RIME and LODE. Because I thought people on reddit were stock gurus.
LODE and KULR earning call 👀
I’ve fairly new. Have been hesitant to do much with Comstock (LODE). Today I bumped my 49.5 shares up to 570. I’m feeling good about the their second quarter earnings report on Aug 14th. My NCL stock had a nice bump yesterday. Fell back a little today.
$LODE needs to be on the watchlist
If you ask this everyday it will never leave the top 10. $LODE is the way.
Comstock owns 70-75% of Bioleum which is now a private company . Series a investors like marathon are investing in bioleum at a 700m-1B market cap while comstock still sits at a 100 million market cap. We are hoping we can get bioleum at a discounted rate by buying LODE now while having the additional upside of the metals buisness . Bearishly this hinges on the market correlating the value of bioleums stock to the value of lodes stock when they IPO. Also negatively by holding LODE stock you can’t directly control your stake in Bioleum ( the company could trim its position size in bioleum down the road ) r/ComstockLODE has a ton of great dd if you haven’t seen it yet
With upcoming catalysts, I have decided to buy lode. If anyone is interested. Here are the catalysts: Comstock Inc. (LODE) – Upcoming Catalysts (July–August 2025) - Investor Presentation – July 30, 2025 Comstock will present its decarbonization strategy and growth roadmap to institutional investors, potentially increasing visibility and speculative interest. - Metals Facility Expansion Permitting – Late July 2025 Final permits expected for scaling its solar panel recycling operations, which use a proprietary zero-landfill process to recover high-margin materials. - Bioleum Spin-Off Execution – Ongoing through Q3 Comstock has completed the spin-off of its renewable fuels division into Bioleum Corp, backed by a $20M Series A investment. The company retains a majority stake. - Revenue Guidance Update – Late July 2025 Management raised full-year revenue forecast for its metals segment to over $3M, citing strong demand and new contracts.
$LODE is super underrated They have 2 main buisness models, they are the first solar panel recycler in North America to be able to recycle solar panels without sending any material to the landfill , 100% is reusable Second is renewable fuels through partial ownership of Bioleum. They have industry leasing yields from their process . We are waiting for Series a funding to close over the next couple months Do your DD on this one you won’t regret it r/ComstockLODE
Yea the OASIS + domains wins . Definitely did help , but X-mas Rally was for sure a thing. LODE, RVSN , KULR , OPTT all mooned , just to name a few . Also we had just gotten a rate Cut in December or November forgot which, so Small Caps were going ballistic . Russell 2000 was at an ATH
LODE is not a "critical player" in anything. It has a revenue of $750k a year. The biofuel thing is an interesting play if you think crude price might creep up, but I thought they spun that out.
interesting comparison but missing a key component: LODE owns part of Green Li-on which recycles batteries however their primary recycling focus is solar panels where they are the only certified zero landfill recycler in the US. They have an agreement with RWE and are currently scaling up - plan is to recycle 50,000 tons next year as they build out capacity now (from their existing facility which has been running for over a year). Admittedly, I don't know much about FOMO....
VKTX maybe. But I made money on them before I lost some and then sold. I’m still at my cost basis on CLOV. Maybe HUMA is the only one where I’m “down” but my new cost basis is around their current SP and I’m very bullish going forward so i don’t consider it a “loss” unless I’ve abandoned the position. ASML ironically (the darling of r/valueinvesting) may be my only big loser where I definitely lost money and never went back or DCAed down. And they’re still sideways since then lol. I opened small positions in a few companies based on very little DD and regretted it: LODE, RIME, etc. they weren’t high-conviction picks though. Ohh also remembered another winner. Got into RR at less than $1. Had a CB of like $.75, sold a lot at $4-5 and I’ll buy some more here and there below $2.
Hold CLRB, SIDU, LODE
HIMS, BBAI, TE, RR, LODE is what im keeping an eye on there's a lot od hype
LODE: Oil, silver, gold, land
LODE (Gold, silver, oil, land)
$LODE has climbed >100% since April off the back of big tangible catalysts, and there's many more to come in the next 3-6 months. I'm expecting it to be out of penny stock range (>$5) within a month or two. Look out for: -closure of series A financing, tranche 2 at 1b valuation - Bioleum offtake agreements with marathon petroleum - supply contracts for the 80% margin solar panel recycling business I'm a long term investor with high conviction and 100+ hours spent on DD for this company. I'm up ~60% with 78k shares, so not bagholding. DYOR
LODE - worth hold? Bought in at $3.56
$LODE continues its solid accumulation run up
They screwed the original investors (myself included) over pretty bad. It's not 80%, & they gave a good chunk of the new Co to themselves out of that. Plus, LODE can, & will, be diluted roughly 10X. I'd ook into the story they told us to get that dilution power before giving them any money. That's before the IPO dilutes further. I'm in pretty deep (the tech is solid, they really do have something different), but at this point, best I'm hoping for is for this to end in a class action suit or something; probably just get screwed though. Kind of pissed about it. I'd take a good hard look at what they pulled in the last, say, 7 months. Lot of bullshit. Whole lot of bullshit.
$LODE still crushing it
LODE is the king of pump and dumps haha
I have a $2.99 avg on LODE at 4000 shares so I'm up. But I wasn't part of that wave of people who threw thousands at it in January when there were people saying it was about to 3x-5x by like February or March. But yeah for me I don't feel scammed. It's doing well on my end.
As a previous KULR enthusiast, I've stepped into $LODE over last few months. Excited about the direction of this company now. Pump and dump past is potentially far behind it.
The only people holding LODE at his point are bagholders sitting on a loss and huffing hopium. Don’t join them.
LODE has been a pump and dump for 10 years, avoid it
Well then, the message is to sell KULR as quickly as possible. I thought perhaps their business prospects weren't so weak that they need to do reverse splits to stay listed. LODE was the most recent example for me where the stock went into the toilet after a 10 for 1 reverse split.
Nice! Really wishing I got into that. Still considering it... I managed to end the day green too, all thanks to SRM, UAVS, and LODE (incoming downvotes for that one). Time to study to oil/gas stocks now that the immediate rush has begun settling. Thinking I may take quick profits on that to parlay into ABCL.

I understand the down votes you're getting given the sub's relationship with LODE, but man you're 100% right and I've been enjoying it.
LODE slow climbing every day , chart looks great Hop in the water is warm
Good Ole LODE is on its comeback story
Not sure if you've still been keeping up, but $LODE now has revised their land sale agreement for upfront cash while closing their convertible notes to stop the constant stream of dilution, secured their "zero waste" certification to verify their recycling process, made an agreement with RWE for panel intake and received 2,000 tons from them, had metal billings go from $0.2M to $1.34M, and recently secured a storage expansion permit from Lyon County. Their Comstock Fuels sector has been officially finished the spin-off into a separate, private company "Bioleum" due to some requirement of Series A investors. I'm not certain if we're still getting shares of Bioleum, but Comstock still owns a large majority of the shares, so if they do monetize their holdings, the Bioleum valuation it should reflect on $LODE still. The Series A investors wanted to invest directly into fuels side of the business and not IPO until they have successfully executed, that's fine I guess. Bioleum have secured $20M of their $50M goal at the cost of \~1.8% equity, giving it a current valuation over $1B. So far, I'd like to think he's shown he is far more than "all talk" based on the progress of both their solar panels and fuels. Unfortunately, they also went from 23.8M outstanding shares to 32.65M diluting around 40% and tainted my gains due to some bad deals with convertible notes, which I speculate ended a couple weeks ago based on the words of the CEO hinting at \~32.5M outstanding shares and recent reduced sell pressure. With their upfront cash from the land sale and growing revenue I hope to see dilution slow down significantly, maybe only few percent more to fund the expansion of their facility.
$LODE! Looking like it could be setting up for it's final pennystocks pump 🚀🤞
LODE needs a mention! Do your own DD but it is in a good place.
$LODE buzzing again 👀
I've mentioned I have a small position in UROY and I think it might do well over time; at least it's been in the green more consistently than my other pennies, but that's not a high bar. Anyhow, they have upcoming earnings news on July 23, so it might be worth keeping an eye on to see whether they do better or worse out of that. I'm not going to jump around like a fool and spit out 25 AI generated paragraphs full of jargon, just my opinion. I'm still holding SLS. It's not doing great, the company just changed auditors, but I am still rooting for them and their cancer treatment to do better over time and it's not a huge position so I'm willing to wait. I finally gave up and sold NWTN at a loss lol. Sadly trading of fractionals is disallowed on INAB and I am forever stuck with 0.333 share haunting my stock list. LODE and RTX continue to disappoint. Good thing I also trade call options or I'd be broke from listening to this sub's advice lol. The money I've made in pennies has come from 1) my wishlist of randoms and watching them to run and 2) the nice person who called an IPO.
Bit of a difference here, IMO - they aren't "dropping" big names, they are working with big names which can be verified. In fact, it would seem that their priority is get 3rd party verification from reputable organizations to do so. I don't know much about GreenShift but Comstock is compliant, transparent, and relatively easy to vett. Not that the 1-day old account really matters but is a bit suspicious. Kind of have to ask yourself what is their motive? Short seller trying to cover? Two things can be true at the same time: they can indeed be validated by DOE/NREL but not be good stewards of a business. I think what's more likely is Comstock brought them and their patents (legit) into the fold and made sure they weren't in charge of running the business side of things. I'd also say that 70% of Bioleum isn't exactly "crumbs". Just my thoughts but I'd focus more on the CEO and look at their compliance history (different in the NYSE than OTC) and filings. Nice to have some background but this doesn't explain what is currently happening in LODE.
This ^^^^ Love to see a LODE short using FUD tactics and spinning the truth. It shows they are feeling the bullish momentum too. Why post now? What’s been happening lately?
I'm all for critical thinking, but there's a lot that is demonstrably wrong in this post. The simplest (and largest IMO) is the law suits claim, clearly trying to make people think that they were sued. Wrong. They were the complainant, they sued other companies for infringing on their parents. There are legitimate issues with how $GERS ended up, primarily around KK and DW not sufficiently protecting their IP and technology properly. Their key patent was ultimately invalidated, which undermined their entire business model. They've learnt from this. Comstock have a far stronger IP base. Clearly strong enough to get real, tangible, publicly acknowledged partnerships with HEXAS, Marathon, Renfuel, MIT/DOE/NREL... It does concern me that KK and DW diluted shareholders so hard to fund operations, often by using convertibles with their own companies, but there is zero evidence that this is occurring with LODE or Bioleum. Be cautious believing accounts made 1 day ago with 1 post....
Thanks for sharing I was going to yolo LODE
No LODE being discussed yet 😢
Buying LODE shares is a very cheap way to own some of a likely billion dollar IPO in Bioleum.
[https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1120970/000143774925018680/ex\_823710.htm](https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1120970/000143774925018680/ex_823710.htm) Here is the slightly more up-to-date pro forma of Comstock after they spun out the Fuels sector into a private company called Bioleum. Without fuels, R&D is down to $0.4M, net debt is $13.9M, and their total assets worth is increased to $154M. I'm now considering $LODE to just be a solar panel business that also has a majority stake in a potential billion dollar SAF company.

The not so hidden gem is shining bright under the light of the LODE! Just look at the amount of silver, aluminum, glass, copper, and silicon we get to extract from these solar panels! It’s the silver mine that never depletes, and the only completely green, 0 waste end of life solar solution in America. But wait there’s more: Between Metals, Mining, strategic investments, GenMat and freaking ((Bioleum))!! We’ve got gas from grass, oil from soil, it’s the future of combustible fuel, co-located near or at refineries. No fuss no muss, no expensive and dangerous shipping, no spills, no pollution, no toil! It’s DeGas pump that never runs out, no engine modifications required is mechanical genius to tout! Comstock is set to be the sustainable mission of a generation! Thanks to CDG, the team and the r/! Bioleum production loop with Hexas is carbon negative, so no worry: I’m just glad I was in early. Hang on tight: Shorts, bears and FUD? Say goodnight. Under $50/share? Early! The future is increasingly bright. Stay informed, don’t forget to hop on substack and read Whirly. Goodbye convertible note, hello to no more sell pressure and a booming share price, Team Green is ready to lock and LODE! This mission is set to grow HUGE, to explode! Thank you TC for your post and DD, bless you. To all the long bulls who took a seat at the table, who watched Penny Queen and did the reading, the feast is coming, we’ll be feeding. Stay tuned in the month of June, on the 10th David will talk about integrations with pulp and paper mills, lumber mills, fuel ethanol production facilities, yet ANOTHER catalyst that’ll take us to the moon 🌖 🚀♻️🏦💎
Think LODE will run this week then be the most talked about stock.
$LODE isn't even a nasdaq stock, it's NYSE lmao. They've never fallen out of compliance
LODE all day long. https://preview.redd.it/df24ze1ltl5f1.jpeg?width=1170&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=657558519a1fc9fa9585f107d871a067ce0e51b4
Too many big players working with and funding them that it feels significantly less risky. Series A values Bioleum at $1B (Comstock owns 70+%) and metals is already ramping up and expanding. Not a stock if you want to make a quick buck but if you're an investor it certainly seems to be worth a look (plenty of due diligence out there to help). Needless to say, I'm long LODE.
$LODE -- just added to Russell index, $1.1b fuels segment valuation recently, major catalysts over coming months. Never seen a management team with more confidence/momentum.
IPO will be after they achieve their 400,000-barrel-per-year commercial demo facility, so likely a couple years out. The only way to really capitalize on it now is investing indirectly through $LODE's 80% majority stake while it still has an $80M market cap. I expect progress on Bioleum execution to be de-risking steps that will cause the market cap to jump with every milestone.
I’ve always been more of a LODE guy.

Looking at their history, they're invested in $LODE. Cumstock Inc. Fitting. -70% YTD.
I've been sitting on CTM, HOLO, KULR, OPTT, INUV, EYEN, and LODE....I was making solid gains last year. Long story short, forgot to sell everything and ended up getting busy elsewhere. Looked back like 2 months ago and boom. Down 10k in these past 3 months. Been trying to wait it out but I'm missing too many other opportunities. Should I pull everything and take the hit?
Bruh I open your profile and see Cumstock LODE. That says alot about you. Just go back to that subreddit and circle jerk your boyfriends like a good boy
No Bro RIP 💀 DELL already does Rail AI & others im sure if you research . RVSN is the new LODE , SVMH
For those still in LODE , lube up . $50m shelf offering coming In Hot ! They reverse split now dilution 💀 bust it , dont trust it
If you’re thinking of holding long term, you’re better of selling before the split and buying back in after the dilution. I did this with LODE before they issued their split, and ended up with ~ 40% more shares than if I’d held.

I lost 20k when LODE dropped a couple months ago.. I thought it was all over for me. But then I put money on MOGL and made back everything I lost from LODE. Moral of the story is money can come and go brother. No reason to hurt yourself over something that is fixable.
