LFMD$ beats estimates again. The stock was $33 last year (currently under $3) and insiders over the last year have been buying lots of stock.. anyone else buying this?

How are you timing the sell? Have you got a price in mind that you will sell at in the future or do you read charts and make predictions? I'm new to investing and I have bought some LFMD and I'd like to make a bit of profit to boost my confidence! I'm thinking about holding out for $12 a share and then selling.
To keep it short, Both are debt free. LFMD has increasing revenue. Platform is widely used. Con is probably a class action lawsuit ( though I'm not bothered) DGXX is expanding it's AI infrastrcuture. Might received new contracts. Those are just some. Of course pls. Do your own research to determine if risks are worth taking. Not financial advise. Goodluck
$HYPD and $LFMD holding decent on this red day. $HYPD is also tied to crpyto, so I'm surprised it's not down with Bitcoin. No big ups today, but I'm holding both of these ($HYPD, $LFMD), hoping for some steady climbs, or some big jump ups to come!
I bought more LFMD today. My company hired ONDS so i learned about them because they used drones to inspect our equipment. I was interested in space stuff and I spend about 2 hours per day researching, so I found those. ASTS had their office next door to our business in west Texas , so I met a few of the technicians there, and they took me in a walkthrough when the stock price was like $3. I never expected it to run this high, but I bought a good chunk of shares the day they let me come walk in their shop. RKLB I bought because I thought it would be huge as the future went on. I didn’t expect it to grow this fast though. IMRX I have family that works there so I knew about the LLY partnership. I mentioned it on Reddit when it was $1.50. Then it ran to $9. I’ve been mentioning IMRX on Reddit the past week, and it’s up huge today for their OS readout . I like to get in and accumulate shares of good companies a few months before they take off. Sometimes it’s faster than I expected, and sometimes it’s slower . My real estate play (BLNE) might take a bit longer to take off, due to economic reasons. But I’m confident in it for later this summer

My current positions (mid-term), sharing for others to consider! $HYPD - Mega insider buys, stock has built a new foundation and I believe is turning a corner (at least short term). Shorts, Low-Float, mega insider buys -> Could potentially rocket on some good news. $LFMD - Bounced off 52 week low a few weeks ago, and has been spiky since. I'm in, hoping for a quick climb. Going off someone else's DD, there is improved financial performance, and the company PRs this week show new services available and $50 million in line of credit. I'm hoping this run continues! Not financial advice, just my ideas. The goal is green, no matter how much or how little. I personally shoot for double digit percent gains, then move on. GLTA!
IMRX has their 12 month OS readout on January 7. There’s some big potential there. LFMD for a good value , get it at the bottom before it runs again after they announced a partnership with NVO today . DGXX one of the best value bitcoin mining companies that turned HPC / data center . They are expecting an announcement for a contract any day now . BLNE to get In a real estate play before the market rotates into that sector . This will be an easy 2x + in the next few months

I agree with that. I think it will be a pivotal year for them. They have some major potential. I’m assuming they will make an announcement this month saying they hit profitability. They announced a few months early when they paid off all the debt. It’s a low float micro cap with no debt, and lots of upside potential. I staked my bets and I have quite a lot of shares . Their revenue is expected to jump massively. Also, it’s hard to find any micro cap stocks that don’t have some sort of potential downside . That is what makes the risk to reward so good. I like DGXX and LFMD too. I grew my business by paying off all debt, and growing revenue with hard work. So that is the type of businesses I gravitate towards when looking for these small cap stocks . Also with BLNE , they were able to grow the business and pay off debt and grow revenue during the time when the housing market was horrible . Now that there’s been a few rate cuts, they have no debt, revenue has been way up, and they have hired more people, they are expected to smash earnings

LFMD , DGXX , BLNE - these are a few more that haven’t popped yet. Lots of people post junk on Reddit. Looks like you got in early on some of the same stocks as I did . (ASTS , RKLB , ONDS , IMRX , HOOD) . It’s always good to see a few other people on here that don’t just post the same stuff that everyone else already posted, or some pump and dump company

LFMD looks pretty good. No debt, growing revenue, close to breakeven
For those trading willing to do the work during these low volume days between now and the end of the year, you can really pick up some bargains where tax loss selling is hitting the stocks that have had a difficult year. Just because these stocks are down does NOT mean they are all bargains. But often times, the selling to book a tax loss has overwhelmed the potential buying to the point buyers back off until January when the selling for tax reasons STOPS. Things to check on is the WHY (s) the stock has sold off and been weak. Is it recent news? A recent capital raise? Balance sheet showing little cash and a capital raise becoming necessary? Reverse split? Nasdaq listing uncertainty? One stock I am looking at down here is Mawson ($MIGI). Horrible chart. A 1 for 20 Reverse Split done a few weeks ago (imagine how many investors dumped the stock for a tax loss then). Raised capital to maintain their Nasdaq listing (Listing confirmed this week). With over 140 Megawatts of available power and a market cap of less than $15 million, the chances are much greater for a rebound in January than any continued weakness. But, again, do your own due diligence and, at least, monitor the company news feed. There are a few other tickers to look at: $HIT, $SKYX, $LFMD $KOPN Good Luck in 2026

I am considering LifeMD ($LFMD). Chart looks oversold after being overbought right before their disappointing earnings report. Sell off looks overdone. Probably would wait for some positive news from the company before buying in--but I may get a small position to "force" myself to watch more closely than i would without owning some shares. LFMD could be up 50% by the Third Quarter report 9due November 15).

How we feeling about LFMD, down 45% but it only missed earnings by 10% or less
the whole point of this post that never caught on was their pivot to GLP-1 being worth something. If HIMS trades at 30x, LFMD trades at 15x, WW pivoting to GLP-1 deserves more than a 5x multiple

So I think this sector is growing as a whole so both are good investments but OSCR has a profit margin of 26% while LFMDs is 87%. OSCRs growth is 42%Y/Y LFMDs is 49%. OSCR looks like it’s already a large scale healthcare insurance player while LFMDs is a high growth high margin Telehealth company. Honestly both are prob good but for best bang for buck I’m going with LFMD still after looking into it, mainly based off growth.

LifeMD (LFMD) telehealth is going to disrupt large parts of the traditional healthcare sector. They have a monthly subscription to get 1 free doctor appoint every month and some other benefits as well. They also sell many other meds so you dont need to spend a bunch of time and money on doctors visits and insurance. I think HIMS is also a great play, if not the telehealth play (they have about 50% of the market) but they are more expensive than LFMD

Why Ponzi? All growth stocks doing this limbo right now, and HIMS also release the earnings on Monday, in 2 days time. Since last earnings HiMS aquired 2 companies. HiMS was on fire, time for correction before taking on the $100 this year. Short term $40 is possible. NU, LFMD,SOFI,TALK all started a correction, its all natural reaction. Shaking out the paperhands!
Yeah, I agree but Cupler has been sued before for LFMD so it's nothing new for them. That said, and I'm completely speculating, ZETA should go up tomorrow from 16 to 20 or 21 easily giving folks a good 20-25% gain in a day or two. And if Cupler has to buy at a higher price, it becomes a proper squeeze.
HIMS already sells GLP-1 generic. LFMD planning on it or already doing it. Weight Watchers...pretty much any online "health and wellness" site will have a generic equivalent. They are not FDA approved but its a relatively easy product to synthesize in mass quantities

I just look at charts. But there are a lot of scans you can use. I have a proprietary search I use on TOS, but it still takes time to verify on the charts. Some decent uptrending stocks now that appear to be in a short term downtrend: (not necessarily a 'buy' yet) SB, ABUS, TROX, MSTR, ZETA, IPW. DELL is one I entered yesterday with a put credit spread for July exp. But XLC and XLI are 2 very liquid ETF's in a solid uptrend as well. One way to find uptrends (on TOS platform) is to use your favorite indicator, it could be a moving average or a cloud, or a lower oscillator. Make sure it has been in buy mode for a time length of your choosing. I've been using 30 days, but it's up to you. That should give you a reasonably decent set of uptrending stocks. Lately I've been using a linear regression routine that measures the validity of the trend as well as extrapolated performance. It is extremely taxing on the TOS system and is way too complicated for scans. But it's fairly quick to find uptrending stocks near a 1 std deviation low that have a high r-squared value. I'd take that over falling knives any day. Generally, not always, intraday volume is a tell on when there is strong interest in stock. DELL had that going for it yesterday. It doesn't always work....I bought LFMD as well and am a tad under water.
What about LifeMD ($LFMD) ? Looks like a $HIMS competitor with a market cap of $330M. I guess the risk is that the FDA in the US steps in and trys to shut these guys down......

Why LFMD over others like TDOC?
I believe telehealh is a disrupter and I am certain one of the current telehealh companies will be the next Amazon. As consumers gain trust in healthcare over the phone/internet and biotech continues to find convenient ways to do home tests, the consumer will become more open to the convenience of telehealh. Disclaimer: I currently have a small position in LFMD and growing it.

What you guys think of telehealth industry ? I have research several stocks: $UPH $TLMD $LFMD $AUGX $OTRK $DRIO The first two I could create a quick and dirty (quick PE model) valuation giving me a range of $5-$7 and it follows analysts price target. Of course we should not follow at all points analysts but it sure helps to see if we are deriving a valuation alike. Though telehealth was good during the pandemic, do you think the US market will grow bigger on that after the end of the pandemic?
