The problem with this is there isn't even an agreement on web 4. Like the current popular thought is the web 4 will be mostly created by AI and control by AI. That it will seamlessly work with neural implants and other things. The best way to think about it is cyberpunk Meats a future realistic web where AR pets are a normal thing. We're talking about future that's haptic implants underneath your skin will be normal to the point that you can actually feel, taste, smell a virtual environment. This is one of the few periods that we as Humanity would have to be careful. Because let's say the implants whether it's neural or Bionic or common even among kids. You can easily have it where a government issued food plan will be given to you. And you have no idea what you're actually eating because you're sensors will show, and make it taste different than what it is. Imagine eating slop, and from your perspective with the implants it looks like a Thanksgiving feast. And if done were right none will be the wiser. Also you have to worry about day to day criminals. You will have someone trick or sensors and making it look like you're going somewhere that you're not, you can't see the person who's robbing you, and other problems. But these problems if they happen are so far out because implants of that scale is so far out. Those problems might never exist to start with. We're looking at maybe 20 to 30 years before things like that is normal. And maybe by then we'll have Nanobots. But even still you're looking at maybe 10 plus years of testing before it can go into a person outside of testing or emergency situations. Meaning that we haven't even developed or designed the stuff, in the testing phase will push the date back by at least 10 years, maybe more. So I don't expect web 4 to really show up anytime soon And let's be blunt, we really are in what three right now. The bulk of the web 3 depends on centralized systems and Web3. Plus on top of that some of the technology that we need is not out yet like augmented reality smart wearables on a mainstream scale. This isn't putting a cart before a horse. Tldr: This isn't putting a cart before you even have a single cell being alive in existence. PS virtually all of this was written by an AI using speech to text on one of the most powerful systems that can use at this time in the public. I had to add things like periods, commas, and all the other stuff because it isn't smart enough to do that yet. Why in the hell would someone realistically think web 4 is around the corner when a simple STT AI is this bad?
