To memorize something like a 24 word seed you need to do story associations. For example, here is a bogus 24 word seed: Answer Pattern Name Stove Basic Narrow Invite Fork Base Approve Island Foil Story Force Patient Barely Narrow Fortune Myth Naive Involve Food Iron Anxiety So you memorize the words by associating them to a story. The ANSWER is I see a PATTERN as a NAME. It's on a STOVE that's very BASIC in a NARROW area. This requires me to INVITE people who have a FORK in the BASE of their hand so I can APPROVE their entry to my ISLAND. I can FOIL their bogus STORY by FORCE if I am PATIENT enough. I BARELY missed one through a NARROW path, but my FORTUNE was safe everyone thought it was a MYTH. I wasn't NAIVE especially when I INVOLVE FOOD that has IRON in it as it calms my ANXIETY. When you memorize this little story just repeat it to yourself every day.
If QC happens and hack the blockchain, we can identify the first block it happens and FORK that block to a QC proof algo. The only issue with that is if they hack small amount on forgotten/lost/dormant wallet nobody's looking at.
Burning Bitcoins from vulnerable addresses is NOT A SOFT FORK That would undermine bitcoin completely. It's better QC hackers steal some coins, but burning coins via Fork is a brutal proposal, that means nobody's coins are safe and can be just burned anytime if enough people want it? serious problem!

There's a lot going on in the background. Heavy hitters from shib, pepe and doge are holders. They've brought out staking with 5% apy with no lock up times. Take in and out freely. They're bring out a revenue share model which will be paying holders in ETH, which is unreal. It's extremely hard to find a high reward meme coin that's not a scam or the team won't just bail at the first sign of a down turn. Crypto other than BTC is irrelevant as well. Banning them would have little impact. China ban on BTC as a MoE is more significant.U And USAs quasi ban on use of BTC as a MoE (via tax liability) is also more significant. ETFs are gaining an ever larger market share of BTC- and they hold the power to accept or reject any FORK in the protocol- giving them the power to fork the protocol and eliminate all BTC held by them in any other fork.
