Let’s say ZZZ has a lot of price movement $9.50-$10.50. Schwab or fidelity will try to get the highest price for you. I’ve set buy at like $9.50 and gotten $9.40 execution. Or sell limit of $10.50, but the manage to execute on $10.60 a share, and give me $10.60. This is overly simplified and not exactly how it works, but people have credibly claimed that on Robin Hood if you do $10.50 and they get $10.60, they keep that $0.10 a share. If you do market, they might execute a sell at $10.50 a share, but give you like $10.20 a share. If you buy and they execute at $9.50 a share, they allegedly might sell to you to buy at $10.50 a share. Thereby front running you. To take it further, if someone is trying sells at $10.50 and another account is trying to buys at $9.50, Robinhood will allegedly pocket the difference. Finally, you can’t trade specific shares of a stock, you can only sell by first in first out which is usually really silly for tax purposes.

Thanks that helps a bit. Based on what you provided EUDF looks like a fine investment. Rheinmetall is probably a big reason for it's overvalued data, which in this case isn't a concern for myself. DFND while I don't have the aggregate data and can't make a solid claim because of that, I think it's composition is reasonable. GE, RTX, and Boeing aren't my favorite stocks but the expose you to US assets is good diversification in a EU defence ETF. If you want just one ETF I would recommend EUDF first and wouldn't advise against including DFND if you want. I would cut that third ETF for sure. Also you don't need to worry about overlap in ETFs or your holdings too much. If you have €100 and invest half in stock AAA and the other half in ETF ZZZ which has 10% AAA it's as though you have €60 in AAA and €40 in the ETF minus AAA. That's ok so long as you're aware of the overlap and account for that. Also legally I am not your financial advisor, this is merely advice from an Internet stranger.

I use ChatGTP daily. 5 is definitely wonky. I spend more time correcting 5 than I would like. And not once.. I have to correct the same error multiple times over repeated requests. It almost feels overwhelmed for extremely simple tasks, especially over repeated, lengthy threads.. even when it suggests keeping the same thread for those conversations. The longer you go with a thread, the more loose the answers seem to get.

There is a different change in option price, because the options have different price changes. If I have a stock at 100, company ABC, and it increases 30%, that is a $30 increase. If I have a stock at 3000, company ZZZ, 30% is $1000. A rise in $1000, at a zero point of a call, at the money, on ZZZ is much more money, than $30 rise from at the money call on ABC.

Many answers are already excellent for top growth stocks that need to borrow money. I just wanted to add how that affect others. There are other high-growth companies that have sufficient cash that don't need to borrow, such as Zoom, Shopify, or Disney (on the online streaming sector). However, their intrinsic value is calculated by the projection of future growth, that this company can make XXX in 2022, YYY in 2023, ZZZ in 2024, and these XXX, YYY, ZZZ are translated to CURRENT value, built in the stock price. How to convert future dollar XXX, YYY, ZZZ to CURRENT value? We divide the projected inflation. For example, if we have 5% inflation rate in the next year, then $105 in May 2022 is worth $100 now. When we have higher inflation, all the XXX, YYY, ZZZ will be devalued in the conversion, so stock price drop. Of course we can say some companies can raise their product/service price to have a higher XXX, YYY, ZZZ, but then we are not sure about the growth rate will remain the same, so either way there will be a selloff. Then, how does it affect the value stocks? At first the value stocks will not be affected, and even benefit. However, when there is a significant drop in growth stocks, many Funds will do a rebalance. For example, some used leverage or heavily invested in options, so when the growth stocks are down 10% they need to sell the growth stocks to cover (which triggered further drop), and then the growth stocks are down 30%, and the managers don't think it is still a good idea to sell at that discount, so they sell the value stocks in their portfolio to cover instead, which triggered the drop of value stocks. Or, when the growth stocks seem cheap some Fund may voluntarily sell value stocks to buy growth stocks. The market is a whole and it is almost impossible for NASDAQ to drop 15% while the DOW remain intact - although the value stocks are less influenced.

I think it is 100% CYA (Cover Your A**) on the part of Game Stop. They don't want anyone buying in at ridiculous prices, getting burned, and then trying to turn around sue them for "fraud". (E.g. Your stock was XXX, I bought at YYY, and now its ZZZ you guys mislead us!!!) Of course this begs the statement that they wouldn't have added this randomly. They *know* the stock is coming down. It's that simple. Could it possibly be 150+ *AFTER* a reinvention of GME? Sure. That could be a couple years away, though. If you are confident in the turn around and bought high, you may be OK as long as you HODL. If you are on a short time frame, bought high, and have to eat a loss... well that's not so good.
You buy a $10 put for stock ZZZ for $1. At expiration, stock ZZZ trades for $9.50. How much money is your put worth? $0.50. How much did you spend? $1 What is your profit/loss? You lost $0.50 if you exercise the option and buy shares for $9.50. If you don't exercise the option, you paid $1 for nothing.
