The only catalyst they really have right now is the World Cup which isn't much but it's a nice little cash flow boost to help buy back a few more shares. In most cases I would say short interest isn't too important. But the stock has 15M shares short interest and the daily volume has fallen to 800k-1M traded per day. That's something to note. Additionally, on a TA basis, with loads of support in the low 40's this looks like a spring primed for a breakout. Combine the two and we could see some big upward movements in the next 4-10 weeks. I have a very large stake in $FOUR and am watching the 1m chart on a daily basis. Liquidity is drying up, it's only a matter of time. I'm looking for a 50-150% move. Surprised more of the crypto/defi arent in support of FOUR given the tie to USDC, polygon,starlink,space x rail integrated is active. With the genius act, making systems "accepted" insurance asset ratios(pending further regulation), its got the infrastructure for expansion especially if you think the autonomous cab / robot thing pans out.

Well that’s why I focus on the free cash flow. This market panics over any perception that growth is slowing. But at well over a 10% free cash yield (and buying back stock!) FOUR is priced like a declining coal mine. Many market participants just sell and move onto their next interest. This creates opportunity imo. As long as there is commerce in the world that includes physical retail or hotels or stadiums or cruise lines or airports or doctors offices … their multichannel offerings are needed (ie not everything will be Agentic AI commerce though the participate there as well). It’s good they continue to repurchase shares.
