Sure, - Maat pharma , but this is a proper gamble. They recently got hit by setback in the drug approval process. They can file for a review but this is bit binary outcome. - CMPX - seems like interesting science and valuation close to asset values. - SLS - again promising science, indication is drug is working, at the end of the approval process. A lot of hype on reddit (for better or worse) Care to share yours?
Idk but I randomly followed someone when they said buy CMPX a while ago. It went up, then down. I bought more. Now itโs up 33% for me. Just gotta pick and choose who is actually doing their work when it comes to DD. I still have some other ticker that took a shit and died. But Iโll hold until it at least breaks even or gets delisted.
CMPX Positive data news but over sold based on missed OS. But OS was missed due to confounding variables and FDA has approved oncology drugs based on non-OS endpoints such as PFS.
I do biotech M&A for a living so my pick is CMPX. The market misread the trial data is was a 2 arm crossover trial very complicated if you don't know the science. The trial design was to show our drug + their drug = much better outcome NOT our drug is the answer. The single arm showed a weak 5% ORR the company had suggested 6-7% so the market sold it off BUT the dual arm crossover had a 17.3% ORR suggested was 16% which is a big response. They are at Jefferies bio conference next week & will clear all this up. stock was $5 before this under $3 now will be back if not over $5 after Jefferies
I think these companies are more likely to 5x than 10x. OUST - LIDAR Leader. It's not cheap but they're clearly the best company in what could become a massive industry soon. CMPX - FDA Approval - Binary event. It's priced like the FDA said no. The data says it should get approved. HRMY - The market is just being stupid here. They should get FDA approval to expand their main drug but tbqh it should already be 5x higher.

Iโm not a financial advisor. I have both, but I have about 2 times the amount of CABA as I do of CMPX. CABA just did an offering where Eli Lily and Bain were among the investors. That made the stock jump 30% yesterday. And it finally released in an 8K the results of the no preconditioning first four patients in one of the RESET trial that I had found and released here a week ago from that abstract that was buried in the ASGCT meeting abstract materials.

They "missed" one of the key endpoint, but context matters. It would be unethical to not treat dying patients when there are no good alternatives in the market currently, hence the crossover. It might in fact be more questionable if they just let patients die because crossing over will hurt the statistic, even though there is a seemingly "working" drug thats available. From what I have gathered, PFS came in at HR=0.44 P<0.0001, meaning the drug cut the risk of progression or death by 56% which is very strong. Crossover patients observed to have a median OS of 12.8 months comparing to 6.1 months for non crossover patients. HR 0.44 also means there is a large magnitude of benefit, OS doesn't seemed to be harmed, showing a favorable benefit-risk profile. Also there are plenty of drugs that were approved without even taking the OS as one of the endpoint target so these BTC precedent are quite favourable for CMPX. We don't know if FDA will approve the drug but from a statistic standpoint there is a strong argument supporting the approval here. NFA
Compass Therapeutics (CMPX), a Boston-based clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company, employed 39 full-time employees as of December 31, 2025. So where are you getting that 155 number? According to a transcript from the CEO: "PDUFA date sort of inside the second half of next year." So for a company to be losing money, with only 4 drugs in trials, AND there leading drug missed their target endpoint, doesn't look good for positive earnings anytime soon.
for the other side of this coin, i bought into CMPX at 5.34 and sold at 5.78 on friday because i was tired of seeing it do nothing even though the data sounds promising and I was getting uncomfortable with the hype around it. imagine how i felt seeing it today in the "top movers" section but red LMAO. it is currently $1.77/share.

I know I have been practicing on CMPX for small money. One SPY option would be pretty much all my capital at this point. But is has enough to make the profit, yes I know there are others with higher volatility, but I give up that potential for something I could be stuck with for a long time.
