I am willing to bet that every single EX has had some kind of intrusion/compromise at some point. It's just what you hear about vs what you don't. Because surprise, surprise: in most jurisdictions, an outfit has *no legal obligation to tell you shit about compromises under certain thresholds,* and in fact, in *many* places, *they have no legal obligation to tell you shit, at all, EVER.* In this case: we heard about it promptly, steps were taken immediately, impact was minimal, and restorations are happening. What's there to complain about? They clearly had a plan, enacted the plan, and were forthcoming. If this is their response to a small-scale intrusion, I have increased confidence in their ability to navigate a more serious breech. Source: used to do sys admin work.

If an exchange id decentralized, then it should be physically impossible for anyone to "compensate everyone". If someone has the capability to compensate anyone, it means they have master control keys/backdoors to the system, and it is therefore **centralized** which means it's not a "**D**EX" it's a "**C**EX"

To that effect, I don't see too many single accounts that post blatantly conflicting positions. Most accounts I've looked at are internally pretty consistent, and only make trending posts when the current sentiment allows it. I believe this subreddit has several sub-ecosystems of posters/commentators/voters that come and withdraw in waves. EX: Bitcoin maxis, ETH maxis, anti-ETH, memecoiners, BCH users, ALGOnaughts, active traders, NFT fans, anti-NFT, and of course ADA fans.

That $600 limit for them to be taxed is for combined rewards from one entity, not just 1 single reward instance FYI. EX: If all of your Coinbase rewards total over $600 then you would owe taxes on it.

Where to begin with a post this full of narrative silliness?: How about: *"As much as I'd love all these signals to be FUD, the truth is, it's not."* IE: The first sentence. Any "analysis" that starts with *"the truth is"* is not "analysis" at all.....but **opinion**, *and likely unsupported opinion at that.* EX: The Buffet Indicator? Sexy! But, that indicator has been flashing red (>100%) for years, and here we are-ATH after ATH after ATH.....and if you were swayed to stay away by "Buffet's Indicator"....you have made a lot less profit deposits at the ATM and missed out on one of the greatest bull runs in history. (That is fact-not opinion.) *So help me here, the Buffet Indicator is of what actual value precisely?* Meanwhile, Mr. Buffet has still done his thing-and has been heavily invested in the market throughout. Kaching! And so on. How long can a market stay "irrational"?: *a very very long time.* How long can an asset stay overbought OR oversold?: *a very very long time.* Of what value are "analysis" posts like this?: *very little.* Rinse and repeat. And the summary,oh heavens: *"The best thing you can do right now to protect yourself is to keep an emergency fund that can act as a hedge in the case of hyperinflation or a sudden crash such as Gold or staked Crypto."* Gold? Ok. Staked Crypto? No. Even if the interest rate payment continued (a very big IF), the likelihood that the principal value of the crypto would be maintained (or increase), *is simply not supported to date.* Hence, making such statements just supports a myth-and myths do not make great inflation hedges. **Now would be a great time to stop hyping the crypto rainbow narrative, and instead focus on what crypto actually is: a highly volatile and speculative asset, very exciting new technology with loads of promise for the future, and an easy way to both make-and lose-money.**

1) You missed my point. (No matter, I made it.) 2) This is anecdotal evidence: *"I have not had a fraud experience with CDC yet, so that scenario does remain to be seen."* Remains to be seen *by you*\-which means untested *for you*, and wholly irrelevant to all other readers. I am thrilled you have gotten a goody. YAY! I hope that CRO CDC stuff works for everyone. YAY! I just weighed in that all may not be such the rainbow as posed-for all. EX: in the US those gains can be taxed up to \~38%.....whereas the 5-6% we can pull (up to 10% at Discover) flies right under the radar as it is fiat cash back, that is booked as an expense reduction, like a product on sale.

Has anyone heard of trading platform 78EX? The website in question is https://www.78ex.info/#/home. I was brought there by a Chinese Whatsapper that randomly contacted me. If anyone has any experience with anything I've listed do let me know. Scamadvisor gave it a 1/100 score but I wanted to ask anyways.

The validators/nodes wouldn't need to report anything. They are just providing computational power to make sure the transaction is legit. The ones who need to report are the parties selling and buying the crypto. EX: If person A sends 11k of BTC to person B, it doesn't matter who on the BTC network validates the transaction, just person A and person B need to report.
