Getting too attached either way is a bit stupid. Bagholding and getting married to certain projects is likely to lose you money. XRP - I’ve held some in the past but none now. If it’s always retail noobs that support it who have very little crypto knowledge, then how can it be a good buy? I also hate VERI because some guy at work goes on about it every 5 minutes. And it’s clearly shit lol

I'm a casual HODL crypto investor and I used Infinito Wallet to hold my ADA, Doge, and VERI. I just looked at Infinito for the first time in a year+ and saw it's apparently dead? Anyone have any insight if I'm going to be able to get those off that wallet? I have my recovery phrase and can log into the wallet, but it looks like transferring away isn't possible anymore. Any help would be appreciated.

It's not cool. I read about it, here you go "A victim transaction trades a crypto-currency asset X (ex: ETH, DAI, SAI, VERI) to another crypto-asset Y and makes a large purchase. A bot sniffs out the transaction and Front-Runs the victim by purchasing asset Y before the large trade is approved. This purchase raises the price of asset-Y for the victim trader and increases the slippage ( Expected price increase or decrease in price based on the volume to be traded and the available liquidity). Because of this high purchase of asset Y, its price goes up, and Victim buys at a higher price of asset Y, then the attacker sells at a higher price."

Personally, I don't like or hold ETH. I always felt like it had too much control over the entire crypto space, like it controlled the crypto highway & had really really expensive tolls at all the exits. When you say *wrapped in polygon*, you mean you cross-chained ETH to the Polygon network, right? Like on MetaMask. So you still own ETH, it's just cross-chained on Polygon? I like Polygon. I did the same with some of my cryptos, VERI & ELON to name a few, I cross-chained to Polygon & Theta network on MetaMask. Using the ETH highway analogy above, I see the Polygon & Theta cross-chains as superfast & cheap high speed magnetic railway suspended above the old ETH asphalt highway below with bumper to bumper traffic & excessive tolls. You can jump up to the high speed magnetic rail & move along at light speed of the congested overwhelmed & expensive ETH highway below. So to answer your question, YES I like Polygon & Theta networks, I HODL both & use both.

>"Veritaseum formerly issued the token VERI. In 2019 Middleton and two of his Veritaseum entities paid the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission more than $9.4 million, including a $1 million penalty against Middleton himself, to settle charges of a "fraudulent scheme" to sell the tokenin 2017 and 2018." 🧐

Wrong. VERI owns the patent to De-Fi. You & AAVE & COMP better go get some VERI.. going to need it to pay royalties to Reggie Middleton for his patent ;) [https://patents.google.com/patent/US20170187535A1/en](https://patents.google.com/patent/US20170187535A1/en)

The US has shit down the original DEFI, veritasium or VERI, they froze all of the tokens and started to charge Reggie Middleton. He owns the patent for DEFI, I believe he’s in works to fight the spurt because ver coins are using his protocols. I’m very curious to see how this plays out, the USA does no want a free market of any type and they need to be involved in everything, get the popcorn ready
