I know exactly when and how you got into this scam. Short squeeze or another subreddit or stocktwits right? As I'm sure you've learned every single thing those people pump are absolute dogshit companies with no real future 5 years down the line or in a lot of cases 5 months. There isn't anything special about TBLT that makes them any more egregious than say some shit company like Genius Group who is back for another pump n dump and whines about short sellers and then issues some absolutely hilarious NfT dividend that will show the true shares. Lo and behold it's nothing more than a fucking coupon for their shitty service that if even half a percentage point of people actually used would double their revenue numbers. Pennystocks are mostly companies that shouldnt exist, ones beaten down and on the way to bankruptcy or speculative Biotech etc. The point is just sell the shit you aren't going to get what you want out of it and the company has given you more than enough examples of how pisspoorly ran it is. They can do as many reverse splits as they can because the alternative is delisting and going OTC and that's never in the shareholders best interest so that's why you don't really have any legal leg to stand on.

This is an extremely bad company in terms of management. Dividends for preferred shares while diluting us. They just had an offering of 5M, 4 months ago. I can almost guarantee you another dilution is coming right before they RS. Be careful there, TBLT is bad for us

Here's just my opinion from a year of playing various meme stocks after taking a 50% loss with amc and trying to make it back: Occasionally tickers get posted early enough with a ton of DD and that's great. Me being way less experienced in this and, as it turns out, pretty emotional regarding losses, I've never quite been able to play this tickers right. And that's not even mentioning pure pump and dump tickers. Some of my on paper wins were: BBIG (initial run up in Jan), ATER, TBLT. HOWEVER, almost all those tickers I was either too greedy and lost a large amount of gains or sold wayy too soon (TBLT). So point of this is to be wary when a stock gets pumped. Also, with that comes price targets that are so off base and add to the greed. BBBY being an example of this at the moment. Sure it hypothetically can run, I've read the DD. But also remember there are also lots of people holding on because they've got averages anywhere from 6-25, which is wild. I agree with your post. Always keep in mind the state of the overall market and if you tend to get emotional with squeeze plays, save yourself the mental drain and stay away. That's what I've learned after losing about 15K CAD. Even when I hit the big plays I never took enough off the table and it's way easier to make a mistake than to constantly hit profit.
