There is some validity to this in my opinion. People don’t necessarily do any DD on oil stocks and they’re just getting in on the oil trending up because of the war. Then if the channel opens up or oil drops, they will sell and drive the share price down. This will trigger other people stop losses and panic selling will occur. Volume will leave and the MMS will bring it down on low volume. The shorts will jump in and create havoc like they usually do and then people could be pissed off bag holding for months until they figure out that they actually own a good stock and it’s going to go up. Sometimes the market just doesn’t make any sense whatsoever. Just be alert. Trade accordingly. Good warning watch out for dropping oil maybe eonr will go against the trend.
