MOD — cooling / thermal management — **A-**. This is probably one of the better adds in the thread. Smaller than VRT, but the $4B Airedale data-center cooling agreement and 158% quarterly data-center growth make it a real AI factory shovel, not just generic HVAC.
MOD, still not talked about enough but all the metrics scream BUY. All of the top hyperscalers are looking towards any business that can promise scale and MOD is promising it can. Still relatively low market cap while making 400 million in revenue per quarter. MAIR — commercial cooling / data-center air systems — **B / B+**. Interesting new public cooling shovel. I’d keep it below VRT/MOD until there’s more public operating history, but it belongs on the map.
MOD — cooling / thermal management — **A- / B+**. Strong add. Airedale by Modine puts them directly in high-density data-center cooling, and the recent data-center cooling contract makes it much cleaner than generic HVAC.

I’ve been in since 2024. We are still in the early innings of a 20 year build out, fundamental analysis is only so applicable for stocks like these that are in the bottleneck of the ai buildout. They will likely trade at premiums for prolonged periods of time. $MOD and $VRT are both in the same boat and will likely continue for the next decade if you were to ask me. Understanding thematic investing is just as important when dealing with the AI trade. This is different than something like buying a utility stock and is sort of the antithesis of what buffet did but it works for specific sectors in technology revolutions like this. I would be more skeptical in a few years if we really start getting wind that ai isn’t the money maker everyone thinks it is. For now just buy

Now with this restructuring, their margins will explode, net earnings should meaningfully increase thus fueling an explosion in FCF.
