Around page 68 is where they get around to the real numbers, specifically the liabilities. The liabilities are what you’re asking about, debt and future dilution through warrants, preferred shares, all that nasty crap that they need to get off the ground. I’m not familiar with BURU, but I hope their bull thesis is strong because their balance sheet is ugly as fuck at first look.

I have a ton of money in a penny stock called Nuburu (BURU). Luckily, although it dropped a few pennies, it hasn't been affected too much. Although it could keep going down. Surprisingly it has did OK even tho the market is down. But, what I did notice is when great news hit with this stock there past week, it only jumped 10 percent. I feel it should have popped very well but didn't. I'll continue to hold for now. Thank you for the good breakdown.

“Didn’t create a blood bath last week.” I guess I should add another relevant metric. Last week the stock BURU was down more than 30%. If that isn’t considered a blood bath you are not just gullible (like you claim not to be) you may also be one of the worst investors that I’ve come across. 99.9% of investors would consider a stock dropping 30% in a week a blood bath, just for your information. I guess you’re pretty tolerant to red weeks if you’re shilling this stock though.

So I don't use scanners. I probably should but I just don't. It's important to say I am an 85% long-term investor and 15% penny/volatile stocks. I basically do my own research...see what Reddit and Twitter are talking about and then look at particular stock. I hardly ever daytrade. More momentum, situational, or swing trade. If a stock has already spiked, say 40%...I just let it go and maybe get in on a dip assuming volume is still there. What I watch for? Just like you said...good news and volume steadily increasing (not stalling) are two of the biggest things for me. If I notice a pattern in a stock, I will jump. For example...for several months before BURU'S spike, I bought it every time it fell between..135 and .14...bought and then sold between .16 and .18 I also like buying a stock early, anywhere between 3-6 weeks before a potential positive catalyst, and then just holding. I also focus on what my entry level wants to be so looking at the support and resistance levels. I really keep it pretty basic. I only typically have 1-2 penny stocks at a time. I live by the points I made in my OP.
Yes...I kept buying Buru many times over several months until that huge spike...just left it alone after that. I bought every time it dipped between .135-.14 and then sold between. .16-.18. You just have to be willing to hold for several weeks in some cases. The more patient and flexibility someone has with their money being tied up, allows for ways to make money and not being in a rush. IXHL: I bought 6 weeks or so before the phase 2 news (last July) and just held. NEON: I took advantage of like 75% dump the night before which was an overreaction. PSTV and, NFE, and FGL were similar plays as BURU. I lose too. It's important to say that. Penny stocks, as you know, can be unpredictable and not make any sense.

This is true if you're holding shares when a RS is announced. It will absolutely dump. If you're not already holding, sometimes you can buy the bottom just before it splits and catch a nice bounce afterwards. Low float plays have been good lately. This will all depend on the new float size and if the company shows any promise. If it's a shit company then nothing is going to save it. Looking at you BURU!
