This is a non standard, adjusted option, resulting froma reverse split last November. It is out of the money. The multiplier is still 100. Exercising the 19 strike call would cost $1900, but would get you only 20 shares of TARK, a current value of around $1666.
Right now TARK is around $84.50 a share. The call option to deliver 20 shares of TARK this June at $19/share has an ask of $4.80. Why is this ask so low? Seems like a guarantee loss for option seller! What am I not understanding? 20 shares of TARK at $84.50/share is about $1,690 cost Delivering 20 shares of TARK at $19.00/share and keeping $480 in premium is about $860 proceeds What's going on?

I don't have a million dollars cash but I got most of the money I invest with from selling my duplex in January of this year that I bought at the bottom in '09. 3400 sf combined i boight in foreclosure for $270k, sold for $880k. The last 7 years they were rented out which more than paid for the original investment. I don't touch options. The riskiest thing I buy and sell recently has been $TARK. I was down up to $21k, but am now actually in the green with a realized profit of $264(0.11%), and unrealized of $1100 on $75k currently invested.
15-JULY 23 TARK puts LOADED. COME AT ME BRO. nothing more idiotic than buying short term options on double leveraged ETF consisting of all speculative stocks. muahahaha
my recommendation is to only buy these leveraged ETFS as long term plays based on macro factors, not short term plays. the time to buy SQQQ was in the fall last year, as it was very obvious based on valuation metrics the nasdaq was overvalued. You woud've probably lost money in the short term since you can never time it, but you would've made money long term. Right now, I don't see SQQQ and SARK in a good place to purchase base don macro factors. I Also don't see it from TARK and TQQQ. We are in this middle "neutral zone" IMO. When would I buy TQQQ? when max fear is reached AND the nasdaq is closer to 8000. If it doesn't reach that I just won't buy it.
I’ve got calls expiring on July 15. Lots of them too TQQQ, SPY, DIA LABU and lots of along ETFs like TQQQ, TARK, LABU, SOXL (down 20% on this) BULZ. Up nicely across the board except SOXL. I will lighten up today or tomorrow. Likely going full bear starting late next week maybe the Friday

Honestly not sure if this is a serious post. But if it is, you need to stop using margin and get out of TARK. Using that much margin is a good way to turn your 70% loss into a 100% loss. Sorry, but there’s no quick and easy way to recover. Back to basics with you.
My advice would be to try and see what happened as an important, if incredibly painful, lesson. Hype is not a good advisor and valuations always matter in the end. As for your current situation, I think the best bit of advice would be to not expect to get anywhere near the value your account had by October. It would represent roughly a 3x from current levels, and while of course possible, I don't think it's feasible. Chasing after that kind of returns over that timeframe is bound to eventually lead you into more speculative plays who have a good chance of playing out like you're previous plays did. As for your current portfolio, it's certainly a solid base. My I ask why you have both SPY and VTI? Since VTI reflects the entire US market, it also includes SPY. Adding SPY will give a slight focus on S&P 500 companies, but it won't give you further diversification. Not sure about TARK. I'm not a big fan of leveraged ETFs, personally.

The correlation of SPY VTI is 99% and VTI VYM is 98% they are nearly 100%. Could have basically dumped it all in one of them, there is no diversity here. As foe the TARK, we'll thst wad just dumb, arkk Is absurdly volatile on the best of times let alone using a multipled etf for exposure. Heres some stats. Months volatility C-C % SPY - 0.9% VTI - 0.9% VYM - 0.7% TARK - (brand new but still) - 16.9% Tark would have been a death blow even if your other allocations were up even at 10% allocation its still too big for the rest of the portfolio to counter it. I think many people on here would gwt some real value out of going on YouTube and just spending a few hours learning about portfolio correlation and volatility and then applying it to their holdings, at least then youcan quantify the risk you have on instead of blowing up and then asking what happened and what you should do next
TARK is too specific. I'd only do leverage on SP500 or QQQ.
Add a hail mary stock or crypto coin (i.e. high risk high reward) to your portfolio? So keep your existing stock distributions but maybe take 5% from either TARK or VYM and put it into something that can have a high reward?
I will add energy instead of TARK. It is depressed because of investors speculated oil demand will fall due to a recession not even proven. Its price will be back in 1-2 months. 40% margin is a concern. If I read your lip right you got 30 c on the original dollars back and 12c are borrowed money. For the rest of the year I expect return to be zero gain. You still have 30c -interest to pay. All the best.

What you are in sounds good, but maybe take 1% to 5% of your account value and try out some riskier or more speculative stocks or funds. If nothing else, just for some fun. Maybe consider the new TARK ETF, or some individual names that have been beaten down like 80% over the last 6 months or so like PYPL or ROKU. (I own PYPL and ROKU, and just bought some TARK today to help with the ride back up…. hopefully).
