Insurance is banking on you having fatal obesity related heart failure on your yearly trip to SeaWorld with the family. If the heart attack doesn't kill you hopefully the fall of the mobility scooter gives you a fatal TBI. I need advice please on the actual steps in buying QQQ or SPY LEAP (two year) puts, a simple how-to with details. Nah, i get it and I am in the same boat doing the same thing. Only difference is divorced with a kid but I have a large life insurance policy. Some people don't seem to understand that life is very brutal and some people have to make decisions that are hard. I have TBI's that keep me from working but don't allow for disability qualification, I am essentially a net negative financial drain. I also have no desire to grow old and simply exist for the happiness of others, I have seen it so many times. So, it is simple, I trade to pay my bills and be able to afford to live. Nursing homes have a choice on which patient they admit. I dont want a patient complaining to the state on the little things, nor do I want to treat a child molester with prostate cancer nor a 500lb “yo momma” with hemiplegia because my back. Patients with TBI or SCI requires specialized care and they are better served in a SNF with adequate tools and man power  What pains me is that Nursing Homes do not share UNH bonuses to the CNAs. I was hoping not to have to explain because it’s weird complicated but I’ll do my best. The money is from a trust (an early inheritance). I had a trust as a disabled person with a TBI but it has been being dissolved as I am perfectly capable. A year ago my financial advisor (B) was supposed to effectuate the transfer of $25,000 to me. I wrote to him numerous times as the money was not arriving, and every time he lied and said it would go out the next day. After three weeks I specifically asked is the problem being caused by A, who was in charge of the full trust. He finally admitted it was. I then dealt with it immediately and solved the problem. But not before I was late on my bills. At that time I told him I was dissatisfied with this. I requested that he “keep me in the loop” from then on and he said he would be sure to do so. Now is the time to transfer the rest of the $475,000 to me. Again it has not been happening. After a few weeks I wrote to him and specifically asked what the holdup was, as he had literally told me he had it. He said he was waiting for it to be processed. I asked who exactly it was who had to act? He said his legal department was working on it. His secretary then wrote to me to let me know that once again it was A who still had the money and was still once again balking. She was literally supposed to have done her part 6 months ago. Again I immediately contacted her and took care of getting the money to B. Why are these people treating me like this? Well, two reasons. I do feel B is sexist, because despite the money being mine, in my trust, under my name, B indicated that he expected to talk to my husband without me. I handle all the finances for the household. Secondly, and more importantly I figure, is that I have a TBI and that’s a great excuse to treat me like I’m stupid. A has always been really disrespectful, vindictive, and has stolen my money because my parents trusted the snake. The only reason I finally was able to get the trust closed was that I sold and bought houses for my husband’s parents and my parents realized I’m not so stupid after all. They’ve gone through years of hassle doing the same and I did it in two months. Or B is protecting A. So both A and B think I’m incompetent. How exactly that played out I do not know. But the fact is, in two cases where I could have solved the problem with direct communication with A, the fact is he hid the reason and the money was delayed.

I'm sorry, homie. Things can/will get better. Health/love are more important than money. Due to TBIs, I lost everything. I was sleeping in the back of a '99 Camry and swim/tennis community club houses (straight-up best way to go). Eventually, I got treatment and now I am semi-retired at 39 through nothing but my own will. If you can, talk to a therapist and psychiatrist. It did worlds of help for me in addition to my TBI treatments.

That’s what’s commonly reported but honestly I think people leave out critical details. Before the extreme calm is mostly likely an adrenaline filled panic. The extreme calm is not necessarily “peacefully and more akin to a stasis from my viewpoint. The brain starts to die.. oxygen deprived.. slowly. For some reason people love to repeat obvious things that have been said for millennial without any real concrete evidence. Some people say near death experiences go in slow motion but when I had my TBI… I couldn’t even remember it. I feel like there are no absolute regularities that occur in such cases. To definitely say this persons last few moments were peaceful is meh when the last few moments in which they had some sort of clarity.. were probably dreadful.

Does anyone know about this federal patent (NIH) regarding the use of cannabis as neuroprotectant agents? I had a TBI and my neurologist mentioned my cannabis use "wasn't hurting anything wink wink." This was back in 2011 and the Nobel Laurette scientist that did the research died in 2004 so this has been sat on for a very long time. If it makes you feel better, I have BS in AOEand Masters in Orbital Dynamics , accepted generous offer of 150k with awesome benefits in '11 and day after finalizing details random driver drove head on at 55+ and suffered severe TBI and spinal damage, lost a year in hospital of hazy memory and 5M in bills. My insurance was not active yet and driver was 7 figure rich, with lawyers that destroyed my case with blatant lies denying all evidence and police reports showing her fault as I was clearly 0% at fault. Jury gave me nothing to judge's dismay so had to liquidate everything, lost everything unable to work, permanently disabled. Now on SSDI and get 1100/m and only raises are COL of 2-5%/yr. Actually, he was in a car accident a while ago where he broke his jaw. Brain damage may not have been obvious at the time, but secondary damage from TBI could take time to manifest. I wonder if he’s had any brain scans recently.

I don't like diagnosing people, but the fact he ended up in a major car accident back in 2002 that required his jaw to be wired shut to heal makes me wonder if he took any head trauma during that. Meant seriously actually: TBIs can fuck you up for years after, and with underlying psychological conditions that could be interacting with said TBI, plus the normal ways big fame can fuck you up... I do think he needs help, not in the 'hey racist go get therapy way' (perhaps a bit of that too) but in the 'hey you have underlying conditions, innate and through injury, and you need help if you don't want these to spiral further.' Until then, yeah a Big Name celeb with a bunch of adoring fans spewing hate is...a problem. :/

consumed by thought I wish I could go into detail with how hard my personal timeline is rhyming with the past right now. I received some objective validation tonight But I also picked up a handful of red flags not sure I can avoid them tho 🤡 ​ ​ ​ all in all I sleep well knowing I can suffer a third TBI and most likely still not be as dumb as bulls
