I’ve been using ChatGPT plus to improve my health, deal with my various health issues, extend my health SPAM. My God, it’s like speaking with an expert on every topic. I can word my query anyway that I won’t and it understands, and when it gives a reply it always offers a very sensible further suggestion. I wish my Diabetic Doctor was as knowledgeable and helpful as this. I upload images, screenshots, webpages and it summarises them for me beautifully. It caught the fact that one of my supplements was one designed to be taken every five days not daily. I have been taking it daily, toxic levels …. And it linked that to a change in one of my health markers from my last blood test. Maybe it’s the ADHD hyperfocus, but I’ve been spending a great amount of time right now looking for any edge to improve my health, and chatGTP has been amazing. Definitely not overhyped.
