It looks to be a good project. A good project IMO that released too early. Majority of companies still don't like the idea of using renewables and the general public still don't really care much about efficient energy sources. It's like IBM's SPC. The very first smartphone invented in the early 90's. It flopped then 10 years later the Internet blew up, Nokia started creating their own smartphones then the iPhone was released.
I’m fairly new to all this so I’m not the best person to answer this question but as far as I’ve learned over this last week there is nothing we can do. I filled a complaint with the FTC but I don’t necessarily expect that to do anything. Some people are hiring companies that claim to get your money back but they are probably just as sketchy as Coin16. I wonder if the money is real at all anyways. They’ve taken us for our initial deposits and they’ll take whatever taxes people are dumb enough to give them but I wonder if the profits really exist or if they are just fake numbers being controlled by the owners of the platform. I don’t think there is any such thing as SPC. Remember it’s not Space Chain. That’s a legit coin. This one stands for star purse or something like that and I far as I know it’s not being traded anywhere other than Coin16. My guess is the profits don’t exist. So unless your gonna fly to Singapore are track down the owner of the domain I’m pretty sure we all just got screwed. I’m just going to take it as a lesson. Do more research before investing, Don’t listen to girls on tinder and WhatsApp and if it seems to good to be true well then...

I\`m holding the USDT too, I\`ve invested a fair amount into SPC early on and cannot pay the taxes at 20% without the funds held. I\`ve sent a few emails to the service and they disregard my questions and say after an unknown time period the funds will be frozen and then a late fee applies which will need to be paid in addition before funds can be released. Sounds like racketeering to me but would also like to know if others have paid the tax and got there funds out.
SPC on coin 16 and space chain are not the same. For some reason SPC cannot be found on any American exchange. Has your friend moved his money from SPC to a usdt wallet in Coin16? Then has he paid the taxes to withdraw his funds?
I’m holding SPC mate now I sold that for USDT , what doesn’t make sense to me is that normally when you withdraw your profits the tax will directly come out of that but this website insists you add money to your coin16 account to pay the tax. So I haven’t paid the tax yet and my profits are just idle there still trying to get it out . Don’t know what to do
I was told by an ex girlfriend of mine about the ICO of SPC coin and was told this was the exchange to do the purchasing of the ICO which I had done before on a weird some what smaller website so that wasn't a first but now that I am trying to remove my money when I go to transfer it nothing happens and it just says under review.. I really like the scp. smart fork of Sia with a buncha improvements, and a business to business outlook. Some other projects wanna let users store stuff like dropbox or share files like bittorrent, but SCP wants to be a middle layer and rent encrypted and distributed storage space to long term business clients. These clients already pay to store this stuff, and SCP plans to sell it to them cheaper and eat Bezos' lunch. I'm in for that alone. Also, the market cap is small (55M coins, $9M), with over 75% in wallets. The network is over 1TB, (Siacoin network is only over 2TB for a project man times the size) and I just think SCP has not yet done full price discovery. Now its around 400 sats.
