The advisors you’ve spoken to are smart. I’m an idiot who thought it was a good idea to get into that side of the business. It’s a ton of work and does not yield particularly fast rewards. If you work with a JP, they have cap table access, but they’ll reserve it for their highest end PW clients (50m and up). Same is true of many companies, all the big guys have cap table access, you just aren’t offered it. How did we do it? Pretty much throwing ourselves at the feet of the people who could make intros until we finally got one. I won’t name drop but they’re pretty big in the VC world and were kind enough to introduce us to some board members of these companies. Just getting someone important to like me enough to vouch. That’s it. Not really glamorous or some brilliant act.

But when it comes to index fund, just turn off your brain and stop overthinking it. Set a monthly auto-buy and never never never turn it off. There is no winning jumping in & out or trying to time your buys. Just automate it. If it helps, put you auto transfer + buys in a separate brokerage account and lose the PW.

Real-estate based shares, theirs alot of good ones out there that dip into other markets like AHR is also considered apart of the healthcare market while being a real estate share. Same with PW and the energy market. However they have their own scandles. Less stable and more volatile REITs are usually offices, Warehouse, and Lesuire based REITs. Aswell as some REITs will promise high divedend yeilds 4%+ as their losing money to try, and maintain shareholders from pulling. Honestly I couldnt give you the full rundown here, but please consult youtube for a few guides on how to navigate the REIT market; everymarket has their mulligans/red flags so always ve researching!
Theres plenty of good DD's its just a shyt market. But we saw PW, PLBY, CTM all become profitable this month during huge earning calls. Aswell as we all know DFLI, FEMY, NUAI all have actual potential as share holdings. People really need to stop whining that money isn't just falling into their laps, I alone spend 1-2 hours a day just researching trying to stay ahead of the curve; in what's basically a casino and even that hasnt been a straight forward answer.

Industry data shows that roughly 22% of all Airbus A220 jets are currently out of service because of problems with their Pratt & Whitney PW1500G engines. Pratt & Whitney is owned by RTX. The A220 isn't massively used yet, but its rapidly growing in popularity so it will be interesting to see if this has anything near the repercussions that the A32x engine issues had.

Maybe. For some more context: We see tried SignIns from all over the world against our Azure/M365 (EntraID) accounts everyday. Multiple per minutes. None of them guess the PW correctly. Even if they do, ConditionalAccess Policies block the SignIn as we enforce phishing-resistant credentials and or MSFT knows thats an IP with bad reputation (risky SignIns) So while its normal to see multiple SignIn attempts from all over the world even within a few minutes of an account being created, its far from normal that the bad actor shows correct credentials within a few minutes. Only options for that to happen (imho) are in my previous comment.

First of all , i never said live off the interest But there are ways to invest that are not only mostly tax free but relatively safe. Second this legacy company that is “growing” took an absolute brutal savage beating down from 28 to 80 cents just years ago. Oh it's even more constrained than that. A large number of Airbus jets are still grounded for maintenance on the PW1100G-JM turbine. RTX isn't projected to be done with that until 2026. Even some of the GE LEAP-1B turbines are down, which affects Boeings ability to deliver planes. All of this stuff is known and resolved but it constrains current capacity. Airlines wanted planes that used less fuel, which these engines do, but they're new and "stuff happens"

Why would you have thought they were going to pull through? Zero evidence that the company can ever regain profitability. PW engines are a perpetual issue and Legacies have Spirit by the balls by loss-leading basic economy seats on competing routes. There is no out that is not an acquisition.
