Been getting better sleep and exercising regularly again. Last week I got a colonoscopy for my Chron’s. Everything looked good and am meeting with my GI tomorrow to discuss my results in more detail. Went to the dentists a week ago, teeth are good. I just have a a couple small cavities in the back that I’ll get fixed up next month. Could be better mentally and my relationships with people could be stronger. I isolate and tune out a lot. Not particularly depressed, I’ve just been burnt out and uninterested in everything. Working on those things. Will start meeting with my therapists of 2 years again regularly after taking a few months off so I’m expecting my mental to increase going into the new year. CHEERS

Small but significant detail...you need time where all seems a bit lost and hopeless to accumulate at a reasonable price every week, dca-ing and not trying to pinpoint the ATL for a lump sum shopping spree. They will wish for this bear when everything ramps up suddenly. Exactly this...you chase the mula and /or early retirement, and after all the hustle and bustle, store seed here...wallet there, NYCNYK, getting rugged...exchange goes kaputt, wallet compromised and whatnot can happen, happened and will happen in the future... ...you forget that time is running. 25 years later with hopefully with some gains. but then not really able to walk alone or ride a bike for 15 minutes because of ahtritis and whatever... If the companies go bankrupt you may not get it back If you buy Proof of Stake crypto (e.g. Cardano), make sure you stake it through the native wallet to get ~5% APY. You *can* stake ETH right now too (I do), but you won't be able to get it back until the merge, and gas fees are super high right now.
