You haven't discussed the key issue here - whether seralutinib will be approved by FDA and will it be commercially successful Primary endpoint - missed. Even if it didn't miss the p value, the effect size is likely not clinically meaningful. Missed stat sig on most of the secondaries. The market competition all had much bigger effect sizes on the same primary or showed a big difference on harder endpoints. The PH-ILD program is on pause. The drug had a high rate of discontinuations and a liver toxicity signal. It can't hold a handle to sotatercept. It regained the worldwide rights because it's larger pharmacies partner tapped out and pulled out of the agreement. I think this is going to get a CRL, but you never know with a rare disease with high unmet need. Even if it gets approved I don't see how it can compete with the other drugs on the market which blow it out the water

My job got outsourced and moved overseas. Payback is a bitch! I'd much rather see this work come back even if it's not done mostly by humans. We can bring back manufacturing this way as well. Okay I have one or two questions here.. You can buy a parcel of land in the provinces around 5usd/sqm and building a house there is around 250usd/sqm(assuming you're just building a proper 100 sqm house). My YT feed is full of anti-china crap, US citizen abroad in PH now and i like to keep track of things. Rug pull or massive futures loss of \~2B from a company with ties to state sponsored gold mining, hundreds of thousands of Chinese are out that money. Shady stuff behind the scenes as usual as they take your money and bet with it or just take it and run. Problems with CCP leadership and military, shots heard.... I think a lot of things are going to be repriced in the chaos, silver and gold up but oil should go up with it in a fiat problem right? People should have been more careful with that. Feel like a box full of danger is being shaken. Absolutely does feel like 'something big' is happening that we wont realize has happened until more shots are fired.
