Nova minerals NVA by far the best value antimony / gold
Nice dd. Meanwhile uamy is the only current antimony producer in North America, has the only single source 5 year contract for mil spec antimony ingots with the US fed gov, is on pace to finish refining expansion by over 100% by q1 2026, has resumed mining operations directly adjacent to their main refining operation and bulk samples exceeded expectations (1 of 2), as of today secured a new 5 yr private contract >$100m for antimony trioxide, and is virtually debt free. I like this company, but I keep seeing some of these pre-production non-Chinese antimony companies making tall claims about their respective role in the western supply chain — NVA comes to mind, also claiming to soon be the only fully integrated North American antimony producer. They may indeed secure a large market share in the future, but to self represent as “leading” “sole” or otherwise when they are in pre-production, and more than one western company is currently producing ingots/ore/oxides, securing contracts etc. seems to misrepresent the current nature of the market.
Usually that helps the market I‘d say but difficult to predict. I feel NVA reacts to technicals. It filled the gap on the way down so I think you can use fib to check for levels. I am personally happy w the move it made

Huge upside potential is my take Start with risks- 1. The road west Susitina- first 22 miles already approved and funded- this gets the big bridge built. Wont cost NVA anything. But the other 78 mile the application submitted to US Army Corps of Engineering- under a Fast 44 application- this is good news as there are only 13 Fast 44 projects currently and all are critical- gets rapid approvals compared to other projects - first 22 mile won’t start til late 2025- and if you look at the weather in Nov it starts snowing- so honestly I’m not sure when construction will start surely not peak winter? So this nigh be delayed until April 2026 - the road is the biggest issue- as it gets power and road access to Novas base camp - it’s one of 3 companies that has grants for antimony and already has 2 known sites for Antimony- so this is great news - their latest report says they want to develop two small starter mines onsite- one for antimony and one for the RPM site. This is a great idea as it’s not cost intensive. And means payback. If they can start getting some gold in at these high prices they can self fund and require minimal dilution - the 65 million grant is based on a reimbursement model- so this could make it a little tricky that Nova need to buy things outright then wait for reimbursement For me this means right now they should be spending a good 5-10 million buying whatever it is they need for the refunery and a small starter mines onsite for the Antimony, crushers, diesel generators, excavators, etc. but if they got a 5 million revolving credit this would be good as they could fund short term and then get refunded by the US- keeping their 18 million to fund other things - no mining yet started on antimony- latest quarterly confirms this- the US Defence funding was slow to arrive- so they pulled the rig off the antimony and put it on the RPM until they get the funding- but they do already have 3 tonnes of very high grade stibnite- just from collecting rocks on surface- so it’s clear there is Antimony there with wide visibility veins in the rocks of the stibnite they want - they have about 4 million Oz gold so far at the measured(180,000 oz) and indicated (the rest) while the rest of the 9.9 million is inferred and much lower grade (ie Korbel is a bulk tonnage 0.5g/t operation) - what I really like is the 2024 drilling at rpm found about another 100,000-150,000 Oz gold at surface to 50 metres (that continued past that) at 4-5g/tonne- that’s perfect for an open pit starter mine- that they can process- and get 100,000 Oz of gold quickly which is worth 400,000 million usd at today’s prices (less costs)- even if they ink get 100 usd million free cash flow from this that will really help with their finances- so if they spend say 10 million on a small scale mine that is modular for the at surface at RPM this can get them started - Remember this is a district level site- not just one mine. They have 20 identified sites already and only 4 of these have been drilled- korbel, rpm north and south and Stibium - muddy creek shows excellent opportunity and their neighbours have already got great grades from the same muddy creek location. - I can see this being a 15-20milliok Oz resource or even bigger- maybe 50 million ounces(would be worth 200 billion usd) - other risks include the bad winter weather- at this stage it’s all open pit mining- - another risk is the time and costs to drill- lots of drilling goijg on and limited drill rigs- they have 90 approved drill pads so ideally next season if they can get 2 drill rigs going for the antimony and say their RC rig ok the glacier sediment to flesh that out further and maybe one further rig on muddy creek - - they really need to get their Pre Feasabilitt study done asap that they said they started July 2024 and said recently won’t be avail til next year- but here is to hoping soon - the 5 for 1 forward stop split, indexing, new antimony expert hired, commencement of the 22 mile West Susitina road project, approval for the 78 mile road from army corps, 2025 drilling assays, announcement of first part of grant received on the purchase of long lead time items wil all act as a catalyst - there is about 10 mile of wetlands the 78 mile Sustina road has to go through and so getting environment approvals are key. There are a small number of locals whinging saying the road will harm the environment but the state fed and local support seems to support the road going ahead- there will always be complainers. - other useful points are there is both copper and silver in these deposits that further enrich the value of the mine that they have made mention in past reports but barely gets a mention these days due to the focus on gold and antimony - if China lift their antimony ban this could cause antimony prices to fall - risk to any antimony producers - NVA still saying they are on track to produce antimony trisulfide in 2026- like a few hundred tonnes of it as part of the phase 1, 65 million grant- so they have ambitious plans- with the shit weather I’m not sure how realistic that is- but the CEO has said in summer they have a 24 hour operation due to 24 hour daylight
USAMY has no antimony or stibnite resource They have to source all their stibnite from overseas currently USAMY does have the refinery buikt but is at real risk of not being able to source the stibnite since 90% of it comes from Russia, China and nearby countries It’s why USAMY just bought an interest in the largest known antimony deposit in Australia. But the company in Oz is a long way away from production so this doesn’t help them. USAMY would do well to strike an angreemwnt with Felix Gold who have antimony resource in the US- only problem is Felix Gold want to produce their own antimony. NVA far bigger prospects long term than USAMY with a 10 million ounce gold resource rapidly growing- it will easily be 12-15 million ounce as they have 20’other sites on their land they have found high concentration rock chip samples- they have a 1.5 mile wide and 2.5 mile long glacial section that’s 40 m deep with 1.1g/t on top of their 2023 9.89 million ounce resource and all their drilling from 2024 and 2025 not yet added to the 2023 MRE. The huge plus for NVA is they can crush the stibnite to get Antimony and a by product is gold! Only 3 is companies currently got funding for antimony from defence so far- nova, Perpetua resources (5.5 B aud MC) and US Antimony (2.25 Billion MC)- with NVA having twice the size gold resource of Perpetua- but Perpetua is further along on its MRE of Antimony. I like Perpetua and Nova as they have their own stibnite and can own the entire supply chain.

There's still helium and nickel and just other good miners out there in general that are underprice on their projects or just getting to production. I think if anything this all just signals mining has a heart beat again the interest is there and money is coming in. Time may have passed for stocks like NVA but there's still mining stocks out there that I don't personally think are ass. Everyone keeps repeating the same names that are sky high from 8$ 6 months ago.

I’m in both Nova and UAMY. UAMY might get a contract to refine Nova antimony while Novs builds their smelter. I don’t see a world where these CEOs do a complete merger. The most likely scenario is that Trump partners with Nova for a stake and Nova gets to CRML market cap or even higher. Either way, I’m profiting on the antimony trade. Been following both since March. Fucking beautiful shit coming up. Bulletproof positioning. I think UAMY is a $60 by next year and NVA is $200+ by end of month.

PPTA is a solid choice even at its current price of around $23. NVA is great because with gold-mining comes antimony deposits. UAMY is another one worth investing in. Critical mineral monopoly is a rare and profitable title.

When a company makes money and doesn't pay out a dividend, you still own its money. It's just inside the company being reinvested in new factories or whatever rather than cash in your account.
