I would say it's neither bullish nor bearish. ARK still has a sizeable position in COIN, but they bought it at 52 week lows constantly so it doesn't make any sense to not take some profit now. If they had dumped all their shares then I would've said either they know the approval will face challenges, or Cathie Wood is just going full degen mode and will put it all in DKNG or RBLX

My guess is "they're" shorting it for quick cash. "They" took a huge hit recently with the RBLX gamma, and their margin requirements for AMC and GME are getting out of hand, so they're using crypto to get the needed liquidity. I wouldn't be surprised if "they" includes Blackrock again and our favorite, Citadel. Looks like a falling knife too, so be careful.

It's not one individual stock--it's an example of an extremely volatile risk on stock that is up (like many more today), which is exactly what crypto trades like nowadays. RBLX, COIN, OSTK, PTON--all that garbage is what crypto trades with in this environment, and they're all up big which crypto isn't. And when they dump, guess what dumps even more.

Now's actually a terrible time for index funds, as they're full of junk. Now's the time for stock picking. Like, instead of owning the QQQ (which has large positions in NFLX, PayPal, Tesla, etc), buy GOOG, MSFT & AAPL. Or maybe pickup some U or RBLX, great companies at firesale prices.

Wow so many salty people. You shouldn’t be taking financial advice from someone doing multiple short bits on the market. Personally,I like him. I think he’s fucking funny and enjoy watching him. A few weeks ago I bought more ARKK to **reduce** the risk profile of my portfolio. I suppose -10% in two weeks is less than -30% in two weeks so its working 🙂👍 For real though, this year has taught me that I’m a thoroughly contrarian investor. Now that the market and financial media is back to hating Cathy and Bitcoin I feel much more comfortable in my positions. Now if only I could get Cramer to STFU about my beautiful special baby TTWO and its new baby brother RBLX I’d really be at peace.

50 and been in for 3 years. My 9 yo son asked about getting in this past year and played with Blockfolio app. He invested a couple dollars in doge. He loved it. Bought a couple more dollars. Wife let him buy a used s9 with money from his bank as he explained to her making the same in six months and being able to have more after that was important and it will help him for college. He sold his doge for $.67. He bought a couple shares of RBLX for less than $10. My daughter is 12 and codes stuff all the time but is not interested in crypto other than the fact she won’t part with her money and now has way less than her little brother. Kids all get it and they really don’t need a lot to start.

If it's anything like Roblox they will continuously test waters at different prices before hand. At the beginning of the day RBLX was like $45 and then kept rising to actually list at $64.5 many hours later.

Look at what happened to RBLX. Skyrocketed first day before your average investor could get in. Once it finally opened up it went up a little more for a day before correcting pretty hard. I won't buy immediately for this reason. Maybe after a few days.

Think the RBLX buy and dump would have netted 10% gains. $70 at launch ATH at $77, and only if you had paper hands at a particular point. Personally I’d wait 2-3 years and see what happens. Myself and some others feel $70B is way too high for a company that only collects fees for trades.

I personally tend to revolve around an industry or topic... Actually it's how I ended up in crypto. I currently have most of my stock portfolio in EV, gaming, and future infrastructure that supports that. And a little aerospace recently (not a long position though.). IOTA was appealing due to their potential in this sector i.e. managing feeless charging microtransactions between vehicles and chargers. For transparency my positions in stock are mucho TSLA, ARVL, FSR (hurting right now) RR, RBLX, CRSR, GMKN, AFLT.

Via Fidelity (using 401k funds). I have partial BTC and ETH, and a wad of XLM which I’m intending to hold onto for periods of time. Was able to purchase RBLX options right at they opened at near 66USD. The Roblox property is huge.
