No, it doesn't appear to be. It's really close (and kinda clever, actually). Take a look at this. Download and zoom in if you have to. [https://imgur.com/a/vvX68xf](https://imgur.com/a/vvX68xf) Legitimate URL is on top, your screenshot is on bottom. The "a" in coinbase is wonky (meaning, it doesn't look like the letter "a"). If you have nothing else to lose, head on back there and open up developer tools in your browser (probably just press F11). If you're not familiar with HTML or javascript, you might not know what you're looking at. But you can post snippets of this stuff here and there's probably a thousand people who can guide you. My guess is it will be fairly obvious that the website is pulling scripts and images from somewhere other than coinbase-owned domains. Probably ones that end in .ru, .cn, .ga, or some other country-based TLD, rather than a Coinbase-owned .com address.

Overconfident people who can "see HTML of the site" but have no idea what it does use it perhaps. NO ONE should be using it for anything besides testing.
Wrong, I use Ian's coleman site on an permanently offline computer for all my Bitcoin related ventures. I can see the HTML of the site and I trust them more than some wallet. If you don't really know what you're doing, I recomment just buying a wallet though. If you understand the protocol and feel confident, Ian coleman's tool is perfect for cold storage.

Internet Explorer vs Chrome too. Chrome has never had anything close to the 97% market share that IE had. IE doesn't exist today. It had too many glaring errors (like not adhering to HTML standards and web standards in general). For a while, that first mover advantage meant something. Like wanting to be censorship resistant but now they're one of the more censored chains. They didn't want delegated proof of stake because that led to too much centralization... their solution led to one entity controlling close to 1/3 of all staked ETH, making it one of the most centralized chains out there. They say decentralization matters but they also say L2s are the future of Ethereum and those are completely centralized. A lof of them (Optimism being the #1 offender) don't even have fraud proofs turned on, which is supposed to what keeps the centralized sequencer from going rogue. Blast has massive TVL and it's literally just a multisig with a one-way bridge. There's not even a chain. And they say this is the future of the platform. Maybe they will be Chrome but the glaring issues that like they aren't fixing at all or all their ideas are leading to opposite outcomes... it feels a lot more like Internet Explorer.
