$IRWD keep an eye on the linzess owner as Barclays just increased their holdings to a 6% stake and the company has another drug coming in Apraglutide which has an NDA filing and has shown excellent results. Info on drug: NDA rolling submission initiated January 29, 2025 with submission to be completed 3Q 2025. Feedback from recent FDA interaction indicates that a confirmatory Phase 3 trial evaluating apraglutide in SBS-IF is needed to seek approval, noted April 14. 2025. New Phase 3 data demonstrated a steady treatment effect across patient demographics and SBS characteristics. Safety results showed high treatment compliance and low rates of adverse events, noted October 28, 2024.
Long tail thinking applied to options. The administration is shaking the economy like a Guatemalan nanny and saying it’s good for long term prosperity. Fed meeting minutes for January didn’t fully encompass the unpredictable nature of the first 100 days and this administrations active approach. Now the fed staff has the ability to review actual economic effects from SBS as it relates to growth, labor, and inflation.

Somebody manipulated like with SBS.
With the current focus on Crypto, that's coming. SBS will be bribing his fucking brains out right now.
You mean the Starlink sats? Someone on /ufos did an analysis, with like proper pro SBS videos of some of the clips, and star link sat tracking! The orbs are Starlink satellites, just moving around in random directions, and not the usual way flying off in a line. Elon has gone full troll with the sats.
Closing out my Brazil stock plays for the year. Secured 16% gain off SBS but I am looking at a 8% loss on PBR. May just hold onto PBR for long term oil play.
I don’t think it’s blocked. It’s the safari browser doesn’t support VR mode yet. There are apps underway that are allowing stereo SBS video
IXHL (NASDAQ) is way ahead of most and is the cheapest - shrooms and MDMA. Just announced opening a *psilocybin* /MDMA assisted psychotherapy clinic and are doing phase 2 trial for *psilocybin* with Global Anxiety Disorder. About to have a documentary out on SBS son.

Haha, I love the polish waste management comment. I’d invested in a Brazilian one (SBS) last year. Appreciate your insights.
NYC SBS is forcing every company that receives funding from them to 100% in office work. In part it makes sense as food traffic is what adds value not only to real state but also to restaurants and shops. However, I do not see this efforts as sustainable in the long run.
||Revenue Growth|EPS|Stock Price|P/E (Qtr)|(FCF-SBC)/S|P/(FCF-SBS/S)|Next Qtr Growth| |:-|:-|:-|:-|:-|:-|:-|:-| |AMZN|9.37%|0.31|108|348|\-1.36|NA|5-10%| |MSFT|7.08%|2.45|304|124|2.06|60|7%| |GOOG|2.61%|1.17|107|91|0.93|115|NA| |META|2.64%|2.20|237|108|1.58|68|2-11%| I hold MSFT and they are clearly the best this week. Combination of revenue growth, profits, valuation. Proof is in the numbers. AMZN had the highest revenue growth but they're losing money. GOOG revenue growth is the lowest and their cash flow valuation is high which will be reflected in their future profit figures. AWS is AMZN's bread and butter, at least for profits, only 16% growth and income dropped 21% YoY. Azure on 27% and Google cloud on 28%. AMZN doesn't know the meaning of profit, and it will be impossible to justify the lack of profits when their growth is sub-10% (growth excuse doesn't work anymore). If I couldn't invest in MSFT or AAPL, and had to pick another mega tech company, it would be META at this price level. They're trading at the 2nd best valuation and revenue guidance was decent, and Zuck is committed to cost control which should help their EPS in the coming year.
Haha lol at this point I deserve it -___- Never heard of SBS but will check it out, heard a few mentions of brazil plays but never actually looked into it as I was too busy digging myself into other plays lol but have taken my losses and now need to focus and recoup so thanks for the suggestion !! but trying a wheel strategy but once my single call got executed I cant seem to get back in so there goes that theory. Dole and Bolero was deff on my radar upset about not getting in on that but congrats have seen it get some good gains lately will see if I can enter this once we cool down a lil, trying to be patient this time around. Crypto lol, I have an untouched account sitting on coinbase which I am going to check in 5-10 years lol its either going to be 2x or a loss but I fet the point seen the crypto market rally crazy in a day or two and then drop … I could not keep up with it with my sanity so walked away from it for my own peace of mind. But seriously congrats on getting out when ahead. I have chalked my losses as payment for lessons I learned and am hoping I can learn to trade with less emotions and taking my gains when I see a % gains instead of $ amount now so far so good this year.
Absolutely not, unless you want your wife to reenact Agamemnon on you! Jkjk. In all seriousness, I had options strategies on just 3 stocks: 1. Sabesp (SBS): It's an unassuming Brazilian sewage treatment and water infrastructure company, but it has uncannily fast growth. Brazil is a great place to value invest now, since its central bank has handled inflation much better than the fed has, and all its stocks are still at very good lows. In fact, I'd suggest loading up on EWZ, an index fund for Brazilian companies. It's much further below its high S&P 500 index funds are below theirs, has a very low P/E ratio, and for now has a very high dividend thanks to petrobras. 2. Dole PLC (DOLE). This was a hunch- fruit prices were set to be fairly stable this year, and Dole has responsible management and good growth history. Ultimately I was rewarded for my guess. 3. Iris Energy (IREN): DON'T DO THIS! It's a bitcoin mining company that mines bitcoin with renewable energy in remote parts of Canada and Texas. I had a tiny window to snag several additional calls during the recent bitcoin rally, but you might not get the same opportunity (or maybe you will, and I'm not FOMOing enough.) Either way, if you think crypto is volatile, try options on crypto mining stocks- we're talking chunk swings. Either way, I didn't let my emotions get the better of me, and every time the price of the above stocks declined, I bought the dip, constantly DCAing in and having faith in my gut feeling. Sabesp especially dumped for a short time because of Lula's dithering in unveiling his fiscal framework, and I was able to load up on shares at the bottom. Ultimately, I was rewarded for it, and I could probably make even more if I went diamond hands on Iris, but bitcoin, just like the private sector in general, is very vulnerable right now to political risks, so I decided to walk away with my winnings.
SBS in AK/AR platform is a good choice. My buds Vepr 12 is a fun one to shoot.
FYI the big short is streaming for free on Australia SBS on demand VPN required
That makes sense. I own TSM and SBS, and I knew both aren't American companies but wasn't sure how my brokerage bought em. Guess its straight forward if they're listed on NYSE. But even BABA and other Chinese stocks are on NYSE, so maybe the rule is only if it aint on NYSE, but seems pretty restrictive to block stuff on London or other legit exchanges from the stock sub.
There's this water company in Brazil NYSE: SBS that I've been buying on and off again, I buy when it drops below 6 and sell when it hits 10 or more. If you can find a cyclical stock, jump on it...
I was listening to the CNBC interview of SBS live on SiriusXM on my way from work and CNCB would cue a laugh track after SBS answered questions. Did anyone else here that? So fuckin funny.
I heard SBS on CNBC last night. Is he effeminate?

US courts like to make an example of women involved in financial fraud. Ask Martha Stewart. I'm guessing SBS gets 10 years, Ellison life in prison.
National firearms act of 1934. It was put in place following high amounts of gun violence related to the gangs/mafia surrounding the prohibition of alcohol. Two key events that were brought up when ratifying the NFA were the st valentines day massacre. The massacre was done using two Thompson machine guns and two shotguns. I am unsure if the shotguns were shortbarrel or not. The other key event was the attempted assassination of president elect Franklin Roosevelt. So here is the funny part. Originally short barreled shotguns and rifles were included because the NFA would also include all pistols and revolvers. When pistols and revolvers got dropped, the SBS and SBR were not. The whole reason SBRs and SBSs are in the NFA was to prevent circumventing a pistol tax/regulation that never actually happened. Tldr, short barreled shotguns are heavily regulated because pistols were going to be regulated as well but were dropped from the legislation.
I'm watching my national news at the moment (SBS Australia) and they mentioned the two pranksters.
Brazilian stocks moved today. SBS is from the utility sector, and she's up 21%. What?
I hear Nestle would be a good place to invest in, since ppl need water and milk /s I've been holding SBS on and off for 2-5 years now and it hasn't really gone anywhere. They're a Brazilian water utility company. I don't think water will outperform tech, sorry. I'd probably invest in railroads instead or defence companies, since easier to fight over water than get sea water.
My advice: pull up finviz or another screener, sort by fundamentals (PB/PEG/PS/margin) and get to work sorting through all the garbage. I found out about Y and SBS that way. Y got bought out by Berkshire (probably because it was a good company at a good price) and SBS nearly doubled in a month since it's incredibly cyclical and was at the low end of that cycle when I found it. Didn't invest in either cause this entire year has been absurd and I didn't want to take risks on unknowns, wish I did tho :p
Awesome post OP! I also work in biotech and rely on short read sequencing for my research. One comment is that while Illumina SBS methods may eventually be less accurate than long read sequencing, it will still be difficult for clinical laboratories to switch over to newer and improved technologies. Its difficult to justify changing diagnostic methods unless the benefit makes a significant impact on results, and even then it would take a lot of resources and time to switch, and for many the cost/benefit analysis might not favor it. However, if long read sequencing technology is implemented early for some diagnostic methods, then this would favor its continued use over short reads.
SBS. It's a garbage run airport in the best of situations, so these days it's gotta be hell. Last time I flew into there they assured me they had filled my bus up for departure, do my checks and there's 200 pounds of dino juice in there. Guess they wanted me crashing shortly after takeoff
Ah yes a crash that brought them back to *checks notes* 6 months ago prices. Utilities only make sense when they actually trade at a good value. % off ATH means nothing. I'd buy WM if it was still at 100-110. In terms of municipals SBS and NAD while small caps seem to be better value based on initial screenings.
Dude, i own VR for nearly 5 years, do you really think i have not watched an orgy? 2 videos side by side (SBS), just VR has a bigger resolution and head tracking. And it did not blow my mind, sex irl is still better.
I figure if we're going to go volatile this month I'm going to celebrate Black History Month by buying from my Minority Owned Business watchlist. If anyone wants to get a list going, mine includes SBS, UONE, CARV, GBT, PING.
From what I saw, SBS dividend dropped significantly this, and Isn't consistent. You're talking about this stock, right? https://www.nasdaq.com/market-activity/stocks/sbs/dividend-history
Keep it in your portfolio. Take ten grand and put it into high paying dividend stocks like IAF and SBS. Dividend stocks that pay close to ten percent. The other ten grand keep in settled cash so if the market corrects itself or crashes, you have money to invest and sit on while Coca-Cola is half price. Then the eight grand you can either play with all of it or take out your original investment amount since it won’t be taxed and play with the rest. Or play with the eight grand and build a small portfolio of aggressive stocks, etfs, and mutual funds and let it grow. Personal advice, any profit you make, split it and by more dividend stocks, save some as settled cash, and play with the rest.

This is the most movement $SBS has done in months
Sorry to burst your bubble, but being included on a "framework contract" in the UK guarantees zero revenues. There is no way PLTR will realize half the value of the total budget estimate. This selection just means the firm is now a preferred vendor on a shortlist (of 31, most of which are previous incumbents). They will still have to bid and often compete for specific budgets and projects, but now they are pre-cleared in procurement A lot of names on that list are not exactly very innovative companies. See for example Civica. Not all of these groups are even run as traditional for-profit companies either, cf NHS SBS. Not a high bar for PLTR to clear. If they didn't manage to get on this list, shares would've dipped because bar is set pretty low. This is only market moving news if/when they actually realize revenue and take substantial UkK market share from the 30 others on this list.
My unrealised amount is -10%. The majority of stocks I have were bought in late February. Yeah I’ve had a fair few red days, but I own a lot of individual stocks. I took a massive hit with AYX and ACAD recently but I also have stocks that are doing better. My realised gains are +29% for YTD, +6.7% for the last 30 days so even if I realise those losses it won’t hurt too much. That being said I plan to hold, no point selling if the set backs are temporary. I have investments in VTRS, TREE, SBS, BIO-rad, CRM and ILMN and a few other stocks which I’m all confident in long term. My weekly goal for trading is to secure a 0.5-0.75% equity gain. Due to my account size and where I live I don’t have to pay taxes on my trades yet so I reinvest all my money. By compounding the gains I can open up larger positions and remain liquid to buy into new dips and consolidating stocks and etfs.
NMTR is gonna do well long term. They have two drugs performing very well in FDA testing. Their celiac drug is going to be a game changer. The fact is there is no competition on the market for it. Larazotide is going to change lives for people with serious gluten allergies. Their SBS drug is going to get approval more than likely by EOY. Covid pushed back their trials which is why the price has gone down as they were expected to be getting approval this year but likely may be pushed back to early next year. I’m in at 2,000 shares @0.59.
The Margin Call is available on SBS on demand for anyone in Australia or Outside of, who wants to watch it free. 👌👌
I would get out of SBS, although it is technically a water company as you say, it is a government owned sewage/water company and the politics in Brazil, specially São Paulo are not that good.
I know someone who is very well versed in this field. They put me onto this a little while back and I am holding on for the ride. The SBS market is around a billion dollars the CE market around $2 billion.
I mean this is me totally speculating but I could that if both drugs in the next 2-3 years are approved and licensed to a large drug manufacturer that it could be a $30+/share stock. As I said above the competition is almost none for both drugs. There’s a lot that has to happen to get there but if you look at the little news there is about this company it seems like most people are quite bullish on the long term prospects. I like the stock, SBS is horrible for people who deal with it. Imagine shitting 20 times a day (no joke) and major pain and not being able to absorb nutrients properly. Plus from my understanding of it they are developing a drug that has to be injected far less than the one currently available which I’m sure most patients would appreciate as well. The CE drug will be a huge money maker if it works out as there is no effective therapy currently available.
They are currently working on two drugs that are in FDA testing. One of them is a drug for short bowel syndrome and the other is for celiacs disease. The SBS drug is in late stage trials and both have shown promising results with early trials. It was initiated by Oppenheimer a couple months back with a $6 strike price. The SBS though an orphan drug is most likely going to be approved as it’s showing high efficacy rates and patients have responded very well and there is only one drug on the market to compete with it that is like 30 years old and doesn’t work well in comparison. The CE drug is interesting as it still is a couple years out but from my understanding there is basically no true therapy available for CE patients. This is obviously a very broad outline but I didn’t want to write a whole DD. It’s definitely a long term play but has been holding steady without any real news in months. If both drugs are approved and licensed properly this stock is gonna pop. Might be a while so I’m just forgetting about it. 2,000 shares @.0589
Running SBS hypertrophy 3 days a week. Doing cardio on off days. I’m old so my body doesn’t recover well throwing around weights more than 3 days a week
I know plenty are losing money, but SBS looks like a great undervalued asset in the midst of an upswing

Anyone with thoughts on SBS?
Tbh I joined right when everything started with GME, I was fine until I caught the SBS (Smooth brain syndrome) from the group as of now there is no cure.. please pray for all the victims
SBS has a short interest of nearly %50
SBS - Brazilian water utility that has been hit because of the fall in the real. But real seems to be undervalued right now and should go back up, which should mean this stock might be looking at a 50% - 100% run back to the $12 if the real goes back to those levels.
We could give them a special three letter acronym like SBS or "Shit Backed Securities". Then we could let the banks leverage them 20 to 1. What could go wrong?
