SRAD and GENI holder here, let s go!
I have 1000 shares of SRAD but that’s in different account this is GENI YOLO. I think there’s more room To run currently on GENI. But both are A BUY.
That would be smartest thing but I’m buying 1000 shares of SRAD and quit options
SRAD. They’ve done nothing but grow the last couple years. Any thoughts on this one?
I’ve done well on SRAD and think EVVTY has potential to keep rising. Not really penny stocks but interesting companies
Solid nuclear news out of Germany from this morning: [https://www.ft.com/content/e99efa2b-338a-4065-89c6-0683d5759ed7](https://www.ft.com/content/e99efa2b-338a-4065-89c6-0683d5759ed7) Still hopeful more and more countries will adopt more pro nuclear policies. Also moved some money from my SRAD position to SGHC.
I think GENI tanked a bit on their earnings, which hurt my SRAD. Going to add them to my watchlist, good proxy for sports betting. Best of luck!
I always own SRAD, but another gambling stock that has been on a solid run and fundamentally doesn't look terrible, not sure if anyone follows $**SGHC** Looking at their latest investor presentation: [https://s205.q4cdn.com/195659402/files/doc\_financials/2024/q4/4Q24-Investor-presentation-250225-FINAL.pdf](https://s205.q4cdn.com/195659402/files/doc_financials/2024/q4/4Q24-Investor-presentation-250225-FINAL.pdf) Seems like they do a lot of business in Africa, no idea that they are seeing some casino growth there.
Looks like $SRAD got an upgrade from BofA this morning.
Calls on SRAD, all the sports betting beat and they provide the odds to a lot of them
I think SRAD will beat earnings https://preview.redd.it/y5l8aolxybpe1.jpeg?width=1242&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=d707c8dbaf8b4b2e0b4af1801bd0a53909c888dd
I only buy individual stocks. LVMUY, ADYEY, SRAD, BABA, TCEHY, TOITF, uhhh there’s prob a few more. Frankly, 1 year and 3 month time horizons don’t mean much to me. I completely understand that US tech has dominated the last 15 years but it doesn’t mean that will continue going forward. It might, and I certainly own a lot of US tech, but you simply can’t predict the future.
HOOD SRAD DASH things that arent impacted by tariffs
Sorry for taking so long to get back to you, just was waiting to work today, since it would be easier to type the response lol. Yeah CTLP is really interesting. Seems pretty expensive, but the growth is at least there right now, plus there was some insider buying, which is a good sign. Yeah, I think with the electrical names, it's possible that some of the performance just got pulled ahead as investors were so bullish, but I think long term, the trend makes sense. Just could be some pain in the short to mid term. Yeah, I mentioned ITRI a bit ago. Held and sold, just for some reason, the stock like never moves much. Something similar to like ESE. Was a name I liked and held, didn't do anything, then one earnings report pumped the stock like 30% lol. It's crazy how those low volume names can just run sometimes. I kind of dig them. AYI was one I was kicking myself for not buying. I did a ton more research into like industrial and electrical plays like a few years, when the IRA and infrastructure bills where getting passed. The fundamentals just looked so cheap when I was posting about them and they seem like a well ran solid company. I got lucky with CRS, I bought some like last week before it poped the other day. Personally I love companies that do things in multiple industries. Like they do medical/aerospace/defense vs like ATI is more aerospace/defense. Yeah, HWM was another one of those names that was on my watchlist and just watched it pop like 30% after an earnings report. I got some back in like the 100s and been happy with the company so far. Does feel like aerospace is a good bull market right now. I had a position in WWD, but moved out of it after like 30% gain. Just was happy with the gains and don't want to get too over exposed again, so trying to keep my aerospace names limited. Yeah SRAD is another great GARPY name. It's cool that MLB bought a stake in the company and I feel like the sports betting is just gaining more momentum. I'm always conflicted with it, since I think gambling is fine, but some of the stuff is getting out of hand. Like you can't watch any sports content without an ad or some pushing some odds.
Looking through CTLP some more, I'm going to invest! I even checked out their career page for engineering opportunities haha - nothing near or available though. \+1 on holding the electrical names long-term. I am worried about a reduction in CAPEX spending in future quarters, but not seeing much news indicating that except for the stock prices staying depressed. I was just considering a position in ITRI actually! I believe you mentioned it more than half a year ago? It's been on my watchlist for a while since I heard the name. I sold my position in CARR and GWW to diversify, so I might reallocate some there. Thanks for the new names to follow - AYI / CRS / ATI. I've been interested in HWN forever, but I just keep watching it go up haha. Did you recently open a position? I got WWD after the August drop. It's dated, but I also found this SRAD analysis from 2021. Thought it was interesting comparing it to now: [https://www.reddit.com/r/stocks/comments/rkib3w/the\_case\_for\_srad\_to\_hit\_100\_in\_4\_years/](https://www.reddit.com/r/stocks/comments/rkib3w/the_case_for_srad_to_hit_100_in_4_years/)
SRAD could be a way to play legalized sports betting. They provide data to bookmakers
I ended up opening a position in LDOS, mainly because they won a NASA contract. SRAD and CTLP are really interesting. SRAD is growing a lot, but has a pretty high valuation. Major League Baseball actually just signed an exclusive contact with them and bought a stake in the company. It’s how I’m playing the sports betting grow. CTLP does like kiosk ordering software. Also growing their EPS a lot. Kind of sports related as well, since they partner with some stadiums to do the cashier less kiosks. I watched a WSJ video on the saints stadium and how it’s designed to increase revenue. They called out those kiosks as a big driver. PLMR opened a positions day in earnings and got lucky with that pop. Really cheap fundamentals. They do speciality insurance. Just wanted more diversity in the portfolio. HRMY and CORT are biotech. Also same idea with the diversity. Both have a good pipeline and seeing a lot of growth. Fundamentals look good as well.
Thanks for the reply! Lots of names I haven't heard of before (SRAD, CTLP, PLMR, HRMY, CORT). I'll look into them this weekend! I am in CW and MLI as well. And I'm with you on the government agency fear stocks - I'm watching them but still haven't opened any positions. Now might be time to get into DRS though. CACI as well.
Yeah SRAD looks pretty nosebleed valuation, but they are now profitable and growing their EPS, so at least the PEG makes it look much better. I mean the MLB just took some equity in the company as well with a new contract: [https://www.stocktitan.net/news/SRAD/major-league-baseball-and-sportradar-announce-expanded-exclusive-rpb3mkrqyi3m.html](https://www.stocktitan.net/news/SRAD/major-league-baseball-and-sportradar-announce-expanded-exclusive-rpb3mkrqyi3m.html) >**Major League Baseball (MLB)** and **Sportradar (NASDAQ: SRAD)** have announced an expanded exclusive partnership through 2032, starting from the 2025 season. The deal includes MLB acquiring an equity stake in Sportradar, with the issuance of up to 1,855,724 Class A ordinary shares. >Under the agreement, Sportradar will exclusively distribute MLB's ultra-low latency official data, media content, MLB Statcast Data, and audiovisual content across its network of 800 sportsbook clients and 900 media companies. The partnership aims to leverage growing baseball popularity in Latin America and Asia, alongside increasing sports betting legalization. >Sportradar will continue providing integrity services through its Universal Fraud Detection System (UFDS) to monitor betting activity. The companies will collaborate on developing AI-driven products using player tracking data for enhanced fan experiences. The deal is immediately accretive to Sportradar's business. >
Wynn, MGM, DKNG all destroying. GENI and SRAD are locks for march
That's why I'm personally playing the bets stuff through SRAD.
So, with the POTUS volatility, I am forced to do something I never did before. Sell NVDA at highs, rebuy low, and load up on Walmart Costco (they doubled+ in 2 years), Palantir (but so overvalued), Reddit, SRAD- a bull at supporting sports data (SRAD), SERVICE NOW, Meta. Had to ditch Apple, NVDA is now a steady up and down wave, before tapering and saturation downfall. I stay away from Quantum stuff. So it almost does not matter what we are in, the trump factor has inserted a degree of unpresented uncertainty, and I treat it as is- at highs I sell, and I buy the predictable lows. Could never have imagined loading on Goldman Sachs, JPM (both did 47% last year), retail (Costco Walmart Amazon), and use growth tech as surf waving sell high rebuy low and put the profits in the steady performers. Also bought bitcoin in quantity, first time ever, 10% of portfolio, I am testing it for 1 year, only Bitcoin ETF. Again, markets are so crazy and volatile that going from -25% drops/ups to -5% drops and 8% gains per month feel a genius.
I also heard something like there was more parley's than anything else this year. I'm always conflicted with the sports betting stuff, since I'm overall pro betting. However, it is annoying that almost anything sports related has betting integrated into the content now. Like all the podcasts I listen to always have like a DraftKings ad or someone is talking a prop bet. I do think it's kind of bad how predatory some of this stuff feels. That being said, I also have a position in SRAD lol.
Is it time to sell the recent rally in gaming stocks like DKNG and SRAD? Or let them roll?
SRAD - sports betting data NFLX. - Entertainment GOOG - tech V. - Money Four stocks to start a trading portfolio.
It happens bro... I did not exercise some $8 LUNR and $10 RKLB last week and I have lived to regret it. Which is why I am changing my strategy on some of these stocks I feel bullish on. I am also letting 2 AI contracts expire in the money. I am keeping them. Just learn from your mistakes and be on the lookout for the next one. GRAB, HYLN, JOBY & SRAD are some to watch. I am green on all my options for them.
I have a few options which I wasted $6K on all expiring worthless it seems, in the next few days and weeks. It is one of the reasons I began selling my NVDA & NVDL shares the past 2 months. This stock is being manipulated too much because of all of the options being sold. FUCK THEM! Instead, I put my money on LUNR, RKLB, ACHR, AI, SRAD, RCAT, AROC calls. The best move ever. I have made more than $20K in profits the past month alone. Still have $20K in profits to go.
Neither am I.. I bought 170 contracts last week and I already up $19k thus far... For those that want the next ACHR... take a look at HYLN... Also, I am killing it with SRAD!
Get in on SRAD while it is still cheap... Posting my gains already... https://preview.redd.it/koj1wntef23e1.png?width=1528&format=png&auto=webp&s=5726b16ea93c880a8cd03f9ab5ff7c28806a2832
Without a doubt. I believe it is just getting started. Especially now that many WSB regards and other subs are getting in on the action. HYLN, GRAB are others I have options on and think they will be going up in the next few weeks. Oh yeah, and SRAD...... check that one out and if you buy some, don't forget to thank me later...
HYLN, ACHR..... GRAB.... SRAD... AROC.... All of these stocks I been making money on... quietly... The last two I expect will have a breakout the next few weeks.
Glad I stopped putting all my bets on NVDA, NVDL.. I am making crazy money on other stocks now.. ACHR... HYLN.... SRAD..... AROC... **Get in on those if you want to make money brothers!**
Moving on to new stocks.... WRD - No options,, only shares.. Heard it from me first. Thank me later. SRAD - Just signed a contract with MLB,.... HYLN - the next archer baby!!!
Looking at how SportsRadar(SRAD) performed, looking at Genius Sports (GENI).
lol you SRAD shills really need to try and do better. Against revenues of 235.55 million, the company made a profit of...*95,770* . No, that's not an error in zeros or comas. That's literally their profit for Q2. > The market has initially reacted negative to the earnings call but that may be due to FX movements hitting the bottom line. really? Of all the dumb excuses, this is all you could come up with? "Fx MoVeMeNtS"? It wiped out 99.9593% of the revenues and left only 95,770 in profits? How many employees can you pay on that, let alone invest further? This is after a Q1 of 7.32 million profits (against 222.7 million in revenue) and a Q4 2022 with 33.4 millions *in losses* (against 210.4 million in revenue). Some accounting fuckery going on here. I would rather wait another quarter or two, to see where they are going in this high interest rate environment (assuming inflation has been tamed and past us).
Yea it’s gotta be competition. There def positioned pretty good tho to be one of the top 3 if not top 1 sportsbook in the country. There’s also the idea of offshore gambling or betting with ur local bookie. Also interesting to look into the data provider companies like SRAD and GENI
There is very interesting debate on this post. I have conducted my own reasearch in this space and it is for sure undervalued. Let us hope $SRAD and their customer DraftKings benefit from the surge in interest in data.
Surely $SRAD and $GENI’s market values will be boosted when Gen Z consumption of AI enhanced experiences increases. They will demand quality, real time sports data and these companies are ahead of the curve.
I think there Is a growing demand for personalised, richly detailed experiences among Gen Z which does suggest that data in all sectors could be a significant profit generator in the future. With all these top leagues acknowledging the worth of solid data and AI enhancing fan experience, it seems believable that sports data could become the new ‘’liquid gold’’. The companies you have mentioned are well positioned to capitalise on this trend given their existing infrastructures and partnerships. My view is that $SRAD looks very promising considering its dominance in the market and ownership to major leagues. Small challenges could be regulatory changes due to privacy and data ownership concerns which could affect how these companies operate. Also, the popularity of these sports needs to hold up. That being said, I am bullish on the data sectors, especially sports, as we all love sports and this immersive experience with all this new data can only be good news going forward.
$SRAD is now trading at 18X 2023 EBITDA. Cost controls and cash conversion might boost back to 30x in line with Palantir (26X).
I recently made a post about SRAD, just check my history and you will find it.
I work for SRAD part time, I think management is pretty awful, and their really isn't a huge runway for this company to grow. Once existing deals with sports leagues end, nothing is stopping them from just going with cheaper alternatives. Its certainly a better pick than other gambling stocks like DKNG.
It’s simple really. $SRAD currently has better financials than $GENI
Genius Sports ($GENI) and Sportradar ($SRAD) are the 2 dominant GLOBAL market leaders in sports betting data and provide full turnkey sport betting infrastructure and advertising. Noth are B2B SaaS companies. They get a % of the wins from all of their global sports book customers and over 95% of sports books are customers of Genius and Sportradar. Both companies are almost unknown to US investors. Both stocks are strong buys.
$SRAD would be the better company
Two new companies I have receently invested in are SOLG SRAD I think both have huge potenital!!
The plan is to invest in stocks everyone will use and still talk about in 20 years time. MSFT, AMZN, GOOG, KO in equal measure. But who could refuse a few speculative stocks - DKNG, SRAD, TSLA and META (maybe they win the metaverse battle). Plus a few alt coins.
Walt Disney Co files for mixed shelf; size not disclosed - SEC filing Are they finally going after a sports betting company? if so, which one? SRAD , DKNG? ------------------------- "Do you want to take sports betting? Bob Chapek -- Chief Executive Officer Yeah. Well, in terms of sports betting, we have been in conversations for quite a long time now with a number of different platforms to add some utility to sports betting and take away some friction for that for our guests. We have found that basically our sports fans that are under 30 absolutely require this type of utility in the overall portfolio of what ESPN offers. So we think it's important. We're working hard on it and we hope to have something to announce in the future in terms of a partnership there that will allow us to access that revenue stream and also make sure that our guests are being -- having their needs met."
I've seen STEM mentioned enough by people who I respect in this sub that I've finally added it to my Do Some DD watchlist. It joins SEMR, SRAD, TXN, and CFLT in there.
SRAD is my biggest position at the moment in the portfolio and I continue to accumulate. Did not find the guts to buy GENI, though following them closely. Wish us all luck.
SRAD and GENI finally getting some rub over the last month feels good! Earnings on the 16th for GENI and 17th for SRAD.
SRAD/SGHC too, all the gambling today.
How to make money you ask? Sorry to tell you guys but the complete opposite of what this community thrives on aka pumping shitters Unity, INDO, HUSA, REV, GROV, UPST, ROKU, RIOT, SRAD, PINS, CVNA (all shorts) just to name a few equities that i have heavily profited on (YTD) Last up 321% on the year shorting these extremely overvalued equities although some are priced reasonably so i have exited a few of these
Been buying since $16~, bought a ton under $10 and have more orders at $5 and $7 waiting. U.S sports betting market will be massive and SRAD seems to be in a good position. Looking for $30+
calls on $SRAD, puts on the chip sector
Not in the list, but SRAD earnings are coming in on Wednesday as well... Undervalued and very good earnings expected
All in on SRAD!!!!!! Gotta buy the dip before it skyrockets
>NFL rights back to Srad after the Geni one ends. Didnt geni overpay like 3x vs SRAD though? Unless SRAD is gonna be willing to overpay on that... lol As far as betting consolidation that is probably a very real threat, though what would the timeline on that be?
SRAD story about ongoing Russian profiteering despite sanctions. Reported by Sporthandle. Q4 earnings tomorrow before market.
SRAD earnings tomorrow Pre market
GENI ATLs and SRAD ~ 5% off ATL 😔😔😔
I bought yesterday. Picked up PINS, RSI, and SRAD.
check SRAD then -- P/s around 10, 400m revenure \~ 300M EBITda if i remember correctly
CRON beat down transferring over to DNA. Can we get the market cap below $7 bn? Also SRAD oofta
Yeah I am going to have to cut bait on my SRAD/GENI. I know they supply almost all other sportsbooks but they're probably burning cash.
Anyone know why SRAD is running compared to GENI today? Can't find anything about it or TOST.
DKNG - love hate relationship but confident in the long term if they execute right, especially upcoming surrounding legalizations. I would not be surprised if return to $50 by the end of this year Colfax (CFX) - Their M&A strat is A+. 9% growth expected this year SRAD - sleeper stock. Opened at $27, down a bunch and looks an easy 20% growth this year Cannabis low-mid cap are overpriced!
GENI is attractive, I already planned on buying some SRAD soon. Similar value loss since IPO, similar business, no SPAC history.
Both are very cheap. I like SRAD as well. Impressive diversified revenue streams.
Some lucky bastard is gunna get a great price for those in the next few months. I’m holding my GENI for years, multibagger or bust. May find more money to average down. Feel the same on SRAD, willing to die on this sector.
I expect the gambling market TAM to continue to increase and like GENI/SRAD as data providers to your fanduels DKNGs and CZRs. I'm sure some of the mainstays will continue to grow, but for me an unknown with your fanduels, DKNGs, PENNs, and CZRs is their high CAC. Does that number go down as they get loyal customers... or do your gamblers jump around to whoever has the best deal constantly keeping CAC elevated for the long run. Also, high tax states like NY taking half affects those companies more than it would the GENI/SRAD since they're not the ones taking bets. Could be way off and the entire gambling market could turn out to be shite anyway, but for the moment its the hill I'm dying on. My one question would be does a company like DKNG try and bring the data in house at some point to cut out those third party costs? They'd need to steal the current NFL/NBA agreements from GENI/SRAD or maybe just buy them?
tough day, GENI down 8% and SRAD up 5% jeez GENI EV under 1b
Not a confirmed bottom by any means but I think it’s close on SRAD and I am buying today.
That's true. GENI high was WAY higher during euphoria. SRAD barely stayed above IPO for very long due to its terrible timing
Not a SPAC but SRAD is holding really well vs GENI. Too bad I have both.
RKLB, PL, SOFI, SRAD, GENI, maybe some BKSY or AVPT
I'm assuming rivalry meant competition with SRAD
Sportradar price target lowered to $22 from $30 at Needham $SRAD
SRAD is actually profitable. Super Group would probably get a lower valuation now if they went the IPO route.
They can do the IPO route but SRAD and all other gambling stocks are burning money. SG actually will exit a market if it's not profitable enough. I doubt they need Capital at all. So the founders are not getting paid and add insult to injury they will be whacked to 7-8 pretty soon.
CANO is getting destroyed, when most de-SPACs are down, CANO is down something like 60% from its peak. Is Anpanman holding or has any thing changed with it? I would like to start a position in CANO STEM RSI SRAD but really scared rn.
anyone picking up SRAD here? it was downgraded today -8%
SRAD back to a 14 handle, GENI under 6.5. Gimmie more Mr. Market
I’m not feeling the capitulation going around. Year end close is wild at the office so it may just be that I’m actually working and don’t have the bandwidth to pay attention. The boomer port going down at all hurts more TBH. Been heavy in pre DA and post DA warrants for ~6 months. I don’t think anything has fundamentally changed in that timeframe to push me out of warrants, other than the entries have gotten better. Only reason I’d cut bait on a W right now is to buy a different one. Other than DCRN redemption and ~5% flipping around warrants I haven’t made a trade since I stopped adding EQRXW on 12/22. Positions are still SRAD, AMPSW, EQRXW, GENI + a handful of small pre DA warrant positions.
Everyone needs to lose money. So I buy more SRAD.
I’m continuing to buy SRAD(Sportradar) and soon it might become a big part of my portfolio.
Isn't RSI these levels a good buy compared to GENI SRAD??? Opinion?
Can t go wring with GENI and SRAD
They’ll end up making money later on anyways, but this is why I like GENI / SRAD more
If anyone has been waiting for an SRAD buying opportunity, today might not be a bad time to start.
AMPSW, EQRXW, GENI, SRAD giving me my 5% green today.
