Price action, volume and SMC is the best - I sound like some fuckass course seller but if anyone wants to learn I’ll quite literally teach for free when I have a moment
Hi! It’s actually SMC Lite by Fluid Trades 🙏🏼
Rolls-Royce Holdings owned a 76% of Rolls-Royce SMC in November 2023. As far as I gather, the exact number for 2025 is not publically known, but it's likely they still own the majority.
I wish i read this last week before I lost 1k in 310 calls like a dope! They were even 10% green on Tuesday and I held till Wednesday. But live and learn. This is gonna be like buying SMC at the bottom after their controversy
SMC Call's was the deal yesterday , when you was advises before from Orangeman.
Man we've reached a point where I don't even trust to short until market close after a 4%SMC day
Im trying to learn more about ICT/SMC, is it actually a good strategy?
Here you go, ChatGPT's explaination: >Alright, let’s break this down — this post is talking about a very specific concept in ICT (Inner Circle Trader) methodology, which focuses heavily on market structure, algorithmic price delivery, and institutional order flow. >Here’s what’s being said, translated into more digestible pieces: 🔥 The Concept: Midnight Open as a Bias Anchor > “Midnight Open (00:00 EST)”: This is the price level where the market opens for the new day in Eastern Standard Time. > It acts like a pivot point or reference line. > By comparing the current price to this line, traders make directional decisions for the day. >📈 The Rule (Simple but Powerful): > Price is ABOVE the Midnight Open? → Look for SHORTS > Price is BELOW the Midnight Open? → Look for LONGS > BUT: Only take trades that align with your higher timeframe bias (e.g., 4H, Daily). >So it’s not about blindly entering just because price is above or below — it’s using this as a filter to help stay on the right side of momentum and avoid chop or countertrend traps. >✅ Why It Works: > Algorithmic Delivery: ICT teaches that markets are moved algorithmically, not randomly. Midnight Open marks a key reference point that "the algorithm" respects. > Filtering Trades: Helps avoid fighting short-term direction — keeps you with the flow. > Improved Entries: More precise timing by waiting for setups that match this bias filter. > Fewer Fakeouts: Especially useful during volatile sessions like London or NY Open. >🧠 Real Talk (Key Takeaway): >The trader is saying that this one little line has been a game-changer: > It increased their win rate (claimed >70%). > Gave them more clarity. > Reduced the noise and second-guessing. >🧪 Try It Yourself: >If you’re trading FX, indices, or crypto using ICT or SMC (Smart Money Concepts) principles, go back and backtest your setups using the Midnight Open rule. You might be surprised at how well it filters out the junk. >Wanna go deeper into this or maybe see an example chart with it marked up? >You said: >Why are you and the original person saying Midnight Open? The markets open at 9:30 Eastern. >ChatGPT said: >Good catch — and that's an important distinction! Let's clear that up: >🕛 So Why “Midnight Open” and Not 9:30 AM? >You're 100% right that U.S. stock markets (like NYSE and NASDAQ) officially open at 9:30 AM EST. >But when people (especially ICT traders) talk about the Midnight Open, they’re referring to something totally different: 📊 The Midnight Open = 00:00 EST Price Candle >This is the start of the new trading day on the chart — not the exchange open. >In ICT / Smart Money Concepts: > Midnight EST marks the "new day" in the algorithmic pricing model. > Even though volume is low around this time, algos and liquidity profiles start setting up for the day. > It becomes a kind of invisible benchmark for institutional price delivery. >So in this context: > Midnight EST = Daily Open for algorithmic/FX/derivatives bias > 9:30 AM EST = U.S. stock market cash open (when retail and institutional flows kick in heavily) > 🧠 Why Use Midnight? > Consistent Anchor: It's the cleanest “daily open” line across all assets and brokers. > Algorithmic Relevance: ICT teaches that algorithms respect the midnight line as a key reference point. > FX / Futures Markets: These are 24/5 — so the day actually does start at midnight EST for them. >TL;DR: > You're right: stocks open at 9:30 AM. > But “Midnight Open” isn’t about market hours — it’s about the daily price cycle used in ICT-style trading. > Think of it as a strategic anchor point to frame your bias, not the literal moment markets go live.
AMT doesn't tell the market how it should behave, there will always be manipulation in the market, but it gives you a framework to extract information from the market to avoid being taken hostage of such manipulations compared to simple Price Action and SMC methodologies.
Are you still of the idea that is a complicated Framework? I see AMT as a clear framework for trading, less abstract and complicated than simple Price Action (Abstract) and SMC (Complicated Terminology)
Highly recommend TastyTrade on YouTube and SMC Capital
nah it will rebrand to SMC if anything, and just call itself the semi manufacturing company. which would make more sense once they have US FABS up and running.
Naw SMC just dropped their 10K, they up
skimmed through the 10K and the 2024 revenues matched the 14.9 billion. They had reported in June., everything looks kosher, deeper problems are the massive stock based compensation, which they are diluting us shareholders with. They also go into depth about the relationships with Abel Com and Compuware, which is good. And there’s literally about 100 attachments detailing all sorts of things. This looks like a good attempt at full disclosure. Now the institutional investors and pension funds should be able to re enter once Nasdaq. says SMC I’s in compliance. very good news :)
SMC ran out of toner to print that big juicy report, extremely bullish
A 2x leverage ETF on SMC? You gambled, that's what happened.
SMC- WHYYY
So, what’s the play for europoors? TSLA put, NVDA call? SMC still heading up? Pls tell how to lose my money
the reason people say stuff like that is because they got burned by some website, or back in the day, some brochure, touting the advance ultra proprietary tech. if you look at a lot of crypto, a lot, maybe most, have listed partners and they all sound flashy and insane. some coins that no longer exist say stuff like "Our partners: Visa Nvidia Google Amazon SEC Deutsche Bank" "we're working with SuperMegaCrypto on high tech blockchain scaling technologies and we are in the final stages of testing. This is totally unprecedented. --Bob Roberts, EU Treasury" and on reddit some comment says: "i'm not a rug puller, but i'm reading the whitepapers, SuperMegaCrypto is what i would be holding for basically forever. This is the fastest coin by far, the tokenomics are world class. They have over 100 blockchain patents, they launched their G32AI clusters so it is totally derisked (they top nvidia by 152.31%). Within the next 5 years, the blockchain is basically going to be on every satellite in space, and NASA is predicting over 100k satellites. a single SMC will make you a millionaire. I'm sharing this because I'm generous. i have no interest in pumping. obviously, i actually want it to go DOWN so I can buy more. lol."
SMA, EMA, SMC by lux shows trends. Or just learn how to draw trend lines 😊
When tariff on foreign chips is at 10000%. bears: Intel sucks, go Taiwan SMC.
The real pain is for the retail investors who are over leveraged with 2Xbullshit, single day expiring options and have no diversification. Hedge funds aren’t long NVDA; private equity investors aren’t long NVDA or the hyperscalers. Imo, this is way overdone and I first bought SMC today. TSMC has my eyeballs 👀 on it. Peace.
Your Fibonacci divergence ICT SMC is out of this world you must be the greatest market over of no one’s time
Compete with Taiwan SMC? I think the only competition is China invading the island. Come on they're world class for a reason. Just think of all their clients, Nvodia, Broadcom, Facebooks, Google TPUs, on and on and on. That stock should really be the best of all considering they must go through them. But the invasion from the mainland is imminent. Shout to all who bought when Pelosi visited and the Chinese military circled the island. You made serious profits.
That said it is optimized for my setup, multi-monitor. I like to have one pepe silvia chart and one normal chart. I can cross reference pepe when needed. And all of that said as well I’m still in the process of tweaking my chart. I went with ChatGPT’s recommendations based on my Trading style last night and it ended up just making it look messier. That being said, these indicators provide valuable data to me in terms of timing, my entries and exits, figuring out support and resistance zones as well as the channels that are defining the current market action. 3 to 5 indicators is what I aim for on my regular chart and just the basics. RSI/StochRSI, MA’s, Ichimoku, Candle Type - Volume Candles) & Auto Fib Retracement. I like LuxAlgo’s SMC as well - it creates boxes of resistance and Support but goddamn damn is it fucking cluttering af.
Need the next ~~HKD~~ ~~SMC~~I ~~NVD~~A ~~MSTR~~
At least I made 2k off it today. Man, I'm dumb chasing SMC yesterday instead. Like *really* fucking dumb.
Fellow regard here! Just Yolo $1000 into SMC shares! The company has alot of potential and good product, but shitty management! Im optimistic that we could see it bounce back if it doesn’t get officially delisted… I plan on holding for a longtime…
SMCI? more like SMC Bye
Can anyone explain short interest? I understand that's the amount of shares outstanding that have been shorted. So SMC I currently has 95 million. Why would a company like Nvidia have over 200 million shares shorted when it's a company that's doing well?
What an unmitigated disaster SMC is rofl
If it read SMC PUT , it would be on a new Bugatti.
Want to feel better about your trades? I lost $4k or so on SMC calls, then bought $16K in 0dte SPY Calls, then rolled those 200 SPY calls into 572 SPY calls expiring tomorrow for an additional $36k.
How do you think Elon musk got his AI cluster set up so fast? SMC sells nivida racks of GPUs ready to go. He just bought a couple thousand of these and linked them together using NVDA proprietary network switching and took credit for creating a supercomputer.
What is your market analysis framework? Price action, technicals, chart / candle stick patterns. SMC / IC This is bonkers upside 🤯 I’m on a forex track but man is this pulling my inner monkey.
Isn’t it TAIWAN SMC? WTF does the US want to meddling all the time fuck
SMC looks like a discount buy. Maybe they will ride todays wave the hardest. Gonna grab a bit of that. Good luck to you too
Had the Hindenburg report ("3 months investigation") provided solid evidence, then it would be end of discussion. SMCI at current value is very high-risk, high-reward. If everything is overblown, SMCI is dirt cheap right now. Currently, there is a lot of negative (un-proven) news about SMCI and a lot of speculation. But what we do know, FACTS ==== > 2017 - 2018, 2019 There were account irregularities, and restatement was made, SMCI paid a penalty, CFO was replaced. > 2020 - 2023 No delay and compliance. New CFO. > 2024, new Auditor (EY) + Hindenburg Short Report. Reasonable for EY wanting to double-check everything. > DOJ probe is based on Hindenburg report... this will take years.. possibly nothing burger... or a penalty fee (Sibling self dealing, Revenue Recognition, Export control) > In the last couple years and quarters, AI capEx are real and company like SMCI is a major benefactor. > AI spending is expected to continue to grow through 2025 - 2030 > SMCI has a unique approach to HPC server with components configurable and liquid cooling. Not every customer wants all the whistles & bells that competition package. > SMCI partnership with NVIDIA is still strong. Blackwell is allocated ~20% to SMC, and customers want them.

About a year ago I talked with a nutanix rep about their hardware platforms, and he stated that the org was pushing more towards the Dell and HP hardware platforms and focusing less on the NX hardware line made by supermicro. I asked why and he didn't really give an answer. I suspect that the big players have known about this kind of thing for a long time and that SMC is going to be hurting in the future if they can't maintain those big partnerships.

Great post! I utilize signs like this thoroughly and on Tradingview, there is a supply/demand zone script that is very helpful to find support resistance and oversold overbought on applied ticker. It’s called Fluidtrades - SMC Lite
