The “insider sales” you’re referring to are scheduled sales. It’s like a bonus plan. He sells 45k shares on a schedule… not at highs or lows… just whenever the schedule hits. Do you know how many shares Daniel Dines owns? It’s over 38 million. The percentage 45k is of 38 million is a 10th of 1 percent… INSIDER SALES INSIDER SALES RUN AWAY. The ceo sold a tenth of a percent of his holding. On a pre-planned schedule as a bonus plan. In his interviews he is very much ALL IN.

PE ratio is mostly irrelevant. I literally don't even factor it into my investment thesis. There are legitimate companies with PE's well into the hundreds. Nvidia used to trade at a PE ratio of 150 only 2 years ago. Then it became the most valuable company in the world. Why? Because market expected it to grow - and it did. A lot. It had an EPS of 17cents / share in 2023 (PE of 150). It now has an EPS of $4.03 - a 23 (call it 25x) growth in 2 years, and a PE of 45 now. PE dropped by 75% by EPS (earnings per share) jumped by 2500% \--- PLTR trades at a PE of 750 right now - and just jumped 2.5% AH on a gov contract. You'd have missed all the good companies if you only looked for low PE. I personally stay AWAY from low PE - as it means its not growing and is likely dead money. \--- PE ratio mostly don't mean anything. Don't rely on them - they really don't tell you much. If it's super low it's usually a red flag tho
