Isn’t it important to be factual when trying to point out factual errors? For starters; UCL CBT is the source for the slide in the picture above - not Hedera. (http://blockchain.cs.ucl.ac.uk) And according to Algorands own homepage, the TPS throughput is 1000. (https://algorand.com/why-build-on-algorand) Are both sources wrong?

Huge assumptions. İt was 20% of my monthly income after bills and rent. The other 80% is in the bank. Hardly my only savings, and I'm comfortable losing it because it's risk I've concluded I am happy to take, and I feel it can be a good investment. I'm learning about stocks at the moment, so I'd probably put another 20% in when I start, leaving 60% for emergencies and typical saving. İf I were you, I'd take some of that money you can splash and pay for some CBT to rewire your thought process, so you're not such a cunt.

Post is by: BreadBucksCuck and the url/text [ ](https://goo.gl/GP6ppk)is: /r/CryptoCurrency/comments/ubx3l6/introducing_bread_bucks/ Greetings to all, I have a proposition for you. Today, my proposition is a scamcoin NFC (non-fungible crypto) called Bread Bucks. Bread Bucks is a new NFC that will take the world by the cumming storm. How this NFC works is simple: if you take a take a picture of your sammich or other foods, it'll be uploaded to a new system called the cockblock chain. The CBC is a system that will prevent other turds and bananas taking your NFC that you spent tens of thousands for. The CBC and Bread Bucks have some drawbacks to be honest. We are not responsible for your compromised wallet called a Bread Box. The Bread Box is a wallet system running on Windows 98, hose clamps, a Phillips CD-I and duct tape that were laying around in my basement. Thank you for reading this message and don't loaf around for this shitty investment opportunity. With breadbucks, you can use your picture of your own sandwich to buy other sandwiches from other users on the CBC. The NFC is and will always be in early access. The NFC will run on Eurobeat, burnt toast, overbaked cookies, virtual boy and speedrun resets. The CBT is also applied to any and all transfers. A failed transfer will result your accounts being locked, clothes stripped, and will be forced to watch every single episode of "The Big Bang Theory" and hearing Owen Wilson saying "wow". Thank you for choosing Bread Bucks and have a nice day. *I am a bot, and this action was performed automatically. You’re an engineering student - so take some time to digest these numbers in [several studies](https://www.cnbc.com/amp/2020/11/20/attention-robinhood-power-users-most-day-traders-lose-money.html) from this link Statistics don’t have feelings - the math doesn’t care that you feel manipulated: day traders will lose more than HODLERs. PERIOD. Start using your beautiful brain and stop listening to your gut feeling because of some Technical Analysis you read up. The nature of daily stock/crypto fluctuations follows a chaotic process (again, use your brain and lookup Monte Carlo simulations, random walk, even the word “stochastic” means randomly determined - you cannot accurately predict daily swings) So now what? Start investing (10-20 year plan) and live your life - be the best damn engineer you can be (or choose another profession and do your personal best in that job, don't compare yourself to others - achieve your personal best) 1. Buy a legit Ledger or Trezor wallet (beware of Amazon scams) 2. Buy some high market cap coins (choose the top 10-12) or just buy ETH and BTC from an exchange that offers free or super low transactions fees - place a limit buy that's 10% below the weekly closing price, let it expire after 30-90 days then put a different limit buy that's based on the most recent weekly close value - (that way, you'll eventually “buy the dip” - there may be huge gaps where you don't buy anything for the month, especially in a parabolic bull market) 3. Transfer coins into a hardware wallet as soon as the limit buy goes through 4. Make a spreadsheet of the date, how many coins you bought, and at what price (important for tax purposes in the future) 5. Repeat until you're 40 years old, then you can sell or stake and live off the interest If you cannot follow these simple instructions and find yourself doing the same behaviours in your post, you need to seek help from an addiction rehab specialist (counselling using combinations of CBT, mindfulness, acceptance and commitment therapy, somatic therapy) You're 21 and I'm 36. I'm up 3x even in this “bear market” just by HODLing. I started 2 years ago and I'm never selling: my end game is to have a liveable wage off the interest from my assets. I have a long way to go. I wish I invested and HODLd at your age. Good luck.

Have you looked into CBT or DBT therapy? Both can be extremely helpful. I’m a therapist (not licensed yet) but about to finish my masters. If you make a good living you can probably afford a good therapist even without insurance covering it. The good thing about CBT is that it doesn’t require years of therapy, and it’s a goal-directed program. In the mean time, here are a couple things I know can help: 1) Social support and connection are extremely important for helping with any kind of addiction. 2) Every time you go to make a trade, take a pause and ask yourself why you’re doing it, rather than acting on impulse. 3) Once you figure out why the impulse exists for you, find something that can provide a similar reward without causing you financial or emotional loss. Essentially, you’d be redirecting that energy elsewhere. Hope this is helps! A little about my experience with trading: I remember losing money trading alts as the market went down in 2018. Eventually I stopped day trading, switched to investing/research, and redirected my energy to writing about the market instead of always actively trading. I’ve gotten more validation and profit from this decision than I ever would have from day trading. I do trade futures sometimes but have a very small trading stack with pretty strict limits for myself. -Victor Cobra

Post is by: Impossible_Rich5865 and the url/text [ ](https://goo.gl/GP6ppk)is: /r/CryptoCurrency/comments/shxu7r/crypto_and_mental_health/ Hey, I'm a journalist and writing a piece on the mental health impacts of crypto, especially over the past few weeks. I spoke to a CBT therapist who specialises in anxiety related to crypto so wondered if anyone had been tempted to speak to someone about it or felt it was impacting their MH in a bad way. I'm keen to hear from any new investors who are anxious over the crash; anyone who has invested a lot and is struggling seeing numbers go down or anyone who generally has found their MH takes a hit in response to the markets. If anyone feels like chatting to me, just DM. Thanks *I am a bot, and this action was performed automatically. Hedera also uses one five millionth the energy of Bitcoin for a transaction. It uses so little that it is feasible for Hedera to purchase carbon offsets and they are actually Carbon negative. A third party audit is performed and Hedera eats their own dog food by purchasing tokenized carbon from DOVU (twitter dovuofficial). You can view the report form University College London which points to Hedera as the most energy efficient next gen blockchain here: http://blockchain.cs.ucl.ac.uk/wp-content/uploads/2021/11/UCL\_CBT\_DPS\_Q32021\_updated-2.pdf

There are lots of great audiobooks for CBT and just generally talks by people such as Jordan Peterson on YT that may prove beneficial. I often listen to such things at night, so have amassed a collection of them that I continually add to in an audiobooks folder. I'd be more than happy to DM you some links to these if you consent, and does not contravene sub rules. Being able to be honest with yourself, being able to tangibly put it out there in the world, and being able to acknowledge a state of affairs or mind that you wish to change, develop, tackle etc. is both I credibly brave, courageous and also incredibly productive. None of these things come easily, nor can they always be achieved anyone. Take both comfort & pride in this, for this is a is your strength. Think of the last few months like a crypto chart. You've been crabbing, consolidating. Nothing has been able to push you down into the abyss, and all the while you've been accumulating strength. Slowly, but surely, all that negative pressure has to release, as its ability to suppress you wanes. You are winding up for an extended period of upwards trajectory. Super bullish. 👍

Some marketing breadcrumbs from learning about Changeblock.. 1.If you go on their about us page, you can see the teams LinkedIn pages. They have members who were in the original team that created carbon credits. They have huge environmental players in their arsenal. 2.You can withdraw your CBLKs/CBTs for the underlying asset in real life. No other protocol does this. They will also be very transparent about what asset is backing a CBT. Other protocols are more vague. 3.People in developing countries can have easy access to the carbon markets. Imagine a forestry project in Brazil. It's difficult for them to instantly sell their abatements to someone in a foreign country. Changeblock will open up access to markets that they otherwise might not have. 4.You as a consumer can have access to the carbon markets. Do you know how to purchase, hold or send a carbon credit? You will do soon, before it would be a lot more difficult!

here is Singapore law. yeah i am taking it this far In Singapore, cases of embezzlement of funds by employees or company directors are prosecuted for the offence of Criminal Breach of Trust (CBT). According to Section 405 of the Penal Code, whoever, being entrusted with a property or has control over the property, honestly misappropriates it to his or her own property, commits will be liable for CBT. According to Section 406, whoever is guilty of Criminal breach of Trust shall be imprisoned for a term up to 7 years, or with fine, or both. Aggravated forms of criminal breach of trust are provided for in Section 407 to 409 of the Penal Code. These include CBT by carriers, clerks or servants, or by public servants, merchants, bankers, or agents respectively. These aggravated forms of CBT attract higher sanctions. An example of alleged CBT in Singapore is that of the ongoing case involving City Harvest Church. City Harvest Church founder and pastor Kong Hee and five other associates have been charged for dubious investments made to questionable companies, and also for the alleged embezzlement of a substantial amount of money from the church’s building fund to finance the pop career of Kong’s wife, Sun Ho. The main issue surrounding the trial relates to the manner in which the building fund monies entrusted to the church’s management board was allegedly converted for improper use, in breach of the trustees’ duties.

USA is able to get away with this because it is still the dominant world power, economically and militarily. The USA has enough international geo-political influence to coerce other countries and institutions into colluding with the IRS and the US gov to rat out, imprison, and/or extradite individual American expats/foreign nationals. USA has pretty much always had citizenship based taxation, but it became even more authoritarian when FATCA and FBAR was introduced in 2010... it basically made it impossible for American citizens abroad to have any sort of financial privacy with their foreign financial/banking institutions. The only other country that has CBT is Eritrea, but they cannot practically enforce it as they do not have the geopolitical leverage to get other countries cooperation. This is why USA is effectively the only country in the world with CBT. In any case, if you seek to claim some semblance of actual freedom in this world... and not the fake "freedom" that American's think they have... renunciation of US citizenship is the first thing to do. You may be hit with an exit tax, or not - it depends on your financials. And then you can finally live without CBT going forward.
