It’s nothing to do with voting. It’s the garbage that Trump vomits up, all of the time. ‘ I’m backing this beautiful bill, 500%’. I’m increasing tariffs on China 250%. I’m innocent 1000%.’…….If you did take your SAT I bet no one got more than 100% because that’s the maximum that anyone can possibly get. You can’t get one question 5 times more correct.

Trying to be a quantitative elitist by mentioning my no mentioning of stochastic/heston stochastic modeling, black scholes, CLT, Karhunen-Loeve Expansion of the Brownian Bridge, and then calling the table dog shit? Seems like one of those kids who learns GRE/SAT wordlists and tries to bring them into their daily life to gain validation and attention of peers. Well, **your dogshit response** only shows that you do not care to account for the current discontinuous price movements where BYNDs price movements are dominated by microstructre noise. So, the entire assumption of continuous returns breaks downs. Heston assumes stochastic volatility driven by market factors. BYND’s volatility is *structural* and it comes from float restrictions and rumor-driven bursts. You can’t model that as mean-reverting variance. Option models assume the market reflects all info. Here, filings, float data, and lending pools are *incomplete* and *discontinuous* and you can’t calibrate a sigma or theta when the distribution changes every 10 days. Your dogshit mentioning of these models without reasoning doesn't even account for these factors. Wanna hear more? This is a regime switching, not diffusion. You're looking at binary regimes: float unlock > liquidity collapse > drift. Reverse split > dilution > drift. This is non-continuous, non-markovian, and non-stationary. And exactly what stochastic differential models can't handle cleanly. **So, now take your dogshit reply, reflect on what you wrote for the sake of karma farming, and think thrice before trying to act like uncle cool or quantitative elitist behind an anonyomous account posting nothing but actual dogshit!**

My suggestion is to get it a litter cheaper. If you try to get it at 2.65, you may miss it. So, maybe 2.66-2.68. If/when you get it, immediately write the 3.00 covered calls for this FRI 31OCT25. You will need at least 1K shares to make it work. You will need to be approved for level 1 options to do this, but that is easy to get. You probably already have it. WED 29OCT25 is FOMC decision day. They will probably cut by 1/4 point. That could rally AMC some since it is so debt laden. Most likely, the 3.00 calls for this week will expire. The expiration would be late morning on SAT. If you get an assignment, not a bad deal since you gained the premium plus the distance from your entry up to 3.00. Cha-ching! If not, sit on your hands for the following week since that is when the earnings get reported. Do not write the calls. If the report comes in strong and beats expectations, reaching the high volume peak of 4.08 is a real possibility. If earnings turn out to be dud, you can start playing the covered call game again.

Do you think getting struck by lightning is a significant concern? Do you think the chance of getting hung and it written off as a suicide is greater than getting struck by lightning? I don't doubt at all that the black staff at your facility are highly competent. I wouldn't call DEI a major issues either. My problem with DEI is that it's racist and sexist. The opposite of what we should be promoting. It's literally treating people differently based on the color of their skin or their sex. It's completely wrong and unfair to Asians in particular. Just look at the SAT scores required to get into Ivy League as an Asian student vs some other minorities.

The cell phone and Facebook did this………AP News: “A decade-long slide in high schoolers’ reading & math performance resulted in 12th graders’ scores dropping to their lowest level in more than 20 years. Eighth-grade students also lost significant ground in science skills, according to the results from the National Assessment of Education Progress. ‘Their scores are at historic lows,’ said Matthew Soldner, the acting commissioner of the National Center for Education Statistics.” AI can’t get here too soon enough because the next generation won’t be able to read, write or do math. In most high schools today, 80% of the class typically get As for learning little. Yet the average teenager spends 7 hours a day on the phone. In the old days, high schoolers were required to read Catcher in the Rye in the 10th grade and probably took Calculus in the 12th; rarely did over 10% of a class get As. Alas, education has become a business selling access to student loans and easy degrees—it’s an “experience.” An entitlement. Most of the math calculations done to send Apollo 11 to the moon in 1969 were done with a slide ruler, before the pocket calculator was invented. And 1969 was the year of the peak in SAT scores. The ability to think critically has become a cliché on a resume.

Not saying this is Alex Karp at all but let's just remember not *all* degrees are earned with competence. Jared Kushner got into Harvard despite seemingly not having the merits. An administrator from his HS was quoted saying “There was no way anybody in the administrative office of the school thought he would on the merits get into Harvard. His GPA did not warrant it, his SAT scores did not warrant it. We thought for sure, there was no way this was going to happen." And reports are he wasn't exactly a studious student while at Harvard. Only reason he got in was his parents donated millions of dollars to the school and it's *possible* that's why he graduated with a degree.

Hi, it's great that you're thinking about it, and talking to your parents about it. And I'm honored that you showed them my post. If it helps, tell them that I'm a Nuclear Engineer, and that I had the highest ACT score in my HS graduating class (ACT is like the SAT). None of that means that I'm any good at stocks or options, but I am good at judging probabilites, and that's what all my trades are. Oh, and I'm 61, about to retire doing this with all our life savings, so I'm not just some doofus on the internet spouting nonsense. I believe in this so much that I tried to get my own Mom to invest in it with LEAPS, but so far she's been hesitant. Like your parents, she's skeptical of stocks, let alone these "new-fangled" options thingies." For her, "investing" was putting her 401(k) in the one Mutual Fund that "the smart guy" at work said was best. (He didn't tell her when to get out. I'm looking at you, Janus Fund.) To your last point, will gold drop drastically? Check out this [5-year chart of gold](https://imgur.com/a/gld-5-year-gnEC2VH). (Using GLD as a proxy for gold, because it is.) Zoom out to the [10-year](https://imgur.com/a/KsmoWN1). And then the [20-year](https://imgur.com/a/bHs49Jf). Do you see any "drastic drops" in there? Are there any periods of time that look troublesome? How about 2022? That was a bad year for the market and for gold. So let's zoon in on it: [2022 GLD vs SPY](https://imgur.com/a/H2lbfFR)

Let's go back to the level of education. You are aware that ChatGPT is able to do homework at the HS and undergraduate level, as students use it en masse for this. It's pretty clearly a robust piece of education software. The sort of students who are bright and determined know that high-stakes career-defining exams, like the SAT and MCAT, are taken in rooms where there's no access to ChatGPT, so they still have to know how to do the work. But, the software fulfills the function of a private tutor for them on the problems they don't understand. This is a huge use case.

Similar backgrounds then. If true, you are probably a business owner and good for you. I hate work, was an awful student who has taken many college classes but last school I graduated was Jr. High. These days I'd probably be considered a child on the spectrum. My own family asked how I cheated when I got a perfect math SAT score, but finance came naturally and I can ALWAYS make more money whenever I feel the need. Lost everything when Lehman shit the bed in 2008 or I probably would be around where you are - but that event changed the entire way I think about life. Your $700MM and I worry about someone snatching my kid when he goes to grad night at Disneyland. Or who the guys are eyeballing us when we get off the plane in Costa Rica. We are nobodies and I like it that way. I thought Teslas, and electric cars in general, were the dumbest shit ever. Then during COVID I drove one. They are the best cars we've ever owned and it's not close. Watching idiots drive up in German and Japanese made cars and key swastikas into American made cars seems insane to me for a shopping list of reasons. But people with Trump and Musk hatred like yourself don't exactly think right. These are the questions I'll ask you. With Elon, would you rather he had gone to China than US? Consider how they may have used him. And you act as if Trump was a yes/no vote. Did you, I'm presuming as a successful business owner, vote for Harris? And you are calling me stupid? Lastly, "You're stupidity is making me a lot of money." Examine that statement. Best of luck to you. I will never tire of travel just as you'll probably never tire or working. Doesn't make either of us stupid. Just two different viewpoints on how world order is changing largely because of Trump.

>In ancient China, scholars had to take a test similar to an SAT called the "Imperial Examination" which was used to select candidates for government positions based on merit, primarily testing their knowledge of Confucian classics and other subjects, allowing them to enter the civil service bureaucracy; this system was a key feature of Chinese society for centuries, starting during the Sui dynasty and lasting until the late Qing dynasty.  >The Imperial Examinations in ancient China typically lasted between 24 and 72 hours, with candidates often confined to small cells for the duration of the exam, writing multiple essays based on classical texts to demonstrate their knowledge and ability to solve government problems; depending on the time period, the exam could last between one and three days.  I don't think many people know this. Are you guys all living under a rock? You claim FINRA 2111 is relevant, ChatGPT *correctly* points out that it's not, and then you spend all your energy harping on how ChatGPT isn't trustworthy. Yet you can't even explain how it's wrong in this scenario.

ChatGPT gets a 95th percentile score at state bar exams. Is it better than most lawyers at knowing the law. It scores a 1420 on the SAT. You would be hard pressed to find a better tool to investigate financial regulations. You're living in the past. > Check .05 b and c Ok? Those say that recommendations must be suitable for a client and in no way mandates any meeting takes place or that accounts have to be closed. I mean, ChatGPT is almost certainly right and you are wrong here. You're citing things that make no sense. You think banks are closing out high net worth accounts on 3 weeks notice without an in-person meeting due to FINRA 2111? And your theory is that it's due to a legal requirement for the bank to make suitable investments? > Your refusal to give them that information puts them at risk. If nothing else you could come back and sue them later if things go badly. No it doesn't and no you couldn't. Find me one single example where someone switched banks and because the bank they left didn't have an immediate emergency meeting mid-transition to balance positions across banks, they were successfully sued. Find me just one single example where they were sued at all.

Compare your portfolio performance to sp500 index performance over the same period, are you outperforming the market? If yes/no then by how much. If you're doing worse/not that much better then just might as well buy SPY and VOO and hold for life (or VT if you want even more diversification), and save the time from doing thse research. Satellos Bioscience Inc. (TSX: MSCL, OTCQB: MSCLF) (“Satellos” or the “Company”), a clinical-stage biotechnology company developing life-improving medicines to treat degenerative muscle diseases, announced today its financial results and corporate highlights for the three months ended September 30, 2024. All references to currency in this press release are in Canadian dollars unless otherwise noted. “Throughout the third quarter, we made important progress marked by the dosing of our first 24 (of 72) participants in our Phase 1 SAD and MAD trial of SAT-3247 in healthy volunteers,” said Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer Frank Gleeson. “We also reported key data from the open-label study of SAT-3247 in a preclinical canine model of DMD at the 2024 World Muscle Society Annual Congress in Prague. Building on this momentum, we remain on track to complete enrollment in the healthy volunteer single-ascending-dose arm by year end, complete enrollment in the multiple-ascending-dose healthy volunteer arm in the first quarter of 2025, and dose the first patient in the Phase 1a adult DMD trial in the fourth quarter of 2024. The SAT-3247 first-in-human clinical trial progress is a critical step in achieving our mission to develop life-improving medicines to treat degenerative muscle diseases.” CLINICAL UPDATE:Satellos announced that the first three cohorts (of five) of the single-ascending-dose (SAD) arm of the Phase 1 clinical healthy volunteer trial for SAT-3247 have been successfully completed and enrollment in the fourth cohort has commenced and is ongoing. Satellos has also completed enrolment in the food effect dose cohort. No drug-related adverse events have been reported to date. Based on the positive safety data from the first three SAD cohorts, enrollment was initiated in the first cohort (of four) in the multiple-ascending dose (MAD) arm of the Phase 1 study. The Company remains on track to complete enrollment of the SAD cohorts by year-end 2024 and MAD cohorts in the first quarter of 2025, respectively. PROGRAM AND BUSINESS UPDATE:Highlights for the quarter ended September 30, 2024, along with recent developments include: SAT-3247 DevelopmentOn July 11, 2024, the Company announced submission of a clinical research proposal to a Human Research Ethics Committee (HREC) in Australia seeking regulatory authorization under their Therapeutic Goods Administration’s (TGA’s) Clinical Trial Notification (CTN) scheme to conduct a first-in-human Phase 1 clinical trial of SAT-3247. Satellos announced on August 19, 2024, that the HREC submission had been approved. On August 8, 2024, Satellos announced that the U.S. FDA had granted Rare Pediatric Disease Designation to SAT-3247 for the potential treatment of DMD after receiving Orphan Drug Designation earlier this year. On September 18, 2024, Satellos announced that the first participant in the first-in-human healthy volunteer Phase 1 clinical trial had been dosed. The Phase 1 clinical trial is comprised of two portions. In the first portion of the trial, 72 healthy volunteers are being enrolled in a blinded, randomized, placebo-controlled, staggered, parallel design study to assess the safety and pharmacokinetic properties of SAT-3247. Participants are being randomized across five SAD cohorts, four MAD cohorts, and one food effect dose cohort. In the second portion of the trial, which is expected to begin in late Q4 2024, 10 adult volunteers with genetically confirmed DMD are expected to be enrolled in a 28-day, open-label, single daily dose cohort designed primarily to confirm safety and assess pharmacokinetic properties of SAT-3247 in a patient population, and secondarily to explore potential pharmacodynamic markers for possible utility in future clinical trials. On October 1, 2024, Satellos reported data at the World Muscle Society annual meeting. The presentation provided an overview of key data collected during the open-label pilot study of SAT-3247 in a preclinical canine model of DMD. The data presented from the pilot study showed improved measures of muscle strength to near normal levels in the two DMD canines treated with SAT-3247. An initial summary of the data is presented below. After four months of treatment (from ~nine to ~thirteen months of age) with a daily oral dose of SAT-3247: * Treatment with SAT-3247 resulted in improvements in every force parameter measured over baseline. The average force improvement following four months of treatment, across all measures, was 195% (i.e., 2.95x) compared to baseline. * Treated animals showed a return to muscle function near healthy, non-diseased, age-matched animal levels when evaluated against historical comparator data. * The animals showed increases in the Regenerative Index (RI), a measure of the ratio of new muscle to dying muscle, in the diaphragm, gastrocnemius medialis (calf), and vastus lateralis (quadriceps) skeletal muscles. This is in addition to previously reported improvements in RI demonstrated in the bicep femoris. * There were no adverse events and no significant changes in hematology or clinical chemistry observed. * Trends to lower creatine kinase levels were noted, a finding that could be consistent with a Duchenne disease-modifying treatment.

No it's not and saying that shows how little you know. We don't have a national college entrance exam in the United States. You can get a perfect score on the SAT and still be rejected from every school you want. [A high school student in the Bay Area got rejected by 16 colleges despite having 4.42 GPA and a 1590 on the SAT.](https://abc7news.com/stanley-zhong-college-rejected-teen-full-time-job-google-admissions/13890332/) He got rejected from public engineering schools like CalPoly. America's admission is NOT based on academic merit and until last year we still had affirmative action which allowed you to use race as a factor for admission. America has always taken pride in that academic are not the driving force behind admission and even critisizes other nations which base university admission on college entrance exams.

The quality of the Ivy League is nowhere as good as people thnik. Around 40% of Harvard undergraduate admissions are legacy, athletes or children of faculty. Then there are the Affirmative Actions students with a <1200 SAT score.

1 At 2.875% interest I wouldn't have paid crap off early. I'm a pure math guy though. So I typically only care about the actual truth in the numbers over fake emotional hooblah when it comes to investments/money generally. 2. For your kids the best thing for school would have been 529 plans. Not a HYSA. Could have saved a ton on taxes and even invested in whatever you wanted to maximize returns. Also, the "actual" best thing to do is to male sure they are prepped for the SAT/ACT and apply for grants and scholarships. Take honors classes for college credit etc. That makes more sense than anything else when it comes to school. Also, go to an in decent in state school 98% of the time over paying double to go to non-ivy league level school and paying double for little to no extra benefit to make it even worth it. 3. Stop freaking panicking over HYSA rates. They were never intended to be high interest vehicles and likely just return to 1%-2% vehicles again over the years. Fed rates slowly cut over time anyway. If you want higher returns you put it on the market and be willing to wait it out. If this is literally cor paying off a house anyway I'd 100% put that portion in the market since it's not like you actually need it any time soon and you could just sell whenever market conditions are favorable to pay off the house anyway. No, there is no "oh no risk 7% return" out there in your position and has almost never been a thing. You want the higher return then it comes with the added risk. It sounds like you're pretty well off anyway and can afford it, but that's up to you. In the coming years expect to at least half that on most hysa's, shorter term CD's, etc. You are overblowing the fear behind the market and it's because you're new. Go back and look at market returns over the long term and see how it's performed very well al in all. If it's 1-3 years time-frame then just keep it in a treasury ladder/etf or just hysa and forget it. Short term accounts are more about insurance not gains.

DD/Discussion: There is some very strange language in October 2 filing from Starlink to the FCC. https://licensing.fcc.gov/cgi-bin/ws.exe/prod/ib/forms/reports/related_filing.hts?f_key=-507924&f_number=SATAMD2024031100053 I dont think elon considers ASTS is small of a risk to Starlink as this sub thinks - i hold 40 long calls on asts, imo this can snowball The details of the letter are astonishingly incorrect as to the actual interference data. In the broader context, Starlink is pissed because they can't do direct to cell broadband because their satellites are noisier than a particular international limit of -120dB and want it waived, while ASTS can hit the limit just fine. full letter Dear Ms. Dortch: As recent events have demonstrated, supplemental coverage from satellite operators cannot come fast enough to provide communications during natural disasters and support first responders. But while T-Mobile and SpaceX race to provide this needed service to Americans everywhere, **foreign investors and partners in AST’s meme-stock are stopping at nothing to slow progress. AST and its investors continue their scorched-Earth campaign to hamstring competing direct-to-cellular operations**, even if their efforts mean that Americans cannot reliably connect during emergencies and American satellite systems stand at a competitive disadvantage in international markets. Apparently not content with solely harming competition in America, AST is now taking its misinformation campaign overseas by recruiting its European investors and partners to parrot its talking points and harm competition there as well. 1 Tellingly, just like AST investor AT&T’s specious advocacy, these AST supporters provide zero technical support for their opposition to SpaceX’s out-of-band emissions waiver. Nor do they offer any response to SpaceX and T- Mobile’s rigorous technical analysis showing that SpaceX’s request to operate at an aggregate out- of-band emission limit equivalent to a -6 dB interference-to-noise ratio (“I/N”) in the PCS G Block (i.e., -110.6 dBW/m2/MHz power flux-density (“PFD”)) would protect adjacent-band terrestrial networks. They also do not explain how their claims could depart so wildly from the outcome of multiple technical advisory groups that have actually done the work to study efficient out-of-band limits for supplemental coverage from space to protect terrestrial networks and have reached the same conclusion as SpaceX and T-Mobile. 1 See Joint Letter from Orange, Telefonica, Vodafone, et al. to Merissa Velez, ICFS File Nos. SAT-LOA- 20200526-00055, SAT-AMD- 20210818-00105, SAT-AMD-20221216-00175, SAT-MOD-20240423-00089, SAT-MOD-20230207-00021, SAT-STA-20240522-00108 and SAT-AMD-20240322-00061; GN Docket No. 23-135; ULS File Nos. 0010303032, 0010303084, 0010303124, and 0010303146 (Sept. 30, 2024). Marlene H. Dortch October 2, 2024 Page 2 of 3 SpaceX’s waiver request rests on firm technical, legal, and public interest grounds. But if AST’s foreign investors and partners are to be taken at their word, their letter only further demonstrates the harm and arbitrariness of the Commission’s out-of-band PFD limit for supplemental coverage from space. Specifically, AST’s foreign investors and partners suggest— contrary to robust technical studies, Commission decisions, and ITU recommendations—that the accepted international standard2 is still not good enough for them. Instead, they claim that they just realized for the first time that the Commission’s standard—a standard to which they never objected before—is now somehow actually the “best case” scenario to ensure protection. Of course, like all AST allies, the European investors and partners provide no technical support for their specious claims. On the other hand, if their claim is correct that this standard is truly a best case in the PCS G Block, then AST’s operations at lower frequencies would cause ten times more interference to users than the protection level they demand of AST’s competitors.3 Of course, AST’s investors and partners are not correct, but in an abundance of caution, SpaceX filed this letter in AST’s licensing docket and requests a dynamic assessment of aggregate out-of-band emissions to supplement its single-beam analysis to ensure AST does not cause the excessive interference that its investors and partners falsely claim against its competitors. 4 **Ultimately, the joint activity of AST’s European investors and partners should sound alarm bells.** While European national administrations and competition authorities are in the best position to decide whether AST is inappropriately colluding to stymie competitive entry in European markets, the Commission should not bow to AST’s investors’ and partners’ unfounded legal threats. The Commission cannot accept these foreign operators’ attempt to bully the Commission into putting itself into the position of other administrations. Instead, the Commission should continue to respect the sovereignty of other administrations and allow them to make their own technical judgments about whether AST is promoting an out-of-band emissions rule that finds no technical basis and would needlessly harm consumers and first responders. 2 The ITU has established a -6 dB I/N threshold to protect terrestrial networks from harmful interference, a limit that the Commission has found to be conservative and typical. Report ITU-R M.2292-0, Characteristics of terrestrial IMT-Advanced systems for frequency sharing / interference analyses, at 13 (Dec. 2013) (-6 dB I/N protection criterion to be used for interference analyses involving IMT-Advanced systems); Unlicensed Use of the 6 GHz Band; Expanding Flexible Use in Mid-Band Spectrum Between 3.7 and 24 GHz, 35 FCC Rcd. 3852, ¶ 131 (2020); Single Network Future: Supplemental Coverage from Space, FCC-CIRC2403-03, ¶ 205 (Feb. 22, 2024). 3 The -120 dBW/m2/MHz aggregate PFD limit equates to nearly -16 dB I/N for operations adjacent to the PCS G Block near 2 GHz. Because the PFD required to meet a given interference threshold scales with frequency, however, -16 dB I/N equates to a PFD ten times lower for operations below 1 GHz, or approximately -130 dBW/m2/MHz. Yet it appears that AST would exceed -130 dBW/m2/MHz for even one beam transmitting at typical power levels in the 698 – 960 MHz frequency range, before considering aggregation. See Letter from Timothy Bransford to Marlene H. Dortch, ICFS File Nos. SAT-AMD-20240311-00053, SAT-AMD-20230717- 00172, SAT-AMD-20201028-00126, SAT-AMD-20200727-00088, and SAT-LOA-20200413-00034, Attachment at 24-26 (July 18, 2024) (claiming that typical AST operations in the 698 – 960 MHz range would “yield[] a PFD of around -129 dBW/m2 per MHz in the adjacent channel, from one such interfering beam”). 4 AST’s technical supplement provided static, single-beam results, but failed to provide a dynamic, Monte Carlo simulation of aggregate out-of-band interference from multiple beams on a single satellite or multiple satellites providing service in the United States at one time. See id. Marlene H. Dortch October 2, 2024 Page 3 of 3 **The Commission should see through the anticompetitive advocacy of AST and its collection of investors and partners and swiftly grant SpaceX’s application to deliver truly ubiquitous and robust supplemental coverage from space to people around the world. Sincerely,** /s/ David Goldman David Goldman
