Forgot to post the earnings, but CRMD threw down another great report. $1.25 quarterly adj. EPS on an $11 stock is nuts. Another way to look at it...$108 million in quarterly net income on an $800 million company. Insanely cheap.

I've been in the stock for over 3 years and these numbers are insane and pt should be a lot more, but there was a shelf offering in June right after LDO1 was signed and an acquisition of Melinta. The dark cloud hanging over it right now is CMS TDAPA reimbursement news. CRMD has requested an extension and updated pricing for post TDAPA which will begin next summer. If they get good news, it could seriously take off. Also, real world evidence study results will be released by the end of year. If that comes back as we all hope, showing that it prevents infections at the rate it does, it could pop as well. While I do think we'll see nice movement today, I don't think the true value and squeeze will come until the CMS decision is released.

Holding strong for now. Trimming FEMY, CRMD, and HUMA today if these good ERs fetch me some profit and I’ll load up on more VIVK if price is still stable. Got a good feeling about this one.

Bullish here too. Notably, the technicals are pointing to a burst of buying interest. **Moving Average Momentum:** Very recently, CRMD's 73 Day moving average shot above its 78 moving average. In the past, when this happened, CRMD tended to climb about 2.62% the next day on average, with a high statistical confidence (p-value of 0.00388). This pattern has appeared 52 times in the past. This suggests a burst of buying interest. **Moving Average Resistance:** CRMD's 105 Day moving average is now touching its 106 moving average. This contact is flagged as a potential mean-reversion setup, often signaling short-term strength. Historically, CRMD climbed about 1.67% the next day on average, with a high statistical confidence (p-value of 0.00971), across 98 past cases. These are all from [**SiriusAI**](http://www.siriussignals.com) but worth noting!

Good morning! I've been in CRMD for over 3 years and posted about it 3 weeks ago. That post is [here](https://www.reddit.com/r/Shortsqueeze/comments/1nubni4/crmdcormedix_biotech_potential_short_squeeze/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=web3x&utm_name=web3xcss&utm_term=1&utm_content=share_button) . Just wanted to clarify some things about it. Yes, this is amazing news and shows sales are better than expected even a month ago when they raised guidance the first of September. Defencath utilization is better than expected for the LDO1, which is huge news too. However, the most important news for the stock in the short term is the CMS TDAPA reimbursement decision. If it comes back negative, it would prevent any squeeze whatsoever. If it comes back the way we hope, then we would probably see it. Also, potential short term catalysts (if TDAPA decision is neutral or not as good as expected) would be LDO2 sign on, Real world study results and FDA approval on Rezzayo. Keep in mind, that while the deadline for the TDAPA decision was November 1, that could be delayed due to the government shutdown. I'm not posting these things to dissuade anyone from getting in the stock, just wanting to clarify the picture. CRMD has exceeded sales since last July when they began, but the stock always gets beaten back down. Even with the news this morning, we're still sitting lower than at the beginning of October(and much less than the beginning of September even after raising guidance).

Some of the short positions on decent stocks is amazing. UFPT has like 20% of the float short. CRMD too. Interesting theory I heard: long short funds have been increasingly long on NVDA requiring more and more shorts to counter that position. However, the flip side is that of NVDA sells off, those funds will be forced to close those shorts which could lead to a really violent rally in small caps. IWM and oil both have near record short positions and could see similar rallies. Interesting theory, we'll see what happens with it.

CRMD They have a drug that reduces infection during dialysis. They also just made an acquisition that expanded their portfolio. Trading around 7x forward earnings, even if they don't land any other clients for dialysis....which they likely will.

Mentions:#CRMD
r/stocksSee Comment

Definitely. I tend to have a lot of low beta larger names as well. Also, a lot of thinly traded names that move some what independently of the market. That helps. I'm resigned to the fact that I might have some ugly days on the trail though. CRMD went from $16.5 down to $9 in the time I've owned it. Small caps are an adventure.

Mentions:#CRMD

Solid trio for medical. I've been accumulating shares of CRMD. They have a drug that greatly reduces infections during dialysis. Even if they sign no new clients they're at like 9-10x forward earnings. However, there's a lot of potential new customers so that could even be low. Also adding to UFPT. They do packaging for medical devices, sort of a MEDP type play, bit for devices instead of drugs.

r/stocksSee Comment

NBIS is a weird one....I bought it at $23, which was below the value of its assets. I figured it was a solid risk/reward at that point. It's definitely gotten expensive since then, which is why it's so big for me. My recent buys are ABL, CRMD, and NE, as well as OPRA. I'm not able to make the leap to Japanese names unfortunately. However, I'm still finding plenty of value out there.

Mentions:#CRMD

I firmly believe that the "everything is expensive" crowd just doesn't look at enough names. OPRA: rule of 40 web browser trading at 16.5x earnings. Also pays a 5% dividend. NXT: utility solar isn't as rough as residential, and this gem is trading at 14.7x earnings. ODD: cosmetics name with 25%+ annual growth, trading at 22x EV/earnings. That's not even counting names with cheap forward earnings like CRMD (6x) or ABL (7x). Like Peter Lynch, turn over rocks.

I've been buying ABL and CRMD. ABL was beaten down by a short report. The company is very complex, but is probably very oversold. CRMD is cheap, and if they execute well, extremely cheap, based on forward earnings. Risky though as they have a single product they sell. If that demand dried up, it gets expensive in a hurry. There's a lot more deals in the small cap space, imo, but it is also more risky.

ABL got hit by a short report, which seems to be a nothing burger (management is acting accordingly). BNED is transitioning to a high margin recurring revenue business, but is not yet priced as such, in my opinion. CRMD is trading around 7-8x their guided earnings for next year, but growing at massive rates. CHE sold off yesterday on a Medicare issue, but it's a great company. NXT gets sold off as a residential solar play, but they do utility solar which is less sensitive. IBP is a builder and will benefit from lower rates. REAX is real estate, same rate play.

The offering is expected to close on or about June 30, the company said. CorMedix said it granted underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 15% of the shares offered in the offering. The biopharmaceutical company said it intends to use the net proceeds for general corporate purposes that may include working capital, expenses tied to developing product candidates, and potential acquisitions, joint ventures or collaborations.

Interesting! My strategy for my taxable is a bit more forward looking. I'm taking big swings at what I anticipate will be growing markets in the future (EVTOL, space, medtech, water). There's plenty of hard times and patience involved, but if enough hit, it shakes out in my favor. BWAY is my biggest gainer (though I wasn't heavily invested there), along with RKLB, SOFI, SHOP, and PLTR (sold off most of the last two at peak). There's plenty more grounded stuff as well, but those are just to balance things out. I'll take a look at CRMD. I'm very intrigued by biotech, but my picks haven't panned out so far.

r/stocksSee Comment

It's definitely possible. I'm beating it for going on 3.5 years now. And this year blowing it out of the water. Up almost 15% YTD at close yesterday. Ive usually got about 3 deep value/hunches. Usually small caps and not tech sector. CROX is my #1 gainer this year followed by CRMD. EWBC is another top 5 pos that I think is special. But I'm a nerd and have read so much on my top 5 or 6 positions.

r/stocksSee Comment

About 30% cash since like September. As of today about 4% in SH inverse etf. Down a couple% at today's close. We go higher than here I'll think about 2x or 3x inverse funds. I do have good positions though. TLT long term bonds started the last week or two. About flat in that as of now. About 3% position. 12% in CROX. Very, very low PE for a low growth stock with amazing margins. They have tons of cash flow and have stock buyback authorized at 20% of the entire market cap. They'll probably announce more at earnings this week. 10% in CRMD. this is my focus this year. Small cap biotech involved in anti bacterial catheter solutions. Ridiculously cheap stock for what is a high growth bio stock. The product just isn't sexy. Might be a slow grower that can hit 45/share in the next couple years unless they get a BO. 8% in EWBC. Very conservative but high margin regional bank based on West Coast. Asian American focused but has been untouched by China tariffs. Leadership team had been in the US for decades. The rest is only notable for healthcare and European healthcare stocks at that. And oil stocks. Oil is just very low right now I had a big gold position but that's mostly sold now and gold maybe topping. I'm up almost 9% YTD

I’ve been riding ADTN from its low of $5.6 last year up to its current price. Hoping to start trimming around the $15-$16 price range, as this is a cyclical business. I noticed on their balance sheet that they were starting to generate profits again and I was able to catch the beginning of this cycle early. It’s been one of my better performing stocks in my portfolio this year. I have lunr calls for 9/20 OI was strong at the strike price I could afford. Was ITM now its down a little. Got jammed up in 9/20 6$ CRMD calls waiting to see what that does. Got into SOFI calls too then that went down. Finally went in on UVIX. Just need something to pop lol it’s my gambling account so if I lose it it’s fine. But would be nice to be right. Made some money then lost a big chunk playing NVDA calls :(

It was from one if those email "three stocks Yada Yada" that I first learned about CRMD, granted it's been about a year, but it just jumped 30% on earnings today when they showed they didn't gk out of business bringing their medicine to market
