That is the SPAC deal that brought DRTS into existence. I guess they were a private company before.
I dug into DRTS and it looks like they did merge back in 2021, I cant find anything about it merging again.

Citigroup has a terrible, terrible history of price targets on SPACS. , haha like half an year ago I even made a youtube video claiming that the analyst that gave 25 dollars price target for DRTS has to be fired :D. I mean this is getting out of hand, in DRTS's case like 99% of investors redeemed at 10 dollars because it was overvalued there, but some analyst from CITI things he is so smart claiming that this should have a 25 dollars or so price target.

Correct. I was talking to another Redditer about this today. It’s the DRTS scenario all over again. For what’s it worth, I entered. Something is weird about the movement today. It’s like a black hole of information trying to find any numbers for this. But I did find an article that said the ticker change becomes active on Wednesday morning. I have no idea if that’s a legitimate timeline or not. It’s very strange the lack of information on this.

wtf - pick up some AMZN shares for the split - 52 week low this market is crazy - the only way I've been slowly making money is either swing trade or day trade certain spacs BBAI, ALLG, GGR, LLAP, DRTS - just watch these on a regular basis and swing or day trade it and sometimes play oil INDO HUSA and MARPS ​ I would not hold any of these long term except GGR...maybe
ATSP -> SOUN ticker changed today. Some observations and analysis. Has a 133M trust so roughly 13.3M shares. Redemption numbers were not released (so they have 4 days to release them unless their registered as a foreign company then it can take weeks, exp:DRTS). Float traded very thinly today. It halted up on 15k volume and then halted down on 22k volume. Continued the day with wide bid/asks.

I don't think redemptions are necessarily a very reliable factor in determining a company's value, SST had 98.5% redemptions and it's EBITDA positive. Analyst price targets aren't worth much in general, think about IRNT's $27 and $29 PTs that came out when it was squeezing, in comparison the PTs on DRTS aren't even that bad.
i really despise the analysts that put a 20$ price target on DRTS. how is it possible literally 99% of investors redeem at 10 dollars meaning that the company is literally shit. And then we get a price target from CITI - 21 dollars and now 19 dollars from piper sandler. Why are such scams possible :((( i cry for the people that lose their money because of these crooks.

Anyone else in DRTS? Since the Citi price target of $21 yesterday - it's been going up nicely...went from 10s to high 11s yesterday. Today it went to 13.34 (12%) before dropping to 12.60 to cool RSI For a float that's less than 1 mill, it's pretty stable mainly b/c volume is not high...so steady progressions and pullbacks

ISPO is dead, the float is substantially larger then other despac plays. Mutiple days with 4m-16m volume and it only peaked up 15%. FRGE, SKYH , GRNA, DRTS all have significantly lower floats, similar borrow rates and less walls.
I dislike buying previous runners beacause of the risk that bagholders unload on me at their breakevens. I think there are more attractive short stats too. If you dislike the stock im shilling ($SST) there is still the likes of $BEEM $DRTS and $THCA all more attractive imo. This is of course highly subjective. I urge you that if you are going to invest, invest in your self and your own critical thinking. Do the legwork yourself and only trust yourself. Conviction can't be borrowed.

The PIPE, although unconfirmed in today's 20-F filing, was expected to consist of 9,263,006 shares. Adding these numbers, we get 66,092,942 shares Now the only number we are missing is the public share count. Coming back to the share count disclosed today in the 20-F filing... 66,529,265 shares And the difference is 436,323 shares.. Well, for example, 1 million may have been left after redemptions, but $12 million of the PIPE did not close. So there would, in that example, be 1 million shares in the public float and that would have provided $90 million gross proceeds. The TMC had 20 million PIPE shares back out, $200 million worth. So it's *possible*. Until and unless DRTS deigns to grace their lowly shareholders with the information, all anyone can do is guess.

I would probably agree with that. I bet big on DRTSW (1/2) in the .30s when I saw signs the merger was going through, and in spite of the substantially higher commons price than TWNT, the warrant price is close to where TWNT.WT is now before the TWNT commons pumps. The TWNT warrants may not go as far as other plays at these price points, but it all depends on how aggressive a pump the commons gets. In whoch case the commons may be a better play. I'd base warrants vs. commons on entries. For me, I am actually willing to be a LT holder on DRTS even if it drops from here just because I love their cancer killing machine and think it has drastic upside. LLAP I don't know if I'd be willing to baghold so I probably won't play either way.

DRTS still has not receive the redemption confirmation - they have the annual report coming out sometime next week. But was hoping they would file the same thing ALLG filed by now. allg is an international company - they filed 8k But DRTS might not file one since they were merged before ALLG and has not filed

DRTS is going to explode once their annual report is released. Extremely low float de-SPAC similar to ISPO numbers expected. It went up today in sympathy to ALLG only, so this morning was just a taste of what is to come for this stock

Are DRTS redemption figures out? This has been such a PnD stock the past 2 weeks
For example - my stop started at 12 on DRTS this morning - when it jumped to 14.04 and halted, I moved it 13.5 ...and I keep on modifying my stoploss as it moves up ​ sometimes my stop loss is too tight and I get stop out - like yesterday with ALLG I got stop at 18 or 19 and it went to 24 I played it a couple of times after small losses and for a nice gain
DRTS on 500K - it went to 20.5...jeez, low floater ​ stop out at 19 for profit - will reload still waiting for 8K

Last year in Jan to Mar - you invest any spac that is rumor to have DA, you would make 30 to 50%. Higher for warrants Now it's find the spac with high redemptions - people will jump in to low floaters after the 8K regardless if the company sucks a$$ ALLG was an example with 1.1 mill float. I guess DRTS might be the next one with a float lower than 1 mill (some say 300 to 500K) Just don't buy at or near the top(like if it's gone up over 80 to 100% risk/reward is not in your favor) and use a moving stoploss. Yeah, you never know for sure of course until official numbers are out. But the founders had to give up their shares to get the deal done because the minimum cash requirement was not met. They reported that they raised $92M all together and there was a $92M pipe. (Obviously some of the pipe must have been let off the hook or something since it can’t have a negative float but it’s a good sign). Back of the napkin (unofficial) math suggests ALLG has 1.1M float and DRTS started out with half the trust size and got cheaper during the summer (better chance for arbs.) not unreasonable to think it could be 500k or less.
