EQNR is going parabolic on all time frames, you will have a great payoff next week. I would take it as these markets are going to be volatile, so you could be back in it again next week also! The monthly and weekly on EQNR are breaking out. just my 2cents.
> So I'm 80% EQNR (Brent oil) July calls Wow. Good luck? I know everyone is 100% sure taco is impossible (I don't think that at all, in fact I think it's the likely outcome). But should it happen 80% of your port will vanish.
More refineries will be destroyed. The straight will remain closed. Kharg island ground invasion might be announced. If not next week the one after. So I'm 80% EQNR (Brent oil) July calls and 20% cash waiting to buy more when the market is manipulated in desperation to lower oil prices.
The European LNG market has the biggest upside risk of all petroleum products squeezed by the war. EQNR options have great volume. Life changing money ahead.
EQNR - Norwegian (Brent) oil company that has no gulf infrastructure and benefits hugely from increased oil prices.
EQNR options are the best way to play European LNG prices. Prove me wrong.
Gold and in this case Oil production outside the gulf. I'm invested 80% physical gold and 20% July EQNR calls.
This feels like a generational wealth opportunity to be long oil and lng stocks. EQNR! There is no way this is resolved in weeks.
$EQNR - new oil discovery announced this morning. [https://www.reuters.com/business/energy/equinor-makes-arctic-norway-oil-discovery-2026-03-18/](https://www.reuters.com/business/energy/equinor-makes-arctic-norway-oil-discovery-2026-03-18/)
Also... you would've said the same about my EQNR play when it was being traded at 24~. I love retarded gamblers like you. YTD at +84% and yes, my account is fairly large
I don't know, usually when there's an oil spike, my shares in EQNR prints.
how is $EQNR down on NYSE while oil and gas are up massivly?
EQNR, FRO, DOFG, VAR and HAFNI. Also in chemical tankers through SNI which I bought recently just cause it tanked (no pun intended). Other than that I’m playing Bull Oil 15x leveraged 😎
Because of the looming attack on Iran (my estimates say either Wed-Thu as a likely window, or the weekend): GLD calls (25 contracts) EQNR calls (40 contracts) ... Might buy puts on META ... EQNR, Equinor is a major investor in Commonwealth Fusion, pays good dividends and is currently undervalued.
DVN, RIO, EQNR All have solid management and low PEs (8-9x), and reliable divs that have been growing.
Love EQNR I'll increase the position if it declines further.
Intel , EQNR , and CLF. Going to keep DCA during this free fall
I'm up 72 percent all time since the march lows of 2020 I'm still pissed at missing some crucial swings I should be up 200 % The past year I have scratched and clawed back and was up 80% til Trump took office But My portfolio is not s@p 500 shit some that have surprisingly held value good over the past few months are MKTX BSV EQNR (Norwegian Oil) CWT I am still waiting for Tesla to buy Nano Dimension
EQNR, [SBO.VI](http://SBO.VI), RHHBY
RHM bought right after war started in 22 ENR bought the dip at 12 and another charge at 8, now its at 35 EQNR bought in 2016 should have sold during the oil crisis, but it pays a okay dividend AIXA really stupid, bought the falling knife IFX also a bad investment, because they are relying on the automobile sales DBK bought it when it was cheap during the smol bank crisis in early 23
EQNR. 12% div, not far from a 3 year low.
Way too much dividend for me , I’m a swing trader , but I can relate to why you like it But for making a quick bucks on a swing EQNR is not a good play because of those massive dividend payout
I prefer EQNR if you're into oil.
Right now, almost no talk on here about any stocks besides the mag 7. Obviously will keep buying those. Other ideas-- EQNR -Norwegian oil and gas BLBD - If you regards went to school you might've seen their school busses. They are raking it in w govt contracts on electric school busses. Will add to my position. MLCO- Melco Resorts - finally got casino Resorts open in Macau and they are doing well, some other huge Resorts opening on the way, debt getting wiped off. Short-medium term on this one
EQNR has a .77 correlation to the price of WTI Crude. Calls on EQNR could be lucrative on Monday.
I’m scared of posting my good plays because I feel like funds will short it. I will say that I bought EQNR at last weeks bottom, holding long term
i am 37 my personal portfolio is mainly options with very long expiration dates, at least 6 months or 1 year out long call options on XLE, EQNR, RTX, TELL, GDX, GDXJ, UUP short put options on EWG, EWU, XRT also sitting in TZA which is a 3x leveraged Russell2k Bear etf
Oil saving me from financial ruin, blessed be EQNR
i think EQNR should be on that list. Equinor is Norway's big oil & gas producer, and it is one of the few oil and gas producers able to supply Europe easily. I think EQNR will see big gains over the next 10 years.
So I have a fair amount invested in foreign countries. I bought into what a company does, they just happen to be non US. Pretty much any company though that's large enough will be multinational so they WILL be exposed to the entire world. ASML (Dutch) - monopoly on Lithography machines, without them we'd have no semiconductors TSMC (Taiwanese) - Produce a significant amount of semiconductors BHP (tech Australian) - Major producer of ore and precious metals EQNR (Norwegian) - Large oil producer but also on the forefront of "sustainable" energy TTE (French) - Supermajor Oil and from my understanding owner of the French Nuclear power plants BN/BAM (Canadian) A Real Estate and Infrastructure juggernaut. You can maybe see why it would be nice to "own" these
In terms of value I own VOLVF, TX, BTI, EQNR for example, not really the stock picks you read about on CNBC but very fine companies (except BTI which might be a bit of a yield trap). I also own Apple and KLA still, in terms of large cap tech stocks. But in general I believe in: Oil, Tobacco, Emerging Markets (S.A, Southern Europe), Commodites, Industrials right now… Construction and materials could be interesting to scoop up some 3 months before interest rate pivot, not sure its time yet. I know I mentioned TX, and as a steel company, its not right But they do deliver alot to Mexico and to the car industry which both are doing surprisingly fine
poor guy A stock is a ownership of the profit of a company. Last year they had a free cashflow (best estimate of actual earnings) of 7bn. The price of Tesla is 880bn, meaning that if you bought the whole company it would take you 110 years to have your money back through earnings (if earnings stay at the same level, in Q1 the cashflow was worse even though they sold more cars). We are heading to a 50% market crash from the top Governments will have to cut spending while inflation forces interest rates higher. Stock have been boosted to crazy hight prices by ultralow rates for 15 years, this is now over and is never coming back Tell you guy to put his money somewhere safe, UST bills give 5% a year. Oil stocks pay +5% dividends (EQNR pays 15%). He can buy wheat as all commodities will rise over the next year.
They are set to inflate the debt away. They did so after WWII when the US government had a equal massive debt to GDP. They are doing the same thing again. In 7 years prices on goods will be double what it is now. Commodities is your baby. I find energy companies like EQNR, MRO, MPC & OVV very cheap, but copper miners like FCX expensive.
EQNR going to go into the stratosphere no coz
EQNR to the moon they have been approved for oil and gas fields in Norwegian Sea
I said 'the **company** is stable and well run'. I did not make a comment on the stockprice. I bought it in April at 28,50$, before that i held AMAT and BESI (semi-tech) since mid June last year. I plan to hold EQNR for one year
Buy EQNR, loads of dividends there (90bn mcap and 20 free cashflow minimum yearly locked in yearly until 2030. All to be paid out to shareholders
EQNR is an interesting large company in the space that could profit from this I guess
50/50. There are tons of listed ADRs. ASML, TSM, RIO, EQNR, I could go on and on.
A good chunk of my portfolio is in Oil and Gas (XOM,TTE, EQNR). I'm not betting on production cuts. I'm betting on the premature mandates on the energy transition. Which will force LNG to play a massive role. Especially since people are shunning Nuclear. Then oil via gas normal demand to skyrocket prices because the world said no to increases. Along with the companies themselves not justifying further expansion in production. Gas prices have swung wildly this last year. This past week in my area it was almost back to it's highs. And no I'm expecting this in the next year but over the next 5-10
In case you are interested I'm long EQNR since two weeks. I believe oil will trend strongly from here. Equinor is very cheap, gets great prices on their gas to europe, offshore wind and they are they first company to do carboncapture and deposition back into oil/gaswells.
Correction, '22 fcf for PBR is x2.5 for me. (I initially counted "Acquisition of PE&E" as an actual acquisition. It also takes PBR 4 years of free cashflow to cover net liabilities, EQNR has only 1 year to cover, so EQNR is a better choice imo, despite the difference in resources.
Correction, they are x3.5 fcf. Acquisition of PP&E" as an actual acquisition and not as what it actually is, capex. It also takes 4 years free cashflow to cover net liabilities, EQNR has only 1 year to cover, so EQNR is a better choice imo.
Thank you, PBR is x2.5 fcf for me, wow, and all of the profit distributed even though they have more debt than EQNR. Will definitely buy some.
$EQNR is the proper way to go. Formerly state owned oil and energy exploration company still getting most of the off shore contracts.
EQNR. This would be the company to take a look at.
Wonder if this will benefit EQNR?
Ahhh that would be Equinor! ADR ticker EQNR. Yeah, no thanks on the EQNR front! My largest oil holdings at the moment are CVX, SHEL, ET, PAA, EPD, TTE, BP, SU (from largest to smallest) I previously held a decent amount of XOM (Bought in the low $30s and sold over $110.
Exxon BP EQNR CON but they aren’t going to be flashy and will mostly make slow steady gains. One that could grow a lot is CNQ they have the ability to ramp up production faster than any other oil producing company if the demand is high. The problem with them is transportation. Problematic pipeline that shall not be named. But if they fix this temporary problem then skies the limit
I've been selling a LEAP on EQNR for Jan 2024 it's been volatile during the Ukrainian War. I sell it for 700'ish when EQNR goes to 38 and then buy it back at 34. for 290'sh. Timing and patients are key. it's been making me between 50-100 per month. I'm selling the 36 and 38 strikes. I don't fully understand the greeks why this working so well but I believe it's IV and Delta
I was looking at AE, OXY, and EQNR
Answer is buy spy and bet on 1 or 2 stocks! At least you can manage to follow the news! I bet on Goog and EQNR! Tech& gas! Martin Skreli has some decent Google analysis in his GitHub!
So far this week - of the 8 who have posted earnings - from the 15 I offered - Caty = beat Agnc = beat Bsrr......missed by a penny. Ugh SYF = beat ADM = beat IBCP = beat URI = Beat MUSA = Beat EQNR - (not posting earnings till friday now - not sure why that changed)
Gas in Europe went briefly below 0 yesterday. It's down 70% from it's height in August. I have some EQNR but not gonna buy more
i didn't buy EQNR calls last dip, if i did i would've been up 150%+
Quick question, with the uk in talks with Norway about a possible oil and gas deal, would equinor (EQNR) be a good investment, be it them being the biggest company in Norway?
Only have EQNR.NYSE/OL and FRO.NYSE/OL Bought this summer with 45% of my total cash
Friends, look into $EQNR. They produce natural gas and send it to Europe through pipelines. In addition they also have 200 vessels carrying natural gas to Europe. In case Russia sends gas to turkey for Europe, EQNR is best positioned to carry gas to Europe from turkey. Also the natural gas prices are up and will go up continuously. $EQNR is going to go up
i bought EQNR, a norway petroleum stock, euros gonna need to get their energy from somewhere right?
EQNR is looking really good to me right now.
Haha EQNR is a good buy if you believe gas price in Europe will skyrocket!
>European energy trading risks grinding to a halt unless governments extend liquidity to cover margin calls of at least $1.5T, Equinor (NYSE:EQNR) told Bloomberg on Tuesday, as the continent's energy crisis sucks up capital to guarantee trades amid wild price swings.
Norway/EQNR cannot ramp production that fast. They have plenty of reserves in the ground, but that is entirely a different thing than being able to access it. EQNR is still guiding for ~3% production growth YoY.
I bought an EQNR Oct $41 call on Thursday when oil was down. Friday saw that contract flying. Banking on a new high by mid to late September
Bagholders refusing to capitulate when there's a zesty dip to be bought in Naty Gas. EQNR 45c 12/16
Energy stocks for winter play: SHEL EQNR FCG TTE VET LNG EQT OXY SWN
My EQNR call just took a straight nut shot after holding up like a stallion all day. Bad news for oil?
Son of bitch, I'm in. $EQNR
What about EQNR? Seems like they should be raking it in.
Europe is about to experience civil unrest because of its energy crisis. Kind of a long game but keep an eye on the energy implosion when winter hits. LNG is the largest gas producer and transporter in the US positioned to ship loads to Europe. EQNR is the largest gas and oil producer in Norway, HUGE supplier to Germany. OXY now has a huge spotlight on it because of Buffett. Major producer of oil and gas in the US.

I'm not confident enough to give an opinion on either, to be honest. I like XOM/CVX since they are involved in all parts of the market, and it sounds like EQNR is as well. OXY seems to be getting bought out by Buffet slowly, so that might be a risk reduction both for downside/upside. I like following oil markets but it's way too complicated/risky to convert that into individual names/bets. So many people have been buying small Canadian companies (CVE, MEG, etc.) and they have been getting burned this past month.
Thanks for the nice summary! To me it also feels like that some of the bad things can be good for the market value but it indeed depends on the company. I own some OXY and EQNR, the latter is Norwegian and also involved in renewable energy. Do you think it would be safer to just dump OXY and focus on the other?
EQNR. Norwegian state gas company. Yw
Natural gas. Plays on equinor ads (EQNR) and KOLD
Tickers 1. EQNR - Equinor ASA 2. KOLD - UltraShort Bloomberg Natural Gas 3. NG=F - USA Natural gas futures 4. TFAc3 - Dutch TTF Natural Gas Futures - Jul 22
This is reset daily and leveraged 2X. I will be in and out of this for the rest of the year as much as 2 or 3 times a month. I also play this with options. The big players are acquiring Nat Gas based on heating this coming winter. Keep an eye on EQNR and GLNG for volume and direction hints. If you do buy it you should watch it all day long. You have to be nimble.
Calls on PEP to beat earnings. Vertical call spread on EQNR. Puts on USB.
Just sold my EQNR, made 100%, have a hard time seeing them go that much higher, I think politics will step in before than happens or opec giving in (politics). Didn’t wanna risk riding it down again so exited and happy with the gains
I feel like I'm late to that party.. A few caught my eye how ever, going to go in soft Monday as I do more research how ever I would love to hear some others thoughts on- RIG: offshore rig day rates approaching 400k/day & they have a 6.5bil order back log SHEL & EQNR: just got the contract for Tanzania and I like their dividends
Low PEG + P/FCF + PE. And not much debt . Looks good to get in . Several oil companies that have gone up 100% are still looking good. REX + EQNR + BNR + ET are a few
ET + REX + EQNR + BNR . I have over 160 stocks mentioned on here and these oil companies stand out . I haven't invest in them
