How so? Ive been in this same sector for 6 years. Before it was on anyone's radar. Ive done very well too. Waiting 4 years for the come back. This cycle has been shit for miners until June. Unfortunately I sold 500 shared of IREN at $3 or wouldn't even be talking Canaan. Just swapped out of Bitfarms and BTCS and BTBT for this.

A bit, but I don't want to go through my list. As far as profit potential, I think a dabble in to the ETH treasuries may not be too bad (obv ETH ran a bit today, so that doesn't help getting a bottom). SBET, BTCS, BMNR at the right price would be nice. Other than that, I'm in a lot of things that have already ran or are too popular (PLTR circa $10, etc). Plus I don't want to give bad leads. I'm just an idiot.

BTBT doesn't move with ETH like the rest of the ETH treasuries do. The market treats BTBT as more of an actual company than an ETH treasury. If your intention is to be in an ETH treasury that has a low share price, just buy BTCS.

I have BTBT & BTCS both eth treasuries. I’m contemplating between sbet and bmnr. I want to grab 100 shares for covered calls. I thought of selling a put but I think the upside is better than the premium. What worries me is sbet being known for financial troubles. How much debt are they carrying & is eth enough to save them lol

Congrats. If these are post tax dollars make sure you’re not selling out of positions until they’ve been held for a year and go long term. Definitely take some risk off the table and put 1/3 of it into VOO or VGT. Keep 75% of the rest in those names and then take the rest and buy crazy speculative stuff like BMNR BTCS BTBT SBET BBAI LTBR SMR RKLB (not nearly as spec) and some of the other wild crypto, energy (nuclear), Ai and space stuff that you see around here on Reddit. Raise swings at some stuff with smaller positions that can 5 or 10x. I’m not joking. Those are emerging industries that are going to lead a massive next Industrial Revolution and the opportunity is huge. They won’t all hit and you see WILD swings but when you have that much you really need some big risk with a small portion of it that can give incredible returns. If it goes to zero, take the losses to offset the huge gains you have and it helps with the taxes. That’s a pretty favorable downside scenario with an upside of potentially turning $150 or 200k of it into another million on a year or two.

I bought MSTR and MSTU in Nov during the run-up and still bag holding, though now I am close to break even. I have BTCS now, but will look to sell soon. Not even a short-term hold imo.

Yeah. It's tough though. It's very hard to make the "right" choice with these things. If it tanked hard you'd be happy you sold it all. I think keeping some skin in the game on a stock with a lot of momentum like this is smart. But yeah, do some research on ETH because things are lining up very nicely for it and institutional interest is at an all time high for it. I don't see SBET slowing down tbh. You can also look at other ETH treasury stocks, all of which are up like crazy today; >BTBT >BMNR >BTCS >GAME

I mostly hold a lot of BTBT because I was buying them for their BTC mining/AI datacenter business in the $1-$2 range. I was actually not too happy with the sudden change in strategy when they announced it, but after I did more research on recent news on increasing ETH adoption on Wall Street, I decided to just hold and see what happens. SBET seems poorly managed, and the leadership are all boomers that have little crypto experience. On the other hand, they hold almost $500 million worth of ETH currently. It could be worth a short term trade if the ETH price does rip. BTCS is actually much smaller than BTBT, with one-tenth the ETH holdings. They stake other altcoins, however, which could provide extra volatility. If I were starting a position today, I might actually dollar cost average into BTCS instead of BTBT.

Just sold my $BTCS today for a nice profit. Finished accumulating $RNXT for the long run. All-in on this play. Phase III results will be huge catalyst if p-value is less than 5%. If so, almost probable FDA approval. If it does happen you’re looking at a 80-200x move over the next few years. Probably a 20-30x move just on positive Phase III results. The key here is the p-value being less than 5%. There hasn’t been a breakthrough in pancreatic cancer for nearly 20 years and this will likely be next one. Pricing hasn’t even dipped into other types of cancers this device can help.

Look at BTCS - pull back this morning to $4.03 - now zoom out to the last time BTCS was at that high of a price. Notice how there are 2 peaks 4.80s and then $4. It failed to protect $4.80 earlier in PM, then fell to $4.25 but that was a fake out - $4.03 was the support. And look where it bounced from
