The survivorship bias was in reference mainly to you going all in on bitcoin with no other assets. That is poor advice. As for holding in an insured fund that is guaranteed against fraud….you have decided the risk is high enough that a highly regulated fund on a highly regulated exchange falls victim to fraud AND the government insurance falling through that you are willing to pay taxes on all your gains in order to mitigate them. For most peoples money you are severely overestimating that risk and severely undervaluing the benefits. Some might even (rightfully) consider it risky to BOT hold your bitcoin in an etf in a tax advantages account, as you stand to lose some of your stash to the government if society doesn’t collapse

Don't set up a Bot if you haven't proofed it from losing you money, there is no law that says running a Bot means every outcome will be in your favor. All the trader did was trade to their advantage... I don't see how that is illegal at all or "STEALING" funds. Trading is buy high sell low, the bot was trying to do it, and the human did it better... there is no EXPLOIT here, or manipulation of code or tampering or hacking in anyway... they user is just interacting with the BOT as it is setup... just like if I decide to buy high somewhere else and sell low elsewhere, being bad at arbitrage doesn't mean I can sue who I sold for cheaper to. The bot is buying and the bot is selling.... fix your bot, don't defame someone calling them a thief and claim criminally STOLEN funds, LMAO. I think the confusion is why that doesn't happen with regular transactions if A sends money to B. What's stopping the bot from copying that transaction, pay higher gas, and changing the tx to "A sends money to BOT" instead.

This might be good for beginners, but if you are serious about DCA and crypto in general don't use it. Main reason for this is that you are not holding the assets, Revolut is "holding" them for you, meaning NOT YOUR KEYS BOT YOUR CRYPTO. You can't move them away to your cold storage or other CEX or DEX and the withdrawal fees are ridicoulous.

More or less, the coins got into my wallet at the site, and I even managed to trade then from BTC do USDT inside the website trading section. ​ I can also stake coins for interest, and even trade them with other users of the site. ​ The block comes when i try to withdraw it from the site to an external wallet, they ask for roughtly 100 USD deposit to "validate I am not a BOT"

Ideally you do vote on bots, so the operator can see if it's working as intended. If the bot malfunctions then call it a BAD BOT and it won't make the same mistake again. If the bot does well a GOOD BOT is all it needs to hear. I'm not sure if Coinfeedsbot takes criticism but every other bot on Reddit I've seen does.
