The share price has fallen drastically in the last year because it should never even have reached that level, of course it fell, that's completely expected.. if you understand and research the market a little more and the companies in the same sector, you would notice that 90% or more of the companies in this sector are in a big decline, similar as KULR... practically all of them except Amprius.. my price I'm holding is only slightly higher than the current price, so I'm not a "bag holder" nor am I worried that I'll make good money on this investment in a year or two.. I am not talking this company will be next Nvidia so chill guys :)

this is definitely a solid move for KULR, but man, that drop today hurts... -8% is rough. i like that they’re getting into the electric aviation scene with a big name like Robinson, but idk if this will turn around quickly. their BTC treasury is a bit of a wildcard too. anyone else think the market's overreacting or is this just the usual volatility?

Awesome ! That’s probably a good choice. RZLV really worries me. Dan paid people to pump the stock on YouTube and other websites . A decent product and company would be able to sell itself . I think RZLV might run up when they announce an earnings date, but it will likely dump the day of earnings . Dan is so shady. The company has been proven liars like 30 times . They have $0 organic growth . There’s been 0 “customers” that have come out and said RZLV helped them grow. Dan is very vague on everything. I truly believe he exaggerated and hyped shit up to dilute and get some cash, in hopes that he could buy revenue . But he bought shit companies . I’ve made some good money in RZLV just playing the volatility. But I’d be scared to death to have much money in there. The last chance for people to get out will likely be whenever they announce a date to release earnings , then hope for a run up until that date. RZLV reminds me of KULR a few years back. Or Tingo Group. I stopped by KULR office in Texas a couple years ago multiple times when I was being hyped. It was so obvious that the company was lying and hyping things up. I stoped in 3 different times and I never saw anyone working besides the lady at a desk. There was no forklift running around. No cars in the parking lot. No noise in the shop. No nothing . I tried to warn people on Reddit , but people don’t like to believe things. When I invest in something, I like to dig deep if it’s a long hold, or I’m putting $100k + in it . RZLV reminds me of Tingo Group and KULR. I just hope people are smart enough to sell whenever the stock runs up. It’s going to be tough for the people that bought at $6+

None of this is financial advice yadda yadda yadda. Okay, so a few years ago I started heavily investing in penny stocks. My rationale was probably the same as most people here: a combination of "hey that's so cheap and affordable" and "the lower the price, the higher it can go" mentality. Penny stocks are where they're at for pretty good reasons. They're either complete shit, becoming complete shit, or on the rare occasion they're a hidden gem. As most people here probably also do, I had an all or nothing mentality about the pennies I'd choose. I'd buy a ton of shares, watch the price go down, double down, double down, and then end up selling for a major loss. I did strike gold a few times (caught KULR at .15) but since I was only dealing in shares, my profits were not as great as they could have been. I learned about options later on and regretted not learning about them sooner. Here's what options can do if you're in an all or nothing mindset: if you pick wrong, you still lose. Your money still goes to 0 or very close to it. The downside is very similar. HOWEVER. If you pick a winner? You can make MORE with LESS. Options let you fully benefit from an all or nothing mindset and might even become a cheaper lesson for you if you end up picking all losers. Just some food for thought for anyone else who is in the same position I was a few years ago. If you really must go the penny stock route, please educate yourselves on options. It'll increase your homeruns and worst case scenario you lose the money you were already going to lose. In simplest terms, I'll put it this way: why buy a $5 scratch ticket that has a max payout of 25k when you can spend $1 to buy a lotto ticket that could payout millions with the same odds?

KULR Should Sell Its Bitcoin and Go All-In on AI Data Center Battery Infrastructure I’m long KULR. I like the tech. I like the space pedigree. I even understand the logic behind the Bitcoin treasury strategy. But I’m starting to think it’s time for KULR to seriously consider selling a large portion (or all) of its Bitcoin and redeploying that capital into battery backup infrastructure for AI data centers. Here’s why. 1. The Market Is Valuing AI Infrastructure Higher Than BTC Treasury Exposure Look at what’s happening across the industry: AI compute demand is exploding. Data centers are power constrained. Grid stability is becoming mission critical. Backup power and battery storage are no longer “nice to have” — they’re existential. Meanwhile, public markets are rewarding companies with direct exposure to AI infrastructure far more consistently than companies holding digital assets on their balance sheet. Even companies like Riot Platforms and IREN have started pivoting toward AI data centers. That’s not random. That’s capital markets signaling where value is migrating. KULR already has the core competency: high-performance battery systems designed for extreme environments. That translates directly to high-reliability BBU (battery backup unit) systems for AI-scale facilities. Why stay half-in on Bitcoin when the real structural growth is in AI power infrastructure? 2. Bitcoin Is Volatile. AI Power Demand Is Structural. Bitcoin may go up. It may go down. It’s unpredictable over short-to-medium horizons. But AI power demand? That’s locked in. Companies like NVIDIA are effectively selling out high-performance GPUs as fast as they can manufacture them. Hyperscalers are racing to build capacity. Power availability is the bottleneck. AI clusters need: Instant failover High-density energy storage Thermal management Compliance (UL 9540/9540A, etc.) Modular scalability This is literally where KULR’s DNA lives. Instead of defending a BTC position, why not fund: Manufacturing expansion for BBUs Data center partnerships Pilot deployments UL-certified scalable modules AI-specific energy storage architecture That’s recurring revenue infrastructure. Not a balance sheet asset. 3. The Narrative Shift Could Re-rate the Stock Right now, KULR gets lumped into: “Battery safety” “Small cap BTC treasury” “Speculative hybrid” But imagine this headline instead: “KULR Exits Bitcoin Treasury Strategy to Fund Scalable AI Data Center Battery Infrastructure Platform” That’s a completely different investor base. You go from crypto-adjacent capital to: AI infrastructure funds Energy storage investors Data center REIT-adjacent capital Institutional infrastructure allocators The multiple expansion potential there is materially different. 4. Capital Allocation Is Strategy Holding Bitcoin is passive. Building AI infrastructure is active. One compounds if BTC rises. The other compounds through: Contracts Multi-year supply agreements Embedded energy systems Replacement cycles Service revenue If KULR truly believes in its battery architecture and thermal management IP, deploying capital into owned infrastructure or long-term BBU contracts creates durable enterprise value. Bitcoin doesn’t create customer relationships. Battery infrastructure does. 5. This Doesn’t Have to Be All or Nothing Maybe the answer isn’t “sell all BTC tomorrow.” But reallocating a significant portion into: AI-focused BBU manufacturing scale Joint ventures with data center operators On-site storage + resiliency packages Telecom and edge compute backup solutions …feels more aligned with where secular growth is heading. Final Thought Bitcoin might go to $200K. Maybe higher. But AI compute demand is already here. Power constraints are already here. Data center bottlenecks are already here. If I’m KULR management, I ask: Are we trying to be a Bitcoin holding company… Or are we trying to be a critical infrastructure provider in the AI era? Because the market will likely reward one of those more consistently than the other. Curious what everyone else thinks.

I bought $KULR at $3.20 thinking I was early, watched it tank to $1.80, and now Zacks upgrades it. Story of my life. But real talk, estimate revisions actually matter for penny stocks where sentiment swings hard. I'm tracking the setup here: [$KULR](https://aimytrade.io/ticker/KULR?utm_source=reddit&utm_medium=comment&utm_campaign=RobinHoodPennyStocks&utm_term=KULR&utm_content=variant_1770881823928_itnwc)

What a time to be bag holders of BTC and KULR

Mentions:#BTC#KULR

I miss the days of IXHL, CTM, KULR, etc where actually hype and consensus on this sub led to it being a multi bagger while now there are only pump and dumps which no one every catches or times right

That's decent funding, but $6.7M spread across lunar/Mars battery development isn't exactly transformative money for a company this size. Space contracts sound sexy but they're notoriously slow to materialize into meaningful revenue streams. I'd want to see how this stacks against their current burn rate before getting excited. https://aimytrade.io/ticker/KULR?utm_source=reddit&utm_medium=comment&utm_campaign=RobinHoodPennyStocks

I think you mean KULR ? Anyways, I had positions in all three almost equally. But I redistributed them. 1. $KULR - I stepped away from KULR when they started to buy and hold Bitcoin. There’s nothing wrong with that, but I felt like they started to lose focus on their primary business. 2. $ENVX - I believed in them for a while that they’d have a strong partnership with big players like Meta, but so far they haven’t received any such deals. With high capex and fabs in Malaysia , they are yet to have large deals. The battery for consumers market is very competitive. So I got rid of most of my stakes. I will wait for a good quarter to step back in. 3. $AMPX - This is the only company that is scaling pretty fast, with doubling or tripling their revenue. I feel like they’ve proved pretty well , already partnered with large companies, set up contract manufacturing, which gives less margins but almost no capex and can be scaled pretty quickly. They’re on track to get complete NDAA compliance. The company is in the right time to be able to benefit a lot from the drone dominance programme. I’m increasing my positions whenever possible.

At this point, RDW is carrying the load. Have been selling 1 month out & rolling 3 months out on really Green Day’s - (auto cap for Green Day is insane.. Apple respects the era). Kind of picture perfect tho, I am only interested in buying stocks below $10 with the belief they’ll be worth more later. Premiums will suck in the beginning but the long run will pay. I have one trade that stuck out tho, KULR @ 4.17 avg, sold $12 strike for January next year .70 premium, that’s over 15% apy, or a near 300% return. Just a no brainer situation. I see a lot of opportunities like that, where you can guarantee a return, with the biggest risk being missing out on potential gains.

Caban Energy's agreement with KULR is a positive sign for their growth potential, especially given the push for domestic battery manufacturing. However, the market's overall sentiment has been shaky lately, so it might be wise to be cautious with any positions. I've had $MVST for over a year - small modest position of only 300 shares but I got those lots between $.31-$.39. I have one stock I really do regret selling and that's $AMPX "down" near $7. I just can't stomach the price at this point, like $QS, but I honestly believe $AMPX has the best potential battery tech. Then we have $DFLI, which has their own R&D and production facilities in the US, a niche player in the mobile home and industrial space. I also am a HUGE fan of $KULR, most people HATE that company with a passion... but not me. I even have a slogan I made up for them I like them so much: My $KULR is cooler than yours! ;)

Context matters. Do you have $20-25 because you're dirt poor/low earnings and that's all you can save up? Or do you view the $20-25 as FU money and you've got enough saved aside as emergency funds to save yourself if needed? If it's the former, just VT and forget about it. If it's the latter, go ahead and buy some that fall between moonshots and and stable growth (Don't buy dumb shit like KULR, IPST, BYND. Consider stuff like POET, ABCL, RKLB, ASTS when they were pennies.)

Basically, the trade is worth the risk . It’s possible KULR rises post Jan 16. But with the recent ATM pause announcement, the upside can be $10+ Updated price target : $12

So annoyed at KULR (i.e. myself! 😂), I bought in about 18 months ago with no movement for 9 months, so sold it. The worst is I knew they were into something, but just impatient.

What’s your thought about getting back into KULR?

I have done well on around 5 from here. Mostly losses but the winners have more than paid for the losses. I usually buy in for between $20 and $100. KULR at .2 and LUNR for around 4 were two of my bigger plays. I don’t think I have ever sold up more than a few thousand on any individual stock.

Batteries and carbon are a tricky space. I dont see how $KULR is any better than any of the other 1000 companies out there.

When I started investing, my attention was also caught by stocks that gained +30% in a single day, so I decided to give it a try. I ended up losing -30% on the first stock (QUBT). Then I tried again. Ended up losing -50% on the second stock (KULR). Then I tried again. Ended up losing -20% on the third stock. Then I tried again. Ended up losing -10% on the fourth stock. Never again.

3k. Started back in October 2024. Got lucky by buying KULR at 0.28 w/ 10k Shares (Full Porting) Sold at 0.90, and then made another 7k on LODE in December 2024 to get to 15k. Then oscillated between 18k and 10k for the entirety of 2025 until October, when I made 21k on BURU to get up to over 30k. Since then I've worked my way up to a total of about 50k. Some is in my bank account for day-to-day necessities and such, but right now we're at 38k in my main investment account.

Flattery will actually get you everywhere in life and the fact you have zero concept of that…. Well it does matter because your long diatribe doesn’t apply. The fact you think you know, when fact you don’t…illustrates everything about you…and mowing about, say, $KULR. You have no idea of what anyone did and you are making assumptions. No idea about positions or losses (or wins)… I could be Michael Mo for all you know.

Yeah…but I didn’t ask you. I’m not flattering myself but the fact you just felt the need to lead with that illustrates… I don’t ask you. Nor do I care what you think you believe you know. You sure went a long ways out of your way with $KULR to drive that point home…that you are just better and smarter. Congratulations that you don’t know, what you don’t know.

Don’t flatter yourself by thinking that market makers are hunting your stop loss orders. Your volume is so minuscule that it’s completely meaningless. They couldn’t care less. And so justifying not using a stop loss based on the bogus claim that market makers will trigger tour stop loss is absolutely ridiculous. That’s not something that matters for small time retail traders. KULR is a terrible example to illustrate why a person should hold onto a losing position. I know all about KULR. I traded KULR in November and December of 2024. I bought it at 1.23 just before it went to 5.49. And I sold it long before it did a 1-for-8 reverse split in June 2025. KULR is trading right now at a pre-split price of just 0.47 cents. It’s never recovered after falling from 5.49 to below a dollar, which then triggered the 1-for-8 reverse split. KULR never turned around. Also, you’re conveniently ignoring the high price of opportunity cost when you bag hold a losing position. And that’s faulty financial thinking. It’s easy to claim a win when you just ignore your losses.
