This is the problem with simply asking AI, “What do you think about company X?” You often get a generic analysis that misses important nuances. Just to touch on some points discussed: For cSCC/BCC, Alpha Tau already has substantial safety and feasibility data across multiple studies, involving cohorts of roughly 81, 10, and 26 patients (I may be slightly off on the exact numbers). The important point is that there have been very few grade 3 AEs (if IRRC) in the skin cancer setting. Personally, that is meaningful evidence that the treatment is generally well tolerated. I would expect more higher grade adverse events in tumors such as GBM and pancreatic cancer given the nature of those diseases and the treatment locations. Efficacy however is a separate question**.** The response rates in the earlier studies were encouraging, but the patient populations included a mixture of BCC and SCC. Without the results broken down by histology, we cannot reliably determine how much each cancer type contributed to those outcomes. As far as market cap is concerned you could run your own numbers. Suppose there are approximately 60k patients per year who have exhausted their treatment options. If Alpha Tau eventually treats 10k of them annually at $50k per treatment, that's $500 million in annual revenue. Apply whatever price-to-sales multiple you think is appropriate. Obviously, the actual addressable market/penetration/pricing could be substantially different. I'm not sure where the "fully commercialization" has come in but I agree it won't be 2027. My biggest concern isn't necessarily the initial response rate. It's durability. You can have excellent initial responses, but if a meaningful proportion of those tumors recur, the long-term clinical and commercial picture changes considerably. That's why the ReSTART durability data will be so important. I also wouldn't overlook the Tolmar deal. Tolmar is a substantial pharmaceutical company, with revenue reportedly in the $200 million range. While there is no verifiable number its investment in DRTS is not insignificant. They also have had extended opportunity to conduct due diligence and evaluate data that the public did not have access to (probably).

First and foremost: experience. Claude not being able to recognize CLGN being used as a shell because of how the whole thing was announced is a classic example. Also the warrants are milestone based, so you could do very well on your investment way before those hit the market. Those warrants getting exercised will mean we made a lot of money. As for DRTS, thinking that becoming the standard of care for rGBM is priced in is lacking basic understanding of both what DRTS is and what the rGBM market is. And the LFWD turnaround as well, you got follow closely to pick up on what’s truly important before the market gives credit for it. If you want we could set some measurable targets, be it DRTS getting approved for cSCC, CLGN eventually changing its ticker, for LFWD I’m not sure what we could measure, maybe just sales? Or we could just follow the price in the coming months. Of course I could be wrong, and stuff could happen (or not happen), but the way I research is longer and deeper than what AI could do with a simple prompt.

Ran it through Claude: >DRTS (Alpha Tau): FDA approval is not a “done deal.” The pivotal ReSTART results haven’t come out yet and are guided for late 2026 or early 2027. The Japan approval is real. At about $1.33B with no revenue, the stock already prices in a lot of success after a 275% run. >CLGN (CollPlant): LightSolver did not take over CollPlant. CollPlant bought LightSolver. The “1,000x faster than NVIDIA” figure is a 2023 company claim measured against a deep-learning solver, not a named NVIDIA GPU. The newer, bigger speedups come from an emulator, not real hardware. CollPlant has a going-concern warning and a commercial launch targeted for 2028. If milestones are hit and shareholders approve, up to 22.2M milestone-warrant shares could be issued against about 2M shares today. >OBIO (Orchestra BioMed): The post’s facts are the most accurate of the four. The $500–$1,600 per device is real but conditional. “A million units” is the company’s estimate of eligible patients worldwide, not a sales forecast. Most of the value depends on one double-blind trial readout in Q2 2027, and cash lasts into Q4 2027. >LFWD (Lifeward): The reimbursement claim dates from April 2024, under the previous CEO. H1 2026 revenue fell 2%. The share count rose about 86% in six months, with another 7.26M shares registered for resale. >Bottom line by ticker: DRTS has real clinical progress but most of the upside is already priced in, and the binary risk sits in the next 3–6 months. OBIO is a cleanly structured binary bet backed by Medtronic. CLGN is a speculative option on pre-commercial photonic hardware with a milestone-warrant overhang roughly 10x its share count. LFWD's turnaround isn't visible in the numbers yet.

Idk but I wish DRTS would follow suit

Im in DRTS and CLGN. May return to LFWD. With a broad view the DRTS chart is fantastic although could use a bounce given very recent behavior. CLGN has a gradual overall lift since the $2.637 bottom late August (now at $3.98. LFWD’s chart is not encouraging but volume is very low (<10k generally). OBIO had an interesting bounce off the 50day yesterday (October 12). Need to look at it more. Thanks for the post

I like DRTS!

Look into it. They of course approach this methodically and with math. Yes, you can cover the tumors. It works on GBM well because it can be a big blob of a tumor and it’s easy to work with seeds. Nothing happens to the healthy tissue because they have a formula to avoid that. The CRs (and even the non-CR could still be a CR now we just don’t know, it was the most recent patient tbf and given time the tumor might disappear) were done by a safety and not an efficacy study, imagine the possibilities if you go all in on a tumor. Controlling a tumor locally on these kind of end-of-line patients that DRTS go for as a goal is great because if it works, other treatments can again or at that time be used. One fantastic and individual advantage of DRTS is that if it works, it will most probably work well with other treatments. I would also argue that destroying a tumor like that is not seen with drugs or not to the same level and also with many sideeffects without fail. This is physics, there shouldn’t be sideeffects like drugs cause, they will be different and I expect much milder.

> GOOG, AMD, TSLA, SPCX, AMZN, DRTS That's absolutely hilarious.

I'm trying (it's not at all obvious) to pick companies that have room to run. I am terrified of Eli Lilly's patent cliff. Broadcom is a fine company but I feel like AMD has the momentum and the pieces in place out out run Broadcom, Nvidia and others over the next three years. If I had to drop three, I'm down to SPCX, AMD and DRTS. That gives me space, chips/AI and a biotech.

SLS and DRTS coming down because they don't cure THE PLAGUE.

Almost all cancerous tumors are radioummunogenic. I am well aware that most tumors are cold and that keytruda doesn't work on tumors that are cold. The data so far for DRTS suggests that it destroys tumors in a way that triggers an immunogenic response, and supplementing with keytruda further improves that result. The data has already been published and is likely what made Barclays issue a research memo and $30 price target.

Tell me how is a short half-life an issue when DRTS has treated hundreds of patients already? This is because patients selected to take part in clinical trials undergo a rigorous screening process. It bears no resemblance to the normal patient pathway in a hospital. If you could read, you might realise that I’ve often been bullish on DRTS in the short term. I’m just as entitled to express my point of view as you are to talk rubbish. Alpha Tau Medical's Alpha DaRT technology has received FDA Investigational Device Exemption (IDE) approval, which allows the treatment to be tested on a limited group of patients within specific clinical trials rather than granting full commercial marketing authorization. While the system has earned FDA designations such as Breakthrough Device status to accelerate regulatory discussions, it remains in experimental stages for targeted indications—including recurrent cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma, glioblastoma, and prostate or pancreatic cancers—and is not yet available for general prescription until pivotal trials are successfully completed. I could go over and over on your stupid rhetoric to make this stock sound derisked.

Mentions:#DRTS#IDE

This truism is exactly why DRTS is being undervalued. Biotech mostly means developing new drugs, and the problem with drugs is that their interactions with the body are extremely complex. You can suddenly find, at any stage of development, that the molecule you just pumped billions of dollars into researching turns out to either not do exactly what you thought it did or have a bunch of nasty side effects. DRTS is simple. DRTS is just radiation, which has been used to treat cancer for decades. It's not suddenly going to turn out that alpha radiation doesn't kill tumours, because we know it does, and the effects of radiation on the body are well understood. Of course, there are never any guarantees, this is neither medical nor financial advice. There is still a chance that it could be less effective or have more side effects than hoped. All I'm saying is that the physics of alpha radiation is much more a known quantity than the biochemical interactions of new drugs. The problems DRTS faces are more engineering and logistical; e.g. making the implantation procedure simple enough that it can be done without expensive equipment and training, handling the acquisition and transport of radioactive material. They might still not be able to juggle all that successfully, but that's a very different level of risk to developing a drug that could turn out to be totally worthless after the results of the next clinical trial. I think most people do exactly what you do: as soon as they see that DRTS is biotech they move on without even reading the specifics or thinking about what they mean. As a sector, biotech is notoriously risky; most investors stay clear of it entirely. But of course, you don't pan for gold where a hundred other prospectors are already looking. The skill of the investor is neither in finding the biggest potential payout nor the safest bet; the former means more risk of losing everything, the latter means lower returns. The skill is in finding risk that's been \*mispriced\* , and that's what I think DRTS is. Tl;dr: the market is pricing DRTS like it's developing a drug rather than a radiation therapy

Mentions:#DRTS

It’s already priced in. \*\*Short version: genuinely exciting platform, unattractive chase at $14.77.\*\* DRTS is one of the more credible moonshots, but the valuation already knows it. What I like: \- Alpha DaRT has a believable mechanism and unusually consistent early activity. \- The important \*\*ReSTART pivotal skin-cancer study has 88 patients enrolled\*\*; topline is expected late 2026/early 2027. Co-primary endpoints are confirmed response rate and six-month response durability. \- Tolmar provided real external validation: $20m equity at $11.99, $15m manufacturing funding, and up to $161.5m in milestones. \- $104.8m cash at June 30 means no immediate financing cliff. What the headlines hide: \- GBM’s “100% disease control” was \*\*three patients\*\*. \- Head-and-neck’s “100% response” was \*\*nine evaluable patients\*\*. \- Pancreatic results are small, heterogeneous, non-randomized studies compared with historical controls. \- Friday’s $14.77 close implies roughly \*\*$1.36bn market cap\*\*, despite no approved product or revenue and a \*\*+198% YTD\*\* run. \- Nearly \*\*15.75m warrants at $11.50\*\*—about 17% of the current share count—expire in March 2027, creating dilution/overhang. \- All indications depend on the same platform. A weak ReSTART result wouldn’t merely hurt skin cancer; it would puncture the entire valuation. \*\*My verdict:\*\* watchlist or \*\*0.5–1% portfolio starter only\*\*. I become interested around \*\*$12–12.50\*\*, or after clean ReSTART results even if that means paying more. Tomorrow’s Barclays event is an investor meeting, not an announced clinical readout—no need to chase it.

Great response, as someone big in DRTS I really appreciate it. My feeling is this treatment will be limited to specialized centers and bigger hospitals. As you mentioned logistics is the biggest burden here and hence I feel the distribution will need to be controlled. Also this is going to be at best for a now a treatment of last resort or complimentary treatment. I am not sure what people are valuing but for me at best this is a 8-10B market cap business which is nothing in Pharma but still a 5X from here. But i do feel some big pharma will buy them out

Mentions:#DRTS

With all due respect. Stfu. For the people who don’t know this guy is a secret agent against DRTS and we have no clue why he is this way. Tell me how is a short half-life an issue when DRTS has treated hundreds of patients already? Has an approval in Japan which is notoriously difficult to do. It seems possible then to make this procedure viable, yeah? The company CFO also made a long response about how they approach logistics. Include these info as well if you are such a truthful little secret agent. I am sure you know everything about the company because you are lurking at every possible moment to hand out your half truths and fear mongering. Oh, so DRTS cherry picked dying rGBM patients who probably had months to live. A company that targets patients with no other alternatives. And not just with this particular indication, it’s their goal in general. Noone said we should include the abscopal effect in the valuations because we do not have evidence for it. That’s the point. If someone said it they are wrong. I could go over and over your every shitty point and discredit them. Much more knowledgable people here could do a better job than me on that and they have done that and you keep coming back with the same bad arguments. You are this horrible at trying to put down DRTS at every chance. If you do not have an agenda, stop. Not because I want to see DRTS succeed but because everybody is tired of you and you are bad at this.

Mentions:#DRTS

The biggest problem with this DD is that it takes “holy shit, the physics is interesting” and somehow turns it into “this is going to cure cancer at scale.” As a medical physicist, I would be much more cautious. Alpha DaRT has produced interesting early signals, but these are tiny, highly selected cohorts, not evidence that the technology works broadly across real-world oncology. You are mostly talking about relatively small, localized, accessible tumors, often around or below 3 cm, in patients fit enough to undergo an invasive implant procedure, with limited or absent nodal and metastatic disease. That is basically the favorable end of the problem. The physics does NOT make tumor heterogeneity disappear. Alpha particles have phenomenal LET and a very short range, which is exactly why they can be devastating locally, but that also means the treatment is brutally dependent on where you physically put the sources and whether you achieve adequate coverage throughout the tumor. A 3 cm accessible mass is one problem; a bulky, infiltrative, irregular, hypoxic, multifocal or poorly accessible tumor is another problem entirely. And the abscopal effect is not free magic either. It is an interesting biological hypothesis with clinical evidence, but it is nowhere near reliable enough to build a valuation around the assumption that treating one lesion will make distant metastatic disease disappear. The real test is what happens when this goes from a handful of carefully selected patients to hundreds or thousands of ordinary patients across multiple hospitals and operators. That is precisely where a huge number of promising biotech and medical-device stories die. Then there is the operational nightmare. This isn't a vial of pembrolizumab sitting in a refrigerator waiting for the patient. You are dealing with radioactive sources whose activity changes rapidly because Ra-224 has a short half-life. Source activity and the implantation schedule have to be coordinated extremely tightly with manufacturing, calibration, transport and the actual procedure. If your patient wakes up with a fever and the implant gets postponed, your beautifully prepared radioactive kit doesn't just sit there until next week. Its activity is continuously decaying, and after roughly three days you have lost about half of the Ra-224 activity. That creates a completely different logistical problem from conventional drugs and even from many other radiation treatments. Now multiply that by thousands of patients, multiple hospitals and inevitable cancellations, delays and scheduling failures. And then ask yourself how many radiation oncologists are actually eager to bring another technically demanding brachytherapy procedure into their department when brachytherapy itself is already becoming a more specialized niche in many centers. The irony is that the physics may be the least questionable part of the thesis. The question is whether you can turn that physics into a reproducible, durable, reimbursable and operationally scalable clinical product. DRTS doesn't need to prove that Alpha DaRT can kill cancer cells. It needs to prove that it can consistently improve meaningful clinical outcomes in much larger and less cherry-picked populations while building an extremely unforgiving radioactive supply chain and convincing clinicians to adopt a procedure that requires specialized expertise. Early results can absolutely be real and still be insufficient for the investment thesis. The bear case isn't “Alpha DaRT doesn't work.” The bear case is “Alpha DaRT works extremely well in the patients you selected for the early trials, and the hard part is discovering whether it still works when the patients stop being selected, the tumors stop being convenient, the numbers get large and the logistics become a real-world nightmare.” That's where biotech dreams usually go to die.

The difference is that it uses alpha radiation. Oncology as a whole is experimenting with and pushing alpha radiation. Its much more potent but it doesn't travel as far. And it has a very short half life. So its safer and easier to administer and also appears to be of higher efficacy. Alpha Tau, DRTS, is the only company that I know of working on alpha radiation brachytherapy.

They can deliver radiation directly to the tumor. It pretty much destroys solid tumors while leaving the healthy tissue around it in tact. DRTS has a lot of promise here. It does require surgery, so inoperable tumors can't be targeted, but it has shown impressive results with anything that can be reached surgically.

I’m excited for this one, have been adding shares of DRTS since around $7-$8 and still adding every month a few shares. If this takes off it’ll be a generational win for me

Mentions:#DRTS

It's not actually, once you understand the 140 patents that DRTS currently holds over various crucial aspects of the procedure. Everything from device design to procedure planning to radioisotope usage is covered, which would make it exceptionally difficult for a competitor to emerge in this space. The closest risk is other companies binding alpha emitting radioisotopes to cancer binding molecules for more effective local treatments. This is technically a risk but it is an order of magnitude more difficult because it requires consideration of drug interactions, genetics, dispersion, and significantly more capital for the increased testing, trial phases, and FDA submissions required for approval. DRTS is a device, not a drug, so these risk factors don't apply and their path towards approval is a cakewalk in comparison.

Just a comment in case you might be mistaking CR for "Complete Remission" when it is actually "Complete Response" for the GBM safety trial. Complete Response is at that one point in time no cancer can be detected. Complete Remission is measured over a sustained amount of time, which has yet to pass. I adore DRTS, but do think it best to be explicitly clear when there is nuance like this. You mention Keytruda in the comment above but did not mention the very exciting other aspect of DRTS - by working against the tumors they make what are "cold"/invisible to Keytruda tumors into "hot"/visible ones. Thr ability to use DRTS with other treatments is very desirable. Keytruda is a massively used immunotherapy and the trial with DRTS made it effective in basically all tumors.

Another way to play this is through ORMP, which holds 14.5 million shares of DRTS that it bought at an average price of $2.64 last year. That would put ORMP's DRTS holdings value at $214 million now while the company's market cap is sitting at $186 million

Yes. I mean, both use radiation for the kill shot. DRTS is more of a place and detonate kind of approach and radio ligand therapy is a systemic administration that (hopefully) binds to the cancer cells. But you face a problem with that approach in that, \*you've got to have the right bindings\*. DRTS does not fucking care about binding, so you can't miss on one. Place and forget.

IOVA DRTS SLS ABCL and a few others. If it’s up more than 200% YTD, I’ve likely owned it.

My top picks are DRTS and SLS. If SLS pays off then I’m buying some DRTS. ![gif](giphy|EDV30lQQ9VW5q)

Your DD on DRTS got me into that stock and I've made a ton of money, I'm with you on this too brother. Small position for now but keeping a close eye on it.

Ok_M you're suppose to be the DRTS mascot and here I find you bothering SLS shareholders.  For shame.

I'm oldd enough to know better but I'm still too young to care haha. As a country song goes. What are you invested in these days? For me SLS heavily, DRTS, BWET, PYPD, NLST. Some AIRJW, RVMDW, SWVL.

Good video to watch, I’m long on DRTS and HGRAF, Dr Yancey said contracts are 3-5 years out but RND grants can come sooner and look good on the bottom. Brilliant man, fun interview.

Ah ok, didn’t mean any disrespect. Do you not believe in it? Do you think DRTS is over valued? Would love your opinion/insight, genuinely

AUR and DRTS AUR - Leading automated trucking company who develop the system, not the trucks themselves DRTS - biotech device with international approval for limited indications, but enrolling trials for more types of cancer with very positive preliminary results  And a 3rd is GMGMF - graphene play based out of Australia. Have in-house proprietary products already using the tech and expanding production capabilities. Strongest competition is US based HGRAF

DRTS.  Their trials have been going splendidly and the application has enormous impact on the future of a range of cancers.  It will save millions of lives, and the market cap is...tiny.  It has serious room to skyrocket.  It's going to be my biggest sector piece over time

DRTS - always positive news (thus far), an interesting segment with global demand (cancer treatment), and potentially a disruptor in the way that people are currently being treated. I personally find it hard to fathom how much market cap would be for a company that can successfully treat cancer and scale it (DRTS has and is setting up facilities for the radiation inputs that they use). At a market cap sub $1.5B, my gut tells me there is a lot of upward potential and my $$$ is where my mouth is (65% of my self managed portfolio is currently in this stock).

DRTS, long term hold. I believe it's going to be a major player in the fight against cancer.

Also give Perspective Therapeutics a look. That’s probably my next cancer bio tech play. Very interesting stuff. It’s like a hybrid between SLS and DRTS. Peptide delivery system but they use alpha radiation.

Any chance to read up on them? I’m still digging through their 10k. Very interesting stuff. Peptide delivery system with alpha radiation. If this works DRTS and Perspective might be the two companies that essentially cure cancer by themselves. Perspective could go after liquid, and anything really, and then DRTS can get the real hard ones like glioblastoma and others that the blood barrier can prevent.

Come join the CATX\_Stock Sub I created. Very very interesting company. I’m still digging through their annual report. It’s alpha radiation delivered through peptides. But the interesting part is they use imaging guidance to predict with almost certainty how the alpha peptides will attack the tumor. It’s like a hybrid SLS and DRTS.

Everyone's talking big on abscopal effect, but I'm concerned as radiotherapy protocols are already available (google radiotherapy lattice) and oncologists are used to do radiotherapy. I think the next big thing is going to be adaptative immunotherapy or cancer vaccine. I'll keep DRTS until FDA approval, it'll go up. But I'm concerned about the post revenue phase. Thanks for the tip. I'll do some DD on Perspective.

For cancer treatment - take a look at DRTS. Pretty exciting stuff.

Mentions:#DRTS
•r/stocksSee Comment

Keytruda is 9 patients. You can't make oncology data with that. And you know what, abscopal effect is nothing new, it's already studied for radiotherapy (just google radiotherapy lattice). There's more medical and commercial competitors than you can think of. Novartis and Merck are big on injectable isotopes with antibodies tracers. Contrary to DRTS they treat metastasis and lymph nodes too... I'm bullish short term, but DRTS investors have put on blinders; they now see only the positive side and believe that this is the only approach that will prevail.

Mentions:#DRTS
•r/stocksSee Comment

Nope, absolutely not all solid tumors. It needs to be isolated, easily accessible. And in a lot of cancers, you need to treat lymph nodes too, and it's only possible with radiotherapy. Without that the survival rate is low. People think you just need to stick a few needles into a tumour, roughly, and that’s it. It’s more complicated than that. So far DRTS has been used for cancer without alternative treatment. It is difficult to assess long-term effects and long-term survival using very recent data on people with a short life expectancy. Not a bear, I'm invested. But a lot of people are too bullish, oversimplify and you often take it for a "one treatment for everything" "new cure for cancer". It's lightyears away from that.

The only issue I see tho is that you have to get a procedure to use DRTS…where RVMD and Moderna is a pill or infusion that doesn’t require a team to perform…ie money can exchange hands quicker. (Don’t hate…I bought more today) Curious on everyone’s thoughts

Mentions:#DRTS#RVMD
•r/stocksSee Comment

Once you put it down it was obvious. The company said this several times but we really didn’t get it till now. The market reaction to Moderna’s market cap, makes it obvious, what the real value of DRTS, really is, and that’s many times the current value

Don’t get me wrong, I think we all wish we discovered DRTS at $3 instead of $15, but I’m not sure recent share price performance tells us much of anything about future risk. A lengthy cash runway, over a dozen upcoming catalysts for trials across multiple countries and several indications, and a clear path to profitability cause me to think DRTS is still trading at a steep discount relative to peers in the same space. I started loading up at $10 after what had already been a 3x run up (scary at the time, of course, but I’m so glad I looked past the chart to see the real value) and have been averaging up ever since. For me, I just don’t see how a company making unparalleled and outright miraculous progress in treating some of the nastiest cancers in the world with a 100% response rate can continue trading at a $1.3B market cap for long.

I understand where you are coming from, but don’t look at the price look at the market cap. Success with Keytruda added more than 40 billion in market cap to each of both the companies involved. DRTS at just above 1 billion has a lot more room to grow, especially expecting an FDA IDE with Keytruda based on the great results.

The market reaction for Moderna after the success with Keytruda was what got my attention, immediately thought of DRTS. Now the Goldman Sachs breakdown about the platform made it even more obvious.
