Can anyone explain why BGRY would be entirely flat for a month straight? That's weird, right?
They are estimated to be profitable by next year. Plenty of institutional buying and holding instead of selling. With lots of movement in robotics and AI this is one of the few companies that people might move into for long term. Also, BGRY a similar stock is being bought out by SoftBank for 1.4 a share, BGRY had hit .50 this year then went up to 2 ish then dropped to $1 then SoftBank stepped in an announced they will be buying them out. If anything, I think this company might be bought out also. Plus, they are working at making solar installation easier, this might attract some government funding down the line.
For those holding BGRY warrants, the [8-K filed after hours](https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1824734/000119312523079276/d427246d8k.htm) regarding the Softbank buyout states an estimated payout for warrant holders of $0.38 once the merger has been consummated.
[Berkshire Grey Enters into Definitive Merger Agreement with SoftBank Group for Go-Private Transaction](https://www.globenewswire.com/news-release/2023/03/24/2634333/0/en/Berkshire-Grey-Enters-into-Definitive-Merger-Agreement-with-SoftBank-Group-for-Go-Private-Transaction.html) \- BGRY BGRYW BGRY being bought out for $1.40 per share. Per Section 4.5 of the [warrant agreement](https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1824734/000121390020042023/ea131303ex4-1_revolution.htm), since the offer is cash, the BGRYW should be worth the Black Scholes value. "The “Black-Scholes Warrant Value” means the value of a Warrant immediately prior to the consummation of the applicable event based on the Black-Scholes Warrant Model for a Capped American Call on Bloomberg Financial Markets (assuming zero dividends) (“Bloomberg”). Longing $BGRY. AI and robotics will only get better and they have some deep pockets backing them.
BGRY on the move! AI/robotics name with big customers like TGT WMT FDX
I have all of the players on this list. https://www.realcreativeagency.com/artificial-intelligence-stocks/ Added BGRY..thanks!
I'm saying BBAI does not qualify for your under $100m MC list at $550m currently. BGRY is not getting acquired. Softbank sent them an offer at $1.30, which is a pipe dream. They're probably the ones trying to short it to death so they can acquire it for pennies. They have fortune 500 customers like FDX and a strong backlog of orders. They're not gonna give the company away below the current trading price.
BBAI is on my list BGRY is getting acquired by Softbank STIX is more machine learning I think Thank you for the ideas!
BBAI market cap may have been under $100M a month ago, but it's over $550M now. BGRY & STIX are smaller & cheaper than BBAI.
Hey /u/CaseWorkerOne - I am a bot from /r/wallstreetbets. You submitted one or more banned tickers: BGRY. We don't allow discussion of low market cap (less than 500mm) tickers to prevent pump & dump spam and scammers.
BGRY makes AI robotics for FDX, TGT, WMT & more, which they need more than ever due to the pandemic. They have a healthy backlog. Jumped earlier this week on partnership with Locus Robotics. Apparently, SoftBank is shorting it so they can [take it private at $1.30/share](https://finance.yahoo.com/news/softbank-without-robots-time-tech-093616164.html). Oh hell no! Obviously they would love to buy it so cheap. Gonna be a huge business very soon. Burn Softbank & send this to the moon where it belongs.
BGRY… you saw it here first ;)
Keeping an eye on BGRY, SIDU, ADD, CIDM, GENE, WGS, JCSE, ZOM
Great DD. I'll grab some as I'm getting some nice profits on my $BGRY calls investment.
GNS, MARK, BGRY, GFAI, APRN, SOUN, I'm killing it.
BGRY... Berkshire Grey... an AI play. I'm just hoping regards think it's related somehow to you know who... and does a Moon shot. ![img](emote|t5_2th52|4641)
I was interested in BGRY for a while, but have since switched to Symbotic. Although BGRY is probably good for a double up.
$BGRY is ai related and it’s really pumping today.
BGRY... 2 hours 17% and I'm out.
BGRY. Lots of good news recently, pre market already up 18%
BGRY and HLLY Berkshire Grey is robotics with Fed Ex as a customer among others still pre profit, but pounded. Holley is automotive enthusiast parts manufacture. Think Holley carbs and fuel injection, Hurst shifters, MSD ignitions, Flowmaster exhaust, Hooker etc.
Warehouse robotics, Berkshire Grey. BGRY I’m down like 90% though.
Switch over and expand to maybe 4 a pop stocks, right now BGRY is.lo9k8ng good
Oh, I lost money on that one too…. BGRY was another for me.
Funny you should post this today. I was lucky and got in on SPAC warrants early on and after minting money for a couple months slowly realized that Spacs were under attack in January 2021 and slowly moved elsewhere without taking too bad a hit. I kept merged companies on my streamer that I thought had a good chance of surviving and thriving. Past few months I've been revisiting my favorites as they've hit repeated 52 lows and been nibbling on common and some crazy cheap warrants. Long story short. Had some PSNY common this morning in pre mkt but after seeing earnings I wanted more. The common had already jumped a buck, no one had touched the warrants. Loaded up several thousand warrants to good effect today. Later in the day noticed that BGRY had been thrashed severely and bought some warrants there. ADN has earnings next week and is announcing pre market (Could be wrong headed but pre mkt announcements are generally decent news) scooped up a couple thousand warrants there for pocket change. Lets see how it plays next week.
anybody watching BGRY? sitting on ATL.
BGRY is a robotics solution company but I’m down over £12,000
BGRY is the future of automatic packaging and sorting, basically FedEx and Amazon are heavily relying on their business
BGRY is a hidden gem on so many levels
BGRY is one of my favorite companies.. I'm a buyer anywhere under $1.85 - $1.75 all day.
Idk but of FedEx reports positive earnings it could make for a good swing. Not only that but its momentum whether positive or negative is also having a huge effect on BGRY$, a robotics and automation company. I'm soon going pretty heavy into it, small cap, new company, superb future.
Dump bbby and instead buy the future, BGRY!! Robotics and distribution
If you're looking for pure plays in warehouse robotics. Both of these are highly speculative but growing unbelievably fast. Both are expected to grow over 100% YoY in 2023. SYM - Symbotic Inc., an automation technology company, provides robotics and technology to improve efficiency for retailers and wholesalers in the United States. It offers The Symbotic System, a full-service warehouse automation system that reduces costs, improves efficiency, and maximizes inventory. BGRY - Berkshire Grey, Inc., an intelligent enterprise robotics company, provides AI-enabled robotic solutions that automate supply chain operations in the United States and Japan. The company’s solutions automate filling ecommerce orders for consumers or businesses, filling orders to resupply retail stores and groceries, and handling packages shipped to fill those orders. It serves retail, ecommerce, grocery, package handling, and third-party logistics markets.
If you can wait 3-5 years... BGRY (Berkshire Grey) IMO
BGRY also has a partnership with ABB robots. I got in early on this and lost my ass. Need 2X to recover, but I am still holding.
Anyone else out there following BGRY? They had an earnings and revenue beat but dumped 20% today. What gives? I am hoping BoA and Credit Suisse re-iterate their $6/$7 targets tomorrow (Craig Hallum just re-iterated their target of $5) and send it skywards again.
My positions currently: Stocks + Calls in BBBY, Calls on BGRY ORGN ASTS, puts on TSLA
BGRY up big, and unlike other despacs lately, on actual news
BGRY, another Chamath SPAC trading under $2.
I feel like all of the claims that there are ‘no workers’ might be a ploy to ready everyone for automation. Will be sold as a way to combat inflation. Looking at $ROK, $BOTZ, $ROBO, $BGRY and things like $TSP.
Industrial 3D printing is the future of manufacturing $PRNT, $DDD, $DM Automation is coming $BOTZ, $ROBO, $BGRY
BGRY. In 5 years; you'll thank me.
I believe all of this “can’t find workers” talk is a preemptive posturing for the automation that is coming. $ROK, $BGRY, $BOTZ, $ROBO
Thoughts on BBAI and BGRY
Welcome home, what are your thoughts on BGRY?
$BGRY is bouncing slowly up on the announcement of their new toys. https://www.marketwatch.com/press-release/berkshire-grey-announces-its-next-generation-mobile-robotic-platform---bg-flextm-2022-05-05
That and BGRY, that I don’t believe has had a Green Day since I bought it.
BGRY has been on a tear this week
I just meant execute their business plan, grow revenue, bring on big ticket customers, etc. Any stumbles by management in the early innings here could doom them. BGRY develops and sells robotic solutions for e-commerce companies. Their recent deck from their annual reporting is really useful. I recommend taking a gander. https://d1io3yog0oux5.cloudfront.net/_65366d56e5d33144008e72f856c77543/berkshiregrey/db/1937/17754/file/BG_investorpresentation_Q4_FY21earnings_March27_forPDF.pdf To be clear, this is a high risk, high reward company. My initial position is only ~1% of my portfolio. If they keep executing, I’ll add more.
Can you tell me more about BGRY? Execute what? Have seen a few mentions lately.
* NNOX. If they and their x-ray tech doesn't turn out to be a complete and utter fraud, they will revolutionize x-rays. Could easily see them being a $62B MC. * LLNW if management ever gets their shit together. * BGRY if they can execute. * Any of the CRISPR companies (CRBU, CRSP, EDIT, NTLA, BEAM, etc.)
About £20,000 is my position. What led me to buy BGRY is I have serious mental retardation.
I would wait for it to come down. Just bought OUST + BGRY both SPACS that launched at $10 then jumped to $14 . BGRY launched at $10 but since then has tended down. Got both under $4
I used to have most of my money in SPAC but got out and began making money . Recently bought BGRY + OUST under $4 . ALPP + ABML are under $2
I'm actually enjoying buying SPACs that are already trading Nasdaq at under $4. OUST + BGRY bought last week
Bought LPCN + BGRY Added to CLSK
Mine is BGRY, berkshire grey… founded by the CTO from iRobot… they make automation solutions… died from its spac price… but has Walmart and FedEx as customers building automated packing for food delivery or package sorting. Likely to take a few years but damn is it in the right industry.
Great price for a SPAC . Just bought BGRY + OUST also SPACs down from launch price
GENI and HIMS are my picks at todays entries. Next ASTS bet would be RKLY 2nd choice would be BGRY
$BGRY need this pumped above 5 before 4/14 or I have to move to Mississippi, c'mon guys!
Hey we all should have sold over 20! Nothing wrong with 700% gains. I'm joining the crowd over at BGRY sub. Of Target jumps in big time that could be huge. Think there is any chance they get acquired at some point?
https://www.reddit.com/r/BGRY/comments/t7fpq8/targets_5b_investment_to_include_an_additional_5/?utm_medium=android_app&utm_source=share
$BGRY is about to eat up a bunch of Target's $5B investment.
$BGRY is very much like MVIS was a couple years ago where a couple people have figured out what they are and not many people know about them but they'll explode. Only they'll have revenue to stay up after they pop.
BGRY has a EU partner to help sell their solution. https://finance.yahoo.com/news/berkshire-grey-partners-tessiant-drive-090000293.html Hope they can close some deals soon. Earning next week will either push it up to the 4's or back down to the low 3s. It's up over 20% since Monday, and hope it continues. Still think it is undervalue based on their anchor customers roster.
You bought some BGRY then I see. More to come brother.

Hi! I know this is a super old post, but I read your comment asking for competitors, and I saw that I could still reply, so I hope you still seek competitors. AutoStore is exactly what comes to mind when you mention what BGRY does. Definitely not my best buy, but at least I'm not in the negatives any longer. They compete with Ocado, which is a British supermarket group having some of the same patents.
I haven't been able to get all that much information on them. I also can't really determine if they have a direct competitor. I know that Amazon is internally doing similar things, and that Amazon could end up licensing similar tech out to other companies way down the road. I normally like to compare about 3 or 4 small companies targeting a very specific niche and then compare and contrast them with one another, but I don't have much to work with the BGRY.
I've had BGRY on my watch list but have not done a deep dive yet. Got any links to help me out? Seems like a good business model but I am skeptical about how large the potential market could be
Berkshire Grey Inc NASDAQ: BGRY PPS - $3.17 (Feb 21, 2022) Aurora Innovation Inc NASDAQ: AUR PPS - $5.27 (Feb 21, 2022)
Two small companies that I think might really pop one day are BGRY and AUR. BGRY is really close to the 52 week low. I haven't invested in either company yet, but at a certain point, I won't be able to help myself. Both are the type of investment to buy about 1k shares and then try to forget about them for a couple of years and check back in
Salty I didn’t add RKLY sub 3 a few weeks ago. Thinking I’ll feel the same about not adding BGRY in a month.
Interesting I own a small amount of BGRY, but recently came across a company called Oceaneering International Inc (ticker: OII) basically autonomous robots at a colossal commercial level. Check it out! Watch their product portfolio!
100% agree, BGRY is headed up for sure, and that next earnings announcement is going to start the climb.
Looks like all those warnings from CNBC about SPACs being dangerous were right all along. Too bad I didn't listen and now I'm drowning in de-SPAC'd companies like BODY, ELM, LEV, ZEV, XOS, JOBY, BGRY. I even have BWACW that's only worth pennies now. All are down so much that it's not even worth selling at these prices. So depressing to think that I'm stuck in them for the next 5 years hoping to break even.
true. I chose those companies because they have paradigm-shifting products that could *actually* see hockey-stick revenue growth rates. Also, serious partnerships and defensible moats. There's definitely a mix in that list though; between something like ORGN, with it's multibillion dollar customer backlog, and, say, ASTS, which is definitely something of a moonshot (since the full satellite array has yet to be tested/demonstrated in space). Rockley, on the other hand, has the best of both, and is, imho, literally one of the best long term plays out there. I am firmly convinced that Rockley is one of those companies that is going to change medical technology forever and that we're looking at a company with the potential for enormous sustained compound growth over the next decade +. I look at it and actually feel that same feeling in my gut that I did with Apple in 2009-2010. BGRY and BKSY have products that are mostly proven, and it's a question of adoption, and the pace of revenue growth. There are very serious companies (and governments, in the case of BKSY) that are in the process of testing/adopting their offerings. SNAX is a totally different beast. You probably have to go out and taste test their stuff for yourself, and then compare to the existing jerky products out there. Also, take a look at the valuation right now vs their revenue growth over the past two years.
The first and second spikes were mostly Tesla, with a little sprinkling of PSTH and 3M. Then I first got fucked by Ackman (visit the PSTH forum if you want some sad mfers), and then thought I could momentum trade and got fucked by two spacs (SKLZ and BGRY). Luckily this is my fuck around account - started with $8k, got to $16k, and right back to 8k. It was kind of fun but also depressing and made me want index crayons which don’t taste the same.
Just looked up what Cellar Boxing was, interesting and probably happens a lot. They won't be able to do that with BGRY much longer, a couple big contracts and it'll be off to the races. No other SPAC has the accelerated growth potential that BGRY has.
BGRY is the only company automating what Amazon still uses people for. This is primed to blow up. Next earnings is in March and they'll talk about all the new contracts. If you went through the order book in the last few minutes of every day for the past few weeks you'd see funds loading up on it.
Also not true. Check out BGRY.
My guess is BGRY (Berkshire Grey), it’ll drop down to around $3 a share before it rockets
