Buying from mints like apmex.com , kitco.com is a good start. REPUTABLE mints and sellers on eBay like MCM and APMEX are a good go-to also. To buy or sell in person you can visit your local gold/silver trading post dealers and some pawn shops, antique shops, gun stores. You can Google gold/silver in your area and you'll see there's options. Selling on eBay is a breeze too. And if you know other goldbugs in your family/friend circle simply sell to them. The security of the crypto ecosystem as a whole has to be improved. This type of breach occurs virtually every month; can you picture what will happen,if quantum computers with about 300 million qubits is in existence already, and the threats they bring to blockchain? QRL, MCM, QANX, and NXS thought of this and created a blockchain that's quantum-resistant. Blockchain security should be always a priority, anytime, anyday.

I would like to point out that the title of this post is grossly misleading, and it shows that OP hasn't done their respective research. For years now many decentralized blockchain projects have been claiming they're the one's to be "the first blockchain to provide post-quantum security" (i.e. QANX, VRSC, QTUM, MCM, and QRL to name few)! On this fact alone, we know that post-quantum security isn't a new concept in the blockchain/decentralized community, and there's no way ALGO could the first to implement it. If this is a case (or debate) of whether or not the aforementioned projects are really post-quantum resistant and/or which one really was the first to successfully implement post-quantum security, then that achievement would have to go to QRL (Quantum Resistant Ledger)--hands down. In short, this really comes down to the signature scheme used by the blockchain to sign transactions and whether or not the blockchain was forked to provide such security. QRL uses XMSS, which is approved by the NIST (National Institute of Standards and Technology) as a post-quantum secure digital signature scheme. And unlike other projects which claim they can simply fork to a more secure signature scheme, QRL was designed like this from it's genesis block. This is important because even if blockchains can fork over to "become post-quantum secure", it will only work for wallets created after the fork--leaving any wallet created prior subject to quantum attacks. A quantum computer running SHOR's algorithm would still be able to derive the wallets private keys using the public key, which is public information that is stored and easily viewable on the blockchain. Mochimo - MCM is a quantum resistant coin that was built from scratch. With every breakthrough in quantum tech, the discussion about quantum resistant coins increases. Currently the interest and desire to own outpaces the availability. Lots of people asking how to get some, but very few actually able to bag any. People with 4x1080TI rigs are mining 80 MCM/day, but nobody is selling.
