These type of BART actions were common in summer of 2018 when money dried up and everyone lost interest in crypto. I would not be surprised if the same thing is happening right now.

I love CA & and used to live in the By Area. I agree that it is filled with crime & there are extremely violent, soulless people that prey upon others. It's very sad because the area is magnificent. The prosecutors are soft on crime. I used to take BART & the escalator was always broke at Mission. Turns out, it was broke because it was clogged with feces. No shit. Even the news reported on it. exactly. I just looked at the map and they’re in the building at that weird corner of sutter, sansome & market. Downtown SF has a ton of houseless folks, but there’s other places to have an office. The suggestion that the DA should arrest all the homeless people is a pipe dream, not to mention inhumane. another, slightly related issue, is that BART is so limited that most commuters have to work within walking distance of market street. Transferring to MUNI is inconvenient, expensive and a huge time suck. If public transportation was improved the city wouldn’t have to be so centralized. This wouldn’t do anything to reduce the number of houseless people, but at least it would disperse foot traffic and make the city feel safer and cleaner. And then there’s improving human services instead of, oh, say, paying for a million dollar fireworks show at 11:30 on a sunday night for a shitty movie premier. sidenote: my only experience with city planning is Cities: Skylines, so the above is a useless hot take.

Actually that is not entirely correct. Whales usually spread out the bulk of their buy/sell orders in either Distribution or Accumulation ranges, that way they don’t move the price. The big Whale groups will use Bots to handle this for them. Look up a BART pattern. Yes Bart Simpson. Big changes in price, whether up or down, are massive liquidation events for the most part. This can either be after Whales has bought or sold, and squeezed the Longs or Shorts. Some exchanges themselves do Stop and Liquidation hunts using Bots, because this is how they make their money.
