I’m sure there are data integrity issues and redundancies, but that doesn’t disqualify it. I’d bet there are numerous ways to empirically measure authenticity on sliding scales. Except that everyone is convinced interest rates are going down as Trump gains control of the FED & saves us from the yawning, affordability gap. Albeit a crisis is brewing in January, as a double digit rise in health insurance premiums threatens. Not to mention the possibility of another gov. shutdown. The tell will be what happens to long term treasury rates going forward. Either the 10yr treasury yield falls to 3% & saves the economy or it goes up to 5% & kills it. It’s hovering at 4.1% now, & on the fence, along with the $8T in money mkt funds.

Because with taxis people don't trust individual taxi drivers, they trust the system. The exact opposite is true of medicine. Most people trust doctors but have a profound distrust of health systems, insurance companies and other profit-focused interested who insert themselves between doctors and patients. I will allow that right now people do have trouble finding doctors who will give them whatever they want without any concern for proper medicine, whether it be stimulants, GLP1-agonists, ED pills, testosterone injections, etc. HIMS has a great brand of "Get the Drugs You Want, Guaranteed".
