OP asked: "Why do solar companies have falling stocks if PV solar is the future?" I responded that it is "impractical and cost ineffective to provide most power in most situations on a day-to-day basis." Deployment speed is irrelevant to my statement. Solar is quick to deploy. It is why, when I'm camping, I use a solar panel rather than construct an onsite nuclear reactor. I'm power generation agnostic. I think solar has a place in the mix, but there is a reason they burn coal in Wyoming and use nuclear on submarines. I spent last weekend in a place where they heat entirely with water from a hot spring. Since this is an investing subreddit and not a physics club or political forum, I was attempting to answer OP's question from a financial position. Based on my thesis, I'm long in GEV, CEG, CAT, FLNC, VRT, and NEE. I'm short FSLR, CSIQ and ARRY.
Lets go SMR,FLNC and TRMED 🤩 buy low sell high.
I owned it last year around $8/sh, I wanted power grod exposure and their battery storage products/software interested me, but I sold the stock at $18 because I at the time I had concerns over execution and debt. Also I like $ENS’s story way more so I kept that name instead. I haven’t looked at $FLNC since, but I know serenity posts about it lol.
How do you feel about FLNC?
I got into AMPX for a medium/long term hold, but their focus is small, dense batteries for drones, etc. It is tempting to get into the industrial battery/energy solution sector as well, but that money is currently riding the SNDK/MU wave. When things cool down with that I'll probably shift some of that money into FLNC.
Lol yeah totally. Everything looks good but the 140 cancels it all out. Check out FLNC, also working with NVDIA to build "AI factories" but it hasn't seen anything close to the price action of BE and currently heavily shorted 🤤
My fellow degen soldier! Listen up! Look at FLNC high short squeeze potential. 38% shorted. I summon you all to this ride!!
Also what is your opinion about FLNC, FCEL ?
Looking at HYLN FLNC LIXT for modular power
glad I didn't touch FLNC TE or BE
FLNC is another one that should be good like BE
hmm nice, also any other stock recs? I'm in NOW, FLNC and CRM if u have anything to say about those?
You talk about them like they're doing the exact same thing when they're not. I don't dislike FLNC, but they're definitely not the only BESS company - NXT just bought one the other day. Am long BE, have occasionally traded FLNC. I don't mean to be harsh but I really dislike the AI posts. They don't provide a balanced take - it's just ChatGPT providing a very positive word salad on whatever company it's prompted to. Nobody checks the AI work, it's just copy paste and inaccurate comparisons (if you want to make a case for FLNC, fine but "THE NEXT BLOOM!?!?" - two different approaches but you wouldn't know that from reading this), among other issues.
FLNC with the recent Nvidia announcement
Long holds for me: FLNC took a nice dip and has a ton of contracts lined up FERMI because I hope they’ve leveled out. GENI because they supply sports betting data to a lot of markets.

OK I did say this exact thing like 9 hours before Jensen copied me: [https://www.reddit.com/r/wallstreetbets/comments/1ttorz8/comment/op67z1q/?utm\_source=share&utm\_medium=web3x&utm\_name=web3xcss&utm\_term=1&utm\_content=share\_button](https://www.reddit.com/r/wallstreetbets/comments/1ttorz8/comment/op67z1q/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=web3x&utm_name=web3xcss&utm_term=1&utm_content=share_button) And in addition to a couple of other posts promoting MRVL today as the play, I put my money where my NostraDumbass mouth is 6/1 today starting a healthy position in shares and $250 and $280 calls (eh, exp Jan '27, because I didn't know at the time that Jensen was my secret santa stalker). Not always this good; I sold all my FLNC at a loss one fkg trading day before their NVDA blueprint tie up today that boosted it >50%. I'll take this win. Wanted to be in MRVL for a long while and intending to stick with it long term.
Battery storage - BESS stocks - FLNC, NRGV. If you know, you know.
I “missed” on 45k in FLNC gains, you get used to it. Just look at the realized gain, not the potential gain.
FLNC lost 10% in 5 minutes. Thank you, Korea.
Hive and FLNC. Hut 8 and Wulf but maybe top in on those?
BSTZ because it’s the only way to get exposure to PsiQuantum. CATL for the same reason as FLNC, but it liked FLNC better because CATL trades on the Shenzen. I ask it a lot about the best ways to roll options and such. If you prompt the right way, it’ll do a lot of DD for you and dig you up some ideas. But agree - if you just ask for stock picks, it will probably tell you it isn’t qualified or some shit.
So, Claude recommended this stock to me several weeks ago. The rationale was that data centers demand energy in very steep cycles. This causes the gen sets to have to go from zero to peak in quick bursts, and they can’t handle that. The answer to this was very large batteries, and FLNC was the suggestion. It was like $20 at the time, so I bought some $21 LEAPS.
Not enough lol. I was planning to sell off some holdings like AAOI and FLNC for cash but was shocked how hard they giga pumped today and don't want to nip them now.
The FLNC LEAP options that Claude recommended up big today. I have no idea what even happened?
$FLNC is up 40% today on news that they're working with $NVDA and $SIEGY. They have 25% short interest. You're welcome.
If you like companies that work with Nvidia then check out what $FLNC did today.
Can't believe $FLNC isn't being talked about more in here. Up 40% today on news they're working with $NVDA. Not to mention 25% short interest.
Whenever a $5B company starts working with a $5.5T company it's a sign they're ready to tier up. $FLNC
$QS supplies $FLNC supplies $NVDA
I’m so regarded, I just figured out why my FLNC blasted up 46% today. Thank you papa jenson and serenity 🫡
Greatest day of my investing ‘career’. And not just because of my virginity too. FLNC, AAOI, MU, ZM, OPEN, SPXC, gawd damn.
For this week I'm in on PD, RDW, HPE, BKSY, ABTS, GDYN and FLNC. a few other too. I'm embarrassed to say I have bit of TSM that I bought at the high today.
so many fucking pumps today is crazy. ARM, FLNC, SPCE, and more all while SPY is flat.
Yeah im in wheat futures and domestic fertilizer production Leaps. CF ect. I also bought a bunch of FLNC calls two weeks ago and thats looking like a smart move. Might play into your main thesis
FLNC is the real pump today. Of course it was sitting in my watchlist.
Another reason why I should never sell anything: sold FLNC shares for fomo recently. Today it's up 40%.
I bought FLNC last week. You think this still has juice
My god, not only do I got virginity making a cumback, MU crossing $1,000, but I’ve got FLNC up 37% on the daily. And somehow there’s bad news on I ran but I can’t even tell lmao
Yall know it’s $QS batteries in the $FLNC & $NVDA deal, right?
FLNC is going to be my retirement.
What’s causing FLNC spike?
lmao FLNC up 20% pre-market, what a fucking casino
FLNC randomly fucking me in the ass for no reason but ok
I just focused on the battery tech being way better than lithium, so it will take time to ramp production, but i think there will be massive partnerships for the smaller companies. Its like companies like wbt.asx in the ram world or MRAM... they have the tech but not necessarily a scaled production line. I can see the solid state companies making licensing agreements with other big tech companies, and also scaling their own production slowly. Scale will matter for sure.. Grid scale battery systems help to transition from fossil fuels to renewables. Solar can be stored overnite with batteries. This is why FLNC is also catching a bid... they have a multi billion production backlog.
not really, I have positions in AMPX, ENVX, SLDP, QS, SES, SLDP... and agree with u/partypantsdiscorock AMPX has strong fundamentals and momentum rn, it is pulling the whole sector up. Especially after a day like today it is getting even more attention on the sector. I closed my positions in FLNC but will reload soon. Considering ENPH puts because it is so overbought. SES is another ticker you can add that is likely the most speculative. AMPX is making me monies rn, but I keep watching the technicals on the others and maintain small speculative options positions, because when one of them starts to catch, and gets rerated even for a little bit it will get wild.
First off, legendary call on $MU. Spotting that breakout early was an absolute masterclass in timing. If you’re hunting for the next pure-play AI bottleneck trade, the truth is that a lot of those other baskets—like basic utilities or hyper-extended liquid cooling names—have already played out or are getting crowded. The smart money is shifting because the physical constraint has moved. The real next bottleneck is power stability at the cluster level. Everyone is hyped about off-grid generation like $CAT, $BE, or $FCEL, but they are missing the infrastructure math: you physically cannot hook up massive, high-density AI data centers directly to alternative power generation. The microsecond power spikes pulled by $NVDA or $AMD GPU clusters will completely trip or destroy mechanical generators and fuel cells on their own. A Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) isn't bypassing generation; it is the indispensable high-speed shock absorber that stabilizes the entire matrix so the chips don't go dark. **$FLNC** (Fluence Energy) is completely cornering this specific bottleneck right now, and they just dropped the raw receipts to prove it: A record-breaking **$5.6 billion** contractually binding backlog. Official **Master Supply Agreements** signed with two major tech hyperscalers. Year-to-date order intake has **doubled** over last year to $2.0 billion. While other energy plays are struggling with structurally negative gross margins and printing constant ATM share dilutions just to survive, $FLNC is growing high-margin software orchestration loops. If you want the next major disconnect before the retail crowd catches on, it’s the missing link making off-grid AI compute physically possible.
I’m hoping for any of POET SOUN QTEX RCAT FERMI BULL FLNC or GENI
adding more NOK, FLNC, ENVX, SONY... vix 16.5 lol
*$FLNC Fluence Energy - leaping up - fill the gap britch*
Is it worth to enter $FLNC now?.
Solar just got flooded with institutional flow. QRVO, FSLR, SEDG. Also doing some research on the co-located solar + storage - CSIQ, FLNC, SHLS
Had a conversation with Claude (I’m not joking) and the pivot that data centers will need to do based on how erratic the energy spikes are will drive more battery storage. When the gens take on those spikes, you basically get mechanical failure. Claude said most of the direct battery players like CATL are on the Shenzhen, but a couple of plays on the theme were the BATT ETF and Fluence Energy (FLNC) who is working with Nate gas suppliers to pair battery storage.
Added $20 calls Fluence Energy ( $FLNC ) global leader in **energy storage technology**
bought NXT yesterday. Also own FLNC TE and EOSE.
Holding NXT, best one I can think of. MWH is on watchlist, probably will start position. Geothermal company went public yesterday, FRVO. On watchlist and need to dig into it more once it steadys out if that makes sense. I like FLNC for the backlog but don't own it. Alot recommend FSLR too. I prefer utility scale solar over residential.
For a medium term duration like 2 years to 5 years is my small bet on speculative chip stocks like FLNC MVST healthy? Any other I can load it up with?
Definitely AMD would be safest of 3, although it’s a little extended. FLNC has most upside (5-10x potential), but could also drop 30% next week. RKLB is solid, but not sure if I believe in longterm potential of space sector.
Short interest in FLNC is way too high. That thing is going to rip again soon IMO.
Waiting to see how csiq performs after earnings in the am. if it rockets like FLNC may sell to take some profits and move more into CGEH
Looks like Citigroup just upgraded FLNC raises price target from $15 to $26
FLNC- Fairly Large Nasty Cocksuckingstupidbullshit
$FLNC break thru $22.40 we fly
Added $20 calls on $FLNC Fluence Energy
FLNC just got diluted a shit ton but I’m looking to enter when it’s in the teens again
Here’s how AI re-wrote the post after I told it to organize the text but keep most of the original verbiage: “I’ve been spending a lot of time re-evaluating my long-term growth strategy, and I’ve finally narrowed my high-conviction plays down to three specific tickers that I plan on holding for at least the next decade: **AMD, FLNC, and RKLB**. **AMD** Even with the insane run we’ve seen, I truly believe Lisa Su is just hitting her stride in the AI data center space. As long as AMD keeps executing on the MI400 roadmap, I think they remain the only legitimate alternative to Nvidia’s monopoly. **FLNC** I feel like Fluence is a massive sleeper hit for the global energy transition. You simply cannot have a renewable grid without utility-scale storage, and Fluence is consistently proving they are the gold standard in that sector. **RKLB** While SpaceX gets all the mainstream headlines, Rocket Lab is quietly building a vertically integrated space empire. Their progress with Neutron could make them a dominant force in the launch and space systems market very soon. I know this isn’t a “safe” Boglehead approach, but the combined growth potential in **AI compute, energy storage, and commercial space** is just too massive for me to ignore. I’m curious to see if anyone else is rocking this specific trio, or if you think there’s a more explosive mix for a 10-year horizon.”
FLNC is still going over 30, I don't give a FUCK.
Been buying into FLNC since march and of course institutions announce theyre dumping 20 million shares
Claude suggested FLNC because the uneven demand of data centers causes generators to break with rapid cycling, thus battery technology is being explored. FLNC is one of the only major direct players in this space that’s not on the Hong Kong exchange. I bought calls this morning. Thanks Claude!
Long term holder here looking to add. Macro crash would hurt but this company is proving itself building serious capacity. Tesla is a tough competitor but there's room for plenty in this market. Wish we could buy just Tesla storage. FLNC's current valuation is very attractive. Fine with waiting on profits at this stage in this industry. Sill in early innings.
Reminder $QS and $FLNC have had a partnership for years now. $QS is gonna rip soon.
Is there room for FLNC to rise further?
Energy storage is expanding rapidly due to hyperscalers and fossil fuel volatility. FLNC understands storage and utility needs. Long term holding for me.
How is FLNC not being discussed after a 100% week?
HIMX and FLNC are going to fucking riiiiip this year.
