I have been trading for 4 weeks. My first week I made a rookie mistake and lost 2k realized. Luckily that loss was on USAR, my first pick, and I ended up selling at break even. Learned my lesson, researched, and changed my mindset from gambling to investing for wealth building. I have since turned my 2k seed into over 12k in holdings. Stayed up last night doing research on the Iran situation, bought and sold a few energy stocks at lows and peaks. Put my realized into my HYSA and reinvested my initial + interest into high quality tech stocks at a steep discount. I can tell by the few lovely interactions i've had on this sub that its full of gamblers who mostly lose. I lost once gambling, broke even, and learned my lesson. Turns out this game isn't hard if a rookie with barely a month of experience can spend a few hours around 12am-3am trading and waking up to a solid green candle on my daily with 4 figure in realized headed to the HYSA. Honestly thanks for concern though. People lose their ass on this because they dont listen to advice like yours. Like I said I only trade securities. No margin, no options, futures, etc. Just good research, intuition, and patience. Good luck I hope you make as much money as you desire.
Crazy, right? Did the same thing and was planning on sharing with other traders but turns out this sub went from an investing sub with funny memes to a meme sub with funny investing. Sold USAR for 20.80 at around 11am yesterday, then saw the news, waited, dumped VG I bought last week selling at peak, maxxed out LNG at 247.50, sold at peak and then DCAd my high value tech stocks and left a few % each for some "penny stocks". Realized more profit before lunch today than most of of these people will for the entire month... Glad to see at least one other logical person who can predict most likely outcomes and likely know more about an investment than the value metrics and analyst ratings who \*\*\***CERTAINLY**\*\* don't have a conflicting interest to steer you away from overweight positions with true "Strong Buy" level indicators lol. Buy the dip on tech. Some companies are so undervalued but don't say have 3 random "analysts" saying "BUY NOW BIG MONEY" so no one looks at them twice. I will DM u my picks if you want them. Its nothing ground breaking but apparently is genius level for the average user here. Good trading and health. We will both be rich soon :)
Rare Earth Elements (REE) and Critical Minerals (CM) with this strike in Iran we're going to cut China off more oil like we did with Venezuela, they in retaliation will cut us off more from their REE and CM, so United States will fast track mining and refinement. There are bills aready passed in Congress now waiting for Senate. I have TMC, UURAF, UAMY, USAR, DTREF, ARRNF and some other small ones.
I tried to play options on news. Bought USAR once the government took a stake in the company thinking it would skyrocket the share price the same way it did with MP and Intel. Currently down 90% on the options I bought and down 40% on the shares. I'm done every trying to play news 🤣 that was a very costly mistake. Options do have until May, but I'm not holding my breath that things turn around. Just gonna hold and accept my fate since theres no point in selling them back for $50 when they're already down almost a thousand each

Anyone who may feel regarded today just know I gambled on USAR earnings because I saw someone on twitter say they were today. Anyway they weren’t and I full ported for no reason.
$USAR wont hit $250 that easy, yet. 1. It is not in production yet. 2. If it hits $250, that would be $50Billion Market Cap. Other Rare Earth compeny, $MP, which already in production, but the Market Cap is only $10B. I can be $16 to $30, Could be $50 depends on if there any trade war or more Gov investment, but wont be $250 this year.

NB — Huge potential at current market cap, they have niobium and scandium which are very important and no other mines. They need funding, but are super far into the EXIM loan process for $800M $CRML - pure scam $AREC - massive potential, they have tech to process heavy rare earths and already have a partnership with the government $USAR - they have a shitty mine that will take years to develop. They have no progress on magnets or processing, but have a deal with the government that was massive dilution that should help them achieve that $MP - the NVDA of rare earths. No company comes close But check out UURAF, more potential than any of these :)
USAR and MP I would consider some of the top tier miners currently. The USAR government stake news from this week is huge, and MP has previously had the most runup of any of the major players. AREC and NB I have no experience with CRML is horrendous and you should not trust them with any of your money. I have been openly short for a while and although I closed my position recently it still has plenty of room to drop. The CEO is a known fraudster and they keep getting hype off of Greenland talks but the White House has specifically released a press release saying this company will not be recieving any grant money (as of a few months ago). TACO could always reverse course, but I don’t see this one mining company being of large enough stakes/importance for it to ever get the reversal treatment

Rare earths are fine. Price floor concerns are ridiculous and meaningless, as the market has set the rates way above those floors anyway and the prices are likely to rise, not fall. Also, the US Gov wouldn't buy 10% of a company (USAR) only to fuck their investment a few days later by giving negative news. The news has not been confirmed as of yet as far as I'm aware, with the news drop coming from a random twitter account and the share price drops falling on low volume. This is a big buying opportunity with a solid gap up opportunity in a sector that is quite frankly the most important one for rebuilding the nation.

When Elon ran rampant through the bureaucracy a number of investigations and 'suits against his companies miraculously vanished. Trump tweeted out it's a good time to buy, and then invited a couple of friends and bragged how much money they had made. Taking stake in a number of companies. INTC, USAR, MP, LAC, TMC and a "golden share", whatever that is, of US steel. States and companies alike around the world are hurriedly forging new trade alliances excluding the US. No one is looking to decouple completely, but no one trusts the US enough not to have a lot of other options. Not even the oldest and staunchest allies the Europeans trusts the US. All this and more in a single year. And this only what's _**blatantly visible**_. The FTC and SEC has had both their budget and headcount slashed. They couldn't control the markets even if the administration wanted them to.
