$PZZA (Papa Johns) bottoming and gaining momentum during an "anti-woke" administration, can't make this shiet up boys!
$64 for PZZA takeover can be considered cheap for a solid franchise compared to Dominos. Domino is sitting on 5b debt vs Papajohns 900m. getting Apollo on a better bet for shareholders.
Day 9 waiting for PZZA $64 take private announcement.
Try have a billion dollars in Gross Property, Plant & Equipment in their balance sheets and pizza ovens don’t cost that much 😅 https://seekingalpha.com/symbol/PZZA/balance-sheet
Not A Penny Stock But Just Saying: PZZA Oct 14 (Reuters) - Apollo Global Management submitted a fresh bid within the last week to take pizza chain Papa John’s International private at $64 per share, according to people familiar with the matter. The situation is fluid and no deal is guaranteed, the sources said, requesting anonymity as the situation is private. StreetInsider first reported the offer on Monday. Reuters reported in June that Apollo and Irth Capital Management submitted a joint offer for the company at just above $60 per share. Multiple activists are also circling the pizza chain, according to sources. Papa John's and Apollo declined to comment. Private equity firms have snapped up restaurant chains in recent years, from Subway to Dave's Hot Chicken to Jersey Mike's. Papa John’s has a market value of about $1.6 billion and its stock is up by roughly 18% so far this year. While the company's sales rose 4% to $529.2 million in the second quarter ended June 29 over the same time last year, its profits slid by close to 23% to $9.7 million. Founded in 1984, the pizza chain is co-headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia, and Louisville, Kentucky. It has close to 6,000 restaurants in roughly 50 countries and territories.

OpenAI to invest $1B in AI pizza ovens for PZZA
Uhhh, so one question. What the actual fuck Papa Johns (PZZA)? Did I miss some ground breaking news about pizza?
Tf I sold my $PZZA calls Friday
I heard OpenAI is buying 14 large pepperoni $PZZA from Papa Johns for a luncheon this week, you guys.
My best performing positions today? PZZA, CRWV, TSLA Worst? MSFT Make it make sense. 😆
Or...hear me out....just pick stock tickers with silly names like CAKE, BUD, EAT, FIZZ, PZZA, BUNZ, TAP, LUV, HOG, FUN, WOOF. Then you can make phrases with your tickers like: I just LUV to EAT PZZA and CAKE, drink some BUD and then go TAP some BUNZ with my HOG while she WOOFs. See? Stocks can be fun!
PZZA is in fact, killing it.
There's a lot of restaurant stocks that are down significantly in recent months - CMG has issues but it's not alone in the industry. Of particular note is the fact that SG/CAVA/CMG comps in recent quarters have headed in the wrong direction while take out pizza (read: cheap) names like DPZ/PZZA have had comps going in the right direction.
I feel like PZZA is the next runner.
!banbet PZZA over $49 by Friday
Bought 10k shares of PZZA. Pray for me
It means that every company with more international sales than US sales, like PZZA, will handily beat upcoming earnings just on forex translation.
PZZA a take private target at $61, rumor says. I'm in at $50. Qatar sovereign involved, but maybe they'll need their dough for bombs instead of dough. 😂
Just saw something about Salami dying, puts on DPZ and PZZA thank me later.
Our dollar dropping makes M&A less expensive for foreign private equity and sovereign. Expect some privitization beyond PZZA.
Who would have thought Papa John’s (PZZA) was the play for that past 2 months.
TSLA 290p still. AAPL 200c still. PZZA calls, for the 61$ buyout offer from Apollo.
Papa John’s (PZZA) got halted?? 🤣🤣🤣
Why is no one hear talking about $PZZA?
PZZA is gonna go private in a bidding war. ur a retard if u dont buy july FDs
same im up 50% with PZZA shares!
I would sell Pfizer. I you want big pharma, buy Eli Lilly. If you want dividends here are some from my portfolio: Enterprise Products (EPD), Realty Income (O) and Federal Realty Trust (FRT) are all Dividend Aristocrats with over 5% yield, a rarity. I also own Energy Transfer with is not an aristocrat. These are MLPs and REITs that pay ordinary dividends, not qualified for 15% rate. My best high dividend C corps with growing earnings and good valuations are Sonoco Products (SON), which makes Pringles cans, pie tins and other packaging with 4.64% yield and up 2.12% today, and Papa John’s (PZZA), the pizza maker with 4.15% yield and up 4.88% today.
15 years ago today some dude bought some pizza from PZZA with 10,000 BTC which was worth $25 at the time. If my math is correct that's 5 trillion dollars
Wow! A new Jag? Amazing what a great call on PZZA will do for ya!
Keep thinking about how random my PZZA calls win was before earnings because 10% short interest....why don't you guys post more stuff like this?! We used to. What happened?!

Actually in the Tier 1 Chinese cities they put at stop to it, because they have cameras everywhere and you get points added to your license like pizza toppings. I know this because the dude who tested Tesla's FSD on Chinese streets got his license suspended because it made so many errors. Short TSLA Long Domino's, Yum! Brands, PZZA.
TTD and AXON ... Maybe some EXAS too ... And maybe PZZA
Why is DPZ so strong and PZZA so weak?

PZZA going private??
Irth doesn't have the cash to buy PZZA. Hopium.
Crazy how nobody talked about PZZA today after an entire DD was put out 34 days ago by an eagle eyed regard. Dude nailed it
Is PZZA a slam dunk short? 1.4 billion offer / 32.64 million outstanding shares = 42.89 per share offer currently trading at $51.05
PZZA for solid dividend, cheap valuation IMO
God I love America. We’re in a whole new paradigm now. https://www.cnbc.com/2025/02/07/elon-musk-doge-racist-treasury-x-staff.html A bunch of cancelled people are gonna start making their comebacks. How do we bet on this? PZZA?
That’s all great commentary. So correct me if I am wrong, but it sounds like (a) you concur that the sector as a whole is down, ie not just the ones I’ve mentioned, and (b) your concerns extend to the foreseeable future due to the tariff wars. Correct? At the moment, I am not going to worry about the tariff wars, just because that could all be overblown hype. And everyone who thinks they know all the implications of tariffs are just stuffed with helium in their heads. None of us know. We’re all just operating on faith and hope. But what I am more worried about is the likelihood that JACK and WEN and PZZA are just going to keep going down, down, down. Right now, I don’t know if their abysmal performance is due to terrible business modeling, or if it’s due to being caught up in the tornado that’s hitting the entire sector (if that’s even the case, I don’t even know). Looking at similar companies, MCD and DPZ, those are doing well, so maybe it isn’t a sector thing at all?
watching my PZZA put soar. Fuck the Papa!
Warren should have bought PZZA!!
Puts on PZZA! Sell-off tomorrow!

PZZA puts, combine how bad dominos was with the shit from the last 2-3 sessions, along with already being down mtd, ytd, no shot the stock recovers even if they beat
Tuesday Morning: J calls Wednesday Morning: DIS calls Thursday Morning: PZZA calls
PZZA - The company's slowly falling apart inside out. Tomorrow's Boston Market.
PZZA, DENN, JACK are all historically undervalued. Some of that is probably warranted, but really good swing trade opportunities. I have PZZA and DENN calls with like Dec expiry rn, closed my JACK calls for a tidy profit last week. SBUX maybe too, but 🇨🇳 complicates that a bit.
PZZA (papa johns) has been slaughtered here. Trading at 8-10 time next years cash flow is about 1/2 of its historical valuation. Granted its been a rough road for them the last 5 years. Currently with an EV of $2B and $1.3B equity cap they have got to be getting to the point where hospitality PE firms are sniffing around. The bear case its obvious but at some point cheap is just too cheap.
Here’s a list of some of these beatdown stocks / value plays. thoughts? NKE, MTN, CBRL, PERI, APPS, ALB, PZZA, SPWR, SEDG, UPS
Papa Johns PZZA has been pretty fun to trade.
Another seemingly solid pick is PZZA I'm drawn to them from a valuation standpoint. But I just don't know about their execution. Lot remains to be seen and leaves a lot to be desired Market simply doesn't see the growth either so doesn't reward them with a higher multiple
I like PZZA they got a lotta debt but that’s okay
its time to gamestop papa johns. PZZA. get it in there.
PZZA one of the most shorted stocks rn. Based on price movements today they might have just found a new CEO. Could be a runner picked some up
Cmon PZZA, all we need is the next Shaq A Roni
Eyeballing PZZA to go with my MCD calls. Ya know cause i have to break even, if not lose everything
PZZA total sleeper. Could easily shoot up to $60. Float is only 32.62 million.
