TRAC. It is a knowledge graph of knowledge graphs. This would get long if I explained knowledge graphs, but you the technology is basically what made Google huge. It allows for relationships between data that allows the computer to make inferences. This basically allows data to be linked to one another. The thing is is there are now a number of knowledge graphs holding massively valuable data, but the knowledge graphs aren’t able to interact. TRAC solves that and is the ONLY tech that does so. So why is this important/useful? 1) Data is very valuable. The more vast and usable, the more valuable it is. See Metcalfe’s Law. — Oh yeah, by the way, the creator of that law (and father of the Ethernet) is the chief advisor for the project. — TRAC can link essentially ALL data. 2) As the only tech capable of connecting knowledge graphs, TRAC is the key to true Web3. 3) Due to its inherent nature, TRAC is also a data interoperability solution that allows incompatible data systems to interact. This is actually where TRAC is currently providing real world value. It is the key underlying technology used by BSI, one of the largest logistics solutions companies in the world, for their SCAN compliance audits and for AIDTRUST, a pharmaceutical tracking solution used to track pharmaceuticals throughout the supply chain from ingredient origins to end user distribution. Fundamentally, TRAC is ridiculous. They are partnered with Google, Oracle, BSI, Home Depot, WalMart, Department of Homeland Security, EU, etc. Also, TRAC is set to be an AI supercharger as it allows AI systems to operate across all knowledge graphs as opposed to a single knowledge graph.

How so? Aside from ETH, DOT may well have the widest enterprise adoption of any layer 1. BSI is one of the largest logistics companies in the world. Two of their most prominent product offerings, SCAN (supply chain security verification and management) and AidTrust (pharmaceutical tracking solution) both rely on OriginTrail (TRAC). TradFi can move to blockchain to automate processes and expedite settlement. This reduces potential for human error, reduces costs, and improves efficiency. Many large institutions are already making this transition. TRAC is one of my favorite projects and is a solution to a number of issues. First, it solves data interoperability amongst legacy supply chain systems. BSI is using it to power their SCAN (supply chain security and auditing) and AidTrust (pharmaceutical tracking solution that allows tracking down to the unit). TRAC is also the world’s only knowledge graph of knowledge graphs, as such, it is a likely key for realizing true Web3 and allow legacy knowledge graphs to de-silo and supercharge the value of their data in doing so. The entire point of having it on blockchain is for transparency for numerous parties. VET is kinda trash, but TRAC is a much better example. Absolutely. That’s where you can make the big gains. The trick is you actually need to find solid projects. My favorite is TRAC. It’s the world’s only knowledge graph of knowledge graphs. It is the key to unlocking true web3. Without it, knowledge graphs will remain siloed. That is the ceiling application. It could lead TRAC to being one of the most important projects in all of crypto! But it also has a floor as it is currently solving real world problems in the supply chain and data interoperability sectors. It is used heavily by BSI (who is massive) both in SCAN (supply chain security and validation) and AidTrust (pharmaceutical tracking will be required over the coming years and this is the only market solution that works with disparate legacy systems). There are also MANY other applications. Outstanding team. Their chief advisor is Bob Metcalfe? Ever heard of Metcalfe’s Law? Or the “Ethernet”? Yeah, the guy who invented both. Outstanding partnerships. BSI, Oracle, Google, Home Depot, Walmart, Department of Homeland Security, etc. AI narrative. TRAC, as a knowledge graph of knowledge graphs, is the most potent supercharger for AI that you’re going to find. Personally, I suspect that’s the reason Google is involved with TRAC. Outstanding tokenomics. The tokens serve 7 different functions, all of which drive scarcity. Outstanding fundamental value. This is one of the few crypto projects I will argue has fundamental value. To me, it is one of the biggest bargains in crypto. It’s largely diluted (382M with a max of 500M). A good chunk of the circulating is actually locked for a variety of reasons, making it even scarcer. Current market cap is currently just $104M, so it has a TON of room to grow. It is listed on Coinbase, and most all projects listed on Coinbase end up $500M or better at some point. The Chinese market is a fan of it. They’ll be allowed to own crypto again in the coming months. The only reason TRAC hasn’t already exploded is because it is more technical and people don’t fully understand the potential. But the team has focused on developing a phenomenal product to this point and just entered the growth and adoption portion of their roadmap less than a year ago. Furthermore, the chart is showing signs that it has bottomed and may be preparing for a substantial leg up in the near future. My bags are loaded. If I’m able to retire early, TRAC is likely to be a big reason why. I think I’ve got a decent shot at it.

SCAN accounts for 40% of imports. They use origintrail (through BSI) for all factory certificate verification. So the companies using it account for that much of imports but the imports themselves aren’t being tracked on ODN yet. Although Home Depot’s supply chain President said his goal is to have all of the SCAN companies entire supply chain networks on the ODN. You’re the one that asked for another project with larger adoption than VET. Then you get all butthurt when people point out a project that does.

My understanding of VET is that it offers a supply chain solution through their technology and token that requires companies to intentionally use the VeChain platform. OriginTrail has developed (and continues to improve) a Decentralized Knowledge Graph - essentially the mechanics of a search engine like Google, but decentralized across nodes so that the data is not proprietary or owned by a single entity by nature. Currently focusing a lot of effort toward the data needs of companies in the supply chain, this gives companies a cost effective and accessible solution for supply chain data storage, and more importantly, offers extensive data sharing utilizing (in aggregate and anonymized) otherwise proprietary data from their different partners that helps companies reduce overhead in the supply chain (this is a current active use case for Home Depot, Target, WalMart and 52 others through SCAN - supply chain assoc North America, I believe). OriginTrail is multi-chain, built to work seemlessly with pre-existing global standards (BSI, for example), and while the system runs on TRAC, companies don’t need to change their processes or buy TRAC directly. It’s the fluid in the engine, so to speak. Lastly; the Decentralized Knowledge Graph will potentially have extensive use cases outside of supply chain, and TRAC currently sits at less than 1/10 of VET’s market cap. I don’t know a ton about VET, to be fair, but I’m impressed with the TRAC team thus far. When the Binance listing inevitably comes, I think it will see a strong run.
