have a secret ingredient who surpasses Eli Lilly's product who just surpassed Novo Nordisk. I did my D.D. and I may be completely offside.. then again, it's almost like some stars are aligning themselves imho. We will see. Holding 950 share and need more.

LEXX is a conglomerate who manufactures THC and CBD edibles. Once pot is legal throughout the US, this company will have products in every liquor and grocery store. This is a great 15-20 year investment. CVM is a medical company who's about to have a cancer drug approved by the FDA. This stock will quintouple in the next year.
When you look at these companies such as LEXX, they only have 6 people on staff. Doesn't instill trust.

Where do you check for catalysts? Lexx is one of two biopharmas in in, so new category for me. Lots of potential with LEXX in hypertension, drug delivery, and super small float.
I checked biopharmacatalyst and a few other sources but didn't see a LEXX expectation. I'll keep an eye on it. Something else I thought was interesting was LPTX popped after hours on Friday without any apparent catalyst. That was another stock I was looking to see if they had anything coming this week.

Dude I’ve been in $ino for ever for this. Originally I was excited for their hpv efforts and results. It’s very manipulated everytime they’ve had good news the stock plummets. The thing is coiled hard and what’s beautiful about science is once we get the data out infront of the world, it’s going to make the US government look incompetent and hopefully expose more corruption in our current big pharma fda patty cake. I would also recommend looking into $LEXX they are infusing lipids with chemicals, Ai nicotine, Tylenol, cannabis etc.. basically what this means is everyone could produce with less product since our body is pretty inefficient at up taking drugs through our stomach. The lipid infusion allows it to be absorbed as a fat. Or something. You’re a doctor so I figured I’d chime in if you’re interested. I’m 6000 in INO and under 1000 on lexx due to the recent rs split

HSEEF, Hill Street Beverages which is a non alcoholic beverage company, has a line of cannabis infused non alcoholic wine using tech from lexaria ($LEXX). I have a small (roughly $100 USD) position in HSEEF and at watching LEXX closely, though do not currently have a position in it. I personally see this becoming a big thing in the next year or so. But I’m not a financial advisor and I don’t know what I’m doing. Don’t take my word for it. Just offering up relevant some info in a market segment with which I’m familiar. I eat crayons for breakfast and aluminum foil for dinner.
There is no more DD to it than this but LEXX has developed a technology currently used by weed companies to make edibles hit faster. 20 minutes from edible to high, compared to 40 to 60 normally.
