KLG for breakfast. Should be fireworks the next few days, with a buyout reportedly getting done still this week. Lots of SI, and big AH moves.
twitter nerds showing all the shady buying on KLG today and for the last week even, blatant corruption is so en vogue
[8 months ago](https://www.reddit.com/r/wallstreetbets/s/Bpw5dPhP1E) u/captaingrass you still holding KLG?
Hello. You made a confident prediction on price action for *KLG*. To banbet it, please use (without quotations and parentheses): “!banbet (ticker symbol) (price action) (deadline)”. It’s just that easy! If you are unwilling to banbet it, just reply with one of the following: “I’m actually not confident at all” “I spam predictions for fake internet points and zero accountability” or “I need mommy’s permission first.” Either works. We won’t judge (we will).
Buy KLG for a quick 10% pump, deal price is $35
I guarantee you not one person in WSB had a call on KLG lmao all insiders for sure
KLG rumored to be acquired at 3b = roughly $35/sh, currently trading at $26 🤔
> The Italian candy maker behind Ferrero Rocher and Nutella is nearing a roughly $3 billion deal to buy the breakfast-cereal conglomerate WK Kellogg KLG 3.49%increase; green up pointing triangle, according to people familiar with the matter. KLG +50% in AH. LMAO 🤌
KLG up 40 percent AH on ferrero rocher buying them deal lmfaooo ANYONE GOT CALLS????
I like KLG at this point. Damn near 5% yield
I am talking about 100 contracts on some bad choices, TSM, GM, KLG, WMT, TGT...may spend even more money and roll this shit over
Why PG and KLG? aren't they also going to be affected by the tariffs?
I have currently: BRK.B IAU (have calls later this year, still in the money) T (have calls later this year, still in the money) DRD I sold earlier this year: VOO QQQ (have puts here) MSFT WMT I also have physical gold. Considering buying PG and KLG.
Stalling is the point. Here’s Ted “Cancun Cruz talking about green eggs and ham. https://youtu.be/PT3tZjlENMs?si=Wm8KLG61nGe1jvry
KLG sales down, but profit way up. Hmm...
I'm bullish on KLG Spinoffs usually outperform the market 2-3 years after their listing. Look up Joel Greenblatt, a legendary investor who made his fortune focusing on spinoff and other corporate wallstreet opportunities. I bought shares after 6 insiders purchased 2M worth of stock a year ago, shortly after the stock plummeted 40%.
Who Kelloggs (KLG)? No, MARS has agreed to acquire Kellanova (K) the snack division. Kellogg’s (KLG) is the cereal division and is separate as of October 2023.
**The dookie I just dropped at work will be investigated by The Hague. one of those blissful ones where you push once and then look down to see the the shape of your entire intestines and feel 56 pounds lighter. Thanks frosted mini wheats** ***CALLS on KLG***
They split into two different companies, Kellanova (kept the K ticker) is the snack/foods and WK Kellogg (KLG) is the cereal business
There was a spinoff. Two tickers K and KLG.
Rule 1: Buy what you know and stay away from the stuff outside of your circle of competence. I don't eat cereal, none of my family eats cereal, and the same is true of all their recognizable products. The only stuff I do eat was kept by K in the divorce. Rule 2: you buy the management as much as anything else. Gary Pilnick is an idiot from what little I know about him. The only rule they pass is "Know how they make money.", but I have zero interest in consumer food staples as an industry because consumers are super fickle, and the industry is one of the hardest to keep up with trends. Way too many companies have fallen from grace and done so seemingly out of nowhere. TLDR: I have 0 interest in KLG even before looking at their financials.
A lot. I am raising cash. QQQ, MPW, KLG and GM.
Lots of oversold companies BIG NAMES to keep an eye on: EL, MNST, FIVE, SNOW, KHC, KLG, IOT
$KLG someone’s trying to short, most are holding it down though. A squeeze could make it pop.
Why play risky GME when there’s safer KLG lol still fun too and can still be risky, just no where near the risk of a meme stock
I’ve been talking KLG for months. Welcome to the movement.
$KLG looked like it was getting shorted just a few days ago, any opinions on that? I have a picture of the charts to show what I’m talking about.
Post split I noticed KLG was trading at 1/8th the price of kellanova and thought it was odd so I started looking into it
I’ll keep saying it…. KLG is a much cheaper and still lucrative option to mess around with. I guess CPG just isn’t sexy.
Nice day to get some cheap options on KLG after the stock price drop yesterday.
KLG pls be green in afterhours :D
KLG puts, they missed earnings by 3% free cash
uhhhh KLG cause I like cereal and steadily growing wealth

(Not pictured, a closed KLG MAY 17 22.5 call for $1606.44 profit \~900% gain - can’t figure out how to show it without adding another image)
KLG is crazy. Up 22% in the last month and 76% in the last 3 months after the whole “let them eat cereal” and a boycott to start Q2.
is nobody noticing WK Kellogg (KLG)? up 10% this week, 25% this month, and earnings on may 7 Am I regarded to be optimistic on earnings?
I too made a killing on KLG yesterday - i figure i'm poor and i eat fruit loops, and there are lots of poor people out there, so they must eat fruit loops too
After the company split it started trading super low which was a red flag for me as the other company traded 8x the value of KLG. Read an article recently saying they think KLG is worth ~38 per share. Also, the last few days (before today) KLG was up while the market was way down. I’m an idiot but I think KLG is a short and long term winner.
KLG ripppppped today. Keep sleeping on it
Smh 1 more day to get in cheap yall. Next post will be my gain porn for KLG. No more yapping for me lol. *
I am trying to tell yall, KLG. but no one listens. Go check it out for yourself.
Still, no one is acknowledging KLG. Smh easy bagger
Everyone sleeping on KLG. Easy bread
nkla pump or some shit idfk KLG (not K) has been up 38% since march 11, anyone here know why?
I agree that tiktok tends to over exaggerate. And I hate using tiktok as a source but hey, sometimes it plays out pretty well 😂 that being said, the videos that I had watched, pay attention to the comments, a lot of people are claiming that his statement is not damaging to the company. I think the only way that we’d see a decrease in the stock is MAYBE if the CEO would get fired. But tbh I don’t see that as happening. The only valid (stretch) arguments I’ve seen were “but so many memories are made from a well made dinner.” If anything he may have been right, sure our cost of living has gone up, and it never hurts to have breakfast for dinner. I’m with you on this I’m just saying that I’m not seeing the stock crash due to that comment alone. I’d like to see KLG respond to the comment and then I’d probably make a judgement call from there.
Additional thoughts on KLG. I agree with that, I feel that TikTok tends to make more out of something than is actually there. This is somewhat of a hot topic/ bandwagon and they are essentially saying they feel the CEO is doing a “let them eat cake” type of thing in a situation where they could lower prices or provide more reasonable solutions to the cost of living increases. Over the past 3 weeks we’ve seen numbers of KLG cereals go on HUGE discounts showing the lack of consumer interest in store which should/would result in a lower overall inventory at major distributors due to a lack of customer interest. The decrease in distributor inventory would directly impact KLG’d bottom line as they would be experiencing less in sales to distributors. I can try to find some examples on my lunch break to better show my thoughts as well. The TikTok lead boycott was officially to start April and not end until end of the quarter to directly impact the next earnings after the 04/24, I believe the impact of seeing their products on sale in store will be enough to profit from even on this earnings. I will be holding puts all the way to the next earnings as well

Bullshit. It basically dropped 1 dollar since its high at the start of april. KLG is among the most boring stocks in the market, 15 PE and 3.3 percent dividend. This stock is unlikely to move much, also the boycott will likely blow over.
Conclusion: I think KLG will slide as we move closer to the 04/24 earnings call and past that as the TikTok Kellogg boycott’s goal is to directly impact Kellogg cereal bottom line

Hahah, I think KLG slides as we move closer to earnings due to TikTok led Boycotts that has a goal go directly impact Kellogg bottom line. Sorry about that haha sometimes I ramble
KLG has already started a reverse at the start of April, earnings will apply more sell pressure 04/23 and after in my opinion due to consumer boycotts that officially started 04/01. Already up 50% for puts purchased in April and there’s still a lot of room to run before earnings call 04/24 premarket. https://preview.redd.it/0s48meqdbgsc1.jpeg?width=1170&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=d9e43744ff734217020004cdf49784ac08d55be4
Yall already know lol more KLG puts🙌🏾
I dunno man - those $5 puts aren’t gonna print - you would have been better dumping all of it into one or two plays you knew you’d hit The reason the insane calls marks were gaining on DJT (which is where I assume the idea came from) - is because there was a hoard of apes piling it on driving the premium up and putting up insane IV while two sides were fighting about “up or down”. I don’t think anyone is fight about KLG I like the play overall, just my two cents
More KLG puts where I can average down💰 https://preview.redd.it/spv14fg1qbsc1.jpeg?width=1170&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=58c91e14f1d5c7b851e10347239dba432d25890b
Y’all are missing out on KLG… no one is paying attention.
09/20 $KLG puts 💰💰🚀 04/24 earnings to print
Well it split into two companies and kellanovas stock price was way higher than KLG. It just seems off to me that one is trading close to 100$ a share and the other is all the way down at 18$ a share. I bought in at 12$ a share, so good returns so far. I’m trying to ride this one all the way up. That said, I’m an idiot. Not financial advice
KLG is a sneaky winner. Oddly low stock price post company split.
Bought DWAC today. Fight or flight. I have a 75$ limit sell on it. Got it for 51$. Hoping to grab 2500$ gain or so and bail. I also bought 4 shares of CMG with a little bit of cash I had from selling some of my overweight AAPL and NVDA positions. I hope it continues to rise until the June split and then a bit more after. I'm not greedy. Ill take 25$ a share gain after the split. Its currently overvalued according to my intrinsic calculations. It should be 1800$. Some analysts are riding the rise and upgrading PTs to 3300. I wouldn't mind it there tbh but will sell everything after split if I pull in what I want. Their PTs don't matter much to me. Been buying KLG for the past few weeks. Started after seeing a Morningstar article about it. Started at about 14.75 with a couple hundred shares and have been buying since. Up to 600 right now and will stop. PT is around 27$ for FMV. I hope to see it hit 24$ or so in the next month or two and I will sell half. ATH was about 22$. I'm hoping it wont hit that and run back. Decent dividend small cap for my Roth. I was up about 25% but since adding, my gain is around 12%. Not bad for a short turn around tbh. Picked up 10 shares of SMCI at 978$. My intrinsic value comp put FMV at 1330. These are in my Roth. I still own the shares in my taxable account I got in mid Jan for 370 or something like that and am just holding on. I will probably not keep the Roth shares if it hits 1200-1300. I don't really know at this point. I'm actually hoping SMCI and AVGO (9% of my port) will split at some point this year. I was watching AVGO go up constantly even on market down days the past four months and I thought maybe someone knew something but no announcement during earnings. We'll see. All of these are in my Roth. Plan to roll all the gains into SPY once I sell if all goes according to plan.
Bought stocks/options in Miller Industries, KULR, ARIS, KLG, VITL and Tradeweb last week.
KLG diabetes stonks have been good to me
I saw a bit of chatter about it. Its hard to factor it I suppose; just gotta watch the data roll in. I just saw that GIS \[General Mills\] had some article published about them having some amount of mercury in their food. This may have been the same story as the 'mercury in cheerios'. Its hard to know when these things will pop up --- and how significant they are. In my opinion the valuation is so far off the mark for KLG that I ignore this factor. I have a significant investment in another company however \[EMBC\]. They make needles for diabetics. In my opinion they are extremely cheap for the quality of their earnings. This investment is down \~30%. I cannot explain why, the revenue is not dropping. Maybe the Ozempic story is weighing on them. Every investment story has a bit of hair on it. Just look at Meta when it dropped to \~$90, the story was that they were lighting the cash on fire. Look at Exxon when oil since oil went negative. I think for 'Macro' stuff which involves prediction, maybe the approach is to size the trade for the risk, but not necessarily factor in the evaluation. Imo the risk here is not necessarily the boycott talk, but that ALL corporations now face catastrophic risk through 1 piece of viral bad press e.g. Budweiser. I was reading one of the boycott forums re: KLG: Top points included: > the prices are outrageous. > it contains 'chemicals'. > i stopped eating this kind of stuff x \[where x>20\] years ago. The boycott crowd looks like folks that are not necessarily the clientelle for the product already. They seem to come from the 'I inherited alot of money and am easily offended' crowd. They have the privelidge of being able to be picky about the calories that they eat. They made their decision out of the product long before the 'let them eat flakes' story.
Recently opened positions in: $GOOGL $JNJ $PFE $K $KLG $TGT $AAPL Have been eyeing Visa, Morgan Stanley, Catepillar, and Walmart, but they are at ATH or close to them. Which doesn’t make them bad long term investments, but potentially longer holds.
Thanks mate. Thats what makes a market. Getting to 50 definitely requires some margin improvement. In any case I dont sell: as Greenblatt puts it: trade the bad ones, keep the good ones. I definitely put KLG in the good ones category.
$KLG earnings call 04/24 $K earnings call 05/02
Focusing on DWAC calls and $K/$KLG puts
$K and $KLG long puts for 04/24 and 05/02 earnings. Bad press and boycotts. I’ll publish DD sometime this week
I was doing regular weekend stock research and came across KLG, and looking at their K10s and seeing the current stock price/trend, it seemed like a good buy. Came across your thread here which basically confirms my own estimates. KLG improved their 'Cost of goods' in Q4 and assuming that trend continues their margins should increase. The bearish argument is that revenue overall will be flat/slightly decrease over the years, but even then the stock is currently cheap. Will buy some on Monday.
K is the snacks, KLG is the cereal. I just bought 3/8 and yesterday and today it came up about 7.5%
The stock shown above "K" is for the snack division, "KLG" is the cereal division in north America. This is directly from Investopedia. Kellanova, which kept the "K" ticker symbol, is focused on snacks and other foods, while WK Kellogg, with the ticker symbol "KLG," is home to the traditional cereal brands. The ceo was from KLG that made all those tone deaf remarks on broadcast TV so put your puts where puts are due.
Directly from investopedia, google is evil but can also be your friend, iykyk: Kellanova, which kept the "K" ticker symbol, is focused on snacks and other foods, while WK Kellogg, with the ticker symbol "KLG," is home to the traditional cereal brands.
$KLG/$K long puts 💰💰💰 give it a month, accumulate over time 🙌🏾
Thoughts on KLG earnings time?
That’s probably why my K calls are doing so well. Everyone is buying puts on KLG thinking it’s K.
Remember the tickets for this is both KLG and K
You got the wrong stock. The boycott is against KLG, the cereal division of Kellogs.
K is the snack brand division that make Pringles, Pop tarts etc. KLG is the cereal division.
Tf is this shit about kellog??! Puts on K and KLG fuck it
K is the snack food division. https://www.kellanova.com/us/en/our-food.html KLG is the breakfast cereal division. https://www.wkkellogg.com/en-us/our-foods/our-brands.html Dude is literally doesn’t know what company he’s got put for.
Puts on $KLG? Been seeing things in the media about boycotting Kelloggs due to some of the statements they’ve made. Anyone else thinking full regard on some put options?
GIS & KLG Puts 78% of ownership in GIS is held by institutions. General Mills produces some of the unhealthiest foods and Kelloggs owner says you should eat cereal for dinner. KLG puts the ceo made the tiktok moms mad now they’re boycotting
Puts on KLG because them because the kids are boycotting?
Big ole puts on KELLOGG (KLG). They’re getting boycotted and will def not be a fun time for them during their upcoming earnings lol (premarket 4/24/24) freeee money lol
far shot but did anyone invest in KLG after they spun off? They have earnings this week.
Thoughts on DDOG? btw KLG earnings 2/13 premarket
