For those who might get similarly stuck after DELETING one's Yubico key, be aware that as you added your Yubico key, (or as we did two identical Yubico keys), your Coinbase account also linked up 1 or 2 or more Yubico Authenticator accounts as well, even if you aren't aware of them. Now, here's the rub (Design Flaw):  We added two Yubico Keys on the same day. Behind the scenes, this inherently linked two Yubico Authenticators (one from each of our keys) into our Coinbase 2FA Settings -> Authenticators. Today, 6 weeks later, we opted to DELETE our Yubikey. Simple enough. We log in. Go to 2FA Settings. We deleted Key #1. Coinbase software DID NOT default to Yubikey #2 (our backup key).  Instead, it defaulted to two unbeknownst Yubico Authenticator accounts. Accounts that were inherited without our knowledge (a design flaw). This baffled us, as we had never set up ANY Authenticator 2FA for this account. It's a newer account. Just the 2 Yubikeys. So, our account did not revert back to TEXT 2FA as we had before. As we expected would happen.  Instead, it had a behind-the-scenes fail safe of these two Yubico OTP Authenticator accounts.   To clarify: each Yubikey also has its own Authenticator OTP 6 digit 2FA code generator (applet) that can be found in your Yubico Authenticator app under Accounts in Microsoft Windows (probably in MacOS as well IDK).  Of you plug both keys in simultaneously, you will see two Yubico Authenticators in the Yubico Authenticator App automatically generating two non-identical random sets of 6 digit codes. Plug only key#1 in and you'll only see that key's Authenticator. These Yubikey Authenticators function exactly the same as the Google Authenticator. The only difference is that they may become linked up in your Coinbase 2FA security settings without you being aware of them.   Not to beat a dead horse, but the DELETION of a Yubikey should also delete the linked Yubikey Authenticator. It does not. Coinbase DEV should address this.

No, not at all. You never want to go with tweeted CA’s bro. Recipe for disaster tbh, not to mention why would u wait on someone else to post some shit when u have the ability to find/track tokens yourself? Once u get ur setup dialed, ur going to essentially know who’s involved w/ the token, who are KOLs, before anything is posted to twitter. U don’t even need the token to be part of a big ass cabal of influencers when ur getting in this early, ur essentially just making sure the token isn’t bundled ridiculously & how it’s bundled/DEV/top traders don’t own 80%+ of the supply or sum shit/has a decent looking website that’s a functional dApp w/ no recycled css components/twitter isn’t recycled/name of the token is memeable and not low effort garbage/not too many fresh wallets/etc. The idea is to buy @ around $7k-$15k on PF before graduation, and then to dump as soon as u hit ur sell target, which will usually be some time after the token graduates to Raydium, which usually always pumps the token a bit. The only way u could feasibly monitor new pairs on Solana is thru Raydium’s API, basically listening to all transactions involving Raydium Pool V4 Addresses, decoding these transactions and scanning your logs looking for the word “initialize 2”. It’s not like Ethereum, which has a public mempool. But i’m just not sure if this would even be worth it honestly. I usually set monitors looking for new tokens at certain mcaps # that im looking to ape into. But this strat is just for rando tokens. If there’s narrative behind a newly launched token, (dev of a previous successful project/news/Elon tweet/mascot of some shit that’s trending currently/justice for something/etc) everything changes.

As a new member of Hege I would like to talk about my experience in the meme coin space. Ive always dabbled with meme coins for a couple of years but never saw much value in them. I recently started looking into meme coins again and searched FOREVER to find a coin that was legit. Once I found Hege I joined the telegram and connected with the members there. A nicely written and very factual post on why Kendu will be the real deal this altcoin/memecoin season. I am so done with this sh1tcoin, man. Worst investment I have ever made. I did not lose any money due to DCA, which helped me break even. The stress, however, has been so terrible. First, after one of the key devs left, it suffered a catastrophic sell off where I was able to literally 10x what I had for a fraction of what I had put in originally. THEN, said DEV returns. What?! The? Funk, man? After, it had issues with MultiChain which led to further sell offs even though any Fantom wasn't directly stolen due its bridge between Fantom and MultiChain. Finally, this where $7,000,000 gets "stolen". This isn't the Wild Wild West. This is is just god damn insanity.

I don't know how you are calculating the Sharpe but its not 1.93. The CAGR is 30% give or take. The rfr is 4% The STD DEV of the past 4 years is 166% (2021 really screws it up) So your 4 retyrns would be 30%,326%,-57%,52% This gives you an expected return of 88% Assuming you buy in in 2019 for 8k and you go to today you have a Sharpe of 0.71 Which is a bad investment by Sharpe ratio standards.

Prl fuged me up, dev rugged moment of Kucoin listing, and they launched some recovery project and issued holders but I heard about it late, can't remember... it looked so promising too. Also UNIFY coin created an exchange on site, I deposited to it and the dev let the website die, nobody used the site and it had bugs so I lost them all in that trap. OH C-Cex this russian exchange... I deposited to buy XVG as you know the arbitrage trap of "wow I found a life hack" turns immediately into "OH... that's why the price difference, i'm stuck"... where I tried to withdraw and I got some garbled english pop up like "trying too soon to withdraw"... then the guy running the site went on a holiday... (with XVG depegged and offline) comes back weeks later said "oh there's been a hack all XVG gone, but it okay" proceeded to issue everyone a baseless XVG refund token, people traded it for a fraction of real XVG. Real XVG went 300% after that and I was stuck in some scam exchange. Coinmarkets exchange got DDoS to death. I'm still waiting for Grant Thornton to stop leeching my crypto funds from Cryptopia NZ "hack".. only really ETH was stolen I remember some dev in chat bragging about how unsecure Ethereum network is... the BAM, everything up for liquidation. I've heard some pretty valid rumors that Cryptopia team then sold a bunch of everyone's shitcoins on Hitbtc, to then launch and list their own project CennZ Centrality AI, which incidentally still has a marketcap of 14m after dropping 96% value from launch. I almost got caught up in the ForkDelta (EtherDelta) expoit. Was in Bitconnect. Oh here's a funny one... this shit token "SMEG Mars" a token for testicular cancer, was all "we are rug proof fully audited" part true... so I buy some, go in the LP, over night the DEV apparently issues that night an announcement "don't worry if you see the LP change i'm just checking something", he pulls ALL value from LP, then launches a new contract, changes the website contract to the new one and says "new contract, airdrop to all holders". He air drops the new token (not audited), to all people who had SMEG in their wallets... but nobody who was in the LP (me). I tell them in discord, and get absolutely slandered by all the mooner shillers hoping zombies. The guy literally rugged over night. The salt in that wound is a week later they were advertising in Times Square with the money they'd just stolen from people like me. Oh I didn't get caught in this one but always found it interesting if we talking about OGs remembering stuff ahha.. Bitbean hack. Bitbean was this coin with its own wallet and I think POS like most alts were back in the day (not tokens on other networks, just forks of bitcore stuff)... and they were really one of the first to go retail, they had prepaid cards you could buy in grocery shops with Bitbean coin on them, looked really spiff, tidy, solid job on them, they worked.. you could buy a physical card, send it to a friend and they could redeem it (or tell if it was tampered)... anyway so one of the Devs forces a checkpoint on the blockchain, everyone's wallets go offline while he proceeds to absolutely dump the hell out of it on every exchange (I think with fake tokens) idk the exact details but I sorta got how it worked back when I was into QT wallets. Someone did something similar to Mouse Coin, they blocked everyone withdrawing somehow (maybe so few nodes it could be messed with).. anyway with Mouse Coin, the staking was nuts, I literally staked so many into the quintillions, I had multiple wallets all brimming with them... we'd do give aways in Trollbox on Nova Exchange for fun, was fun to fund them. Anyway that died. But some devs revived it into Mic3, I had so many though I felt bad for the DIY open source kids trying to get it back to life, so I didn't end up swapping to the new project, I'd have owned most of supply lol and they seemed bogged down anyway. Nova Exchange I dearly miss (along with Cryptopia), true grass roots shit coin heavens... Dark Doge was born there e.g. XVG. So many no names made names for themselves. They had base pairs to Doge, which solved the decimal issue where you couldn't trade high supply shitcoins because they were below 1SAT value, or people would just flip them for 2SAT even if they really deserved to be worth 20SAT it couldn't break free of the traders buying for 1 selling for 2, so Doge solved that as a base pair. I've got like 50 more of these stories, but I think i'll leave it there.

ITT: Lots of people who have never made games speaking on behalf of every game developer with highly misinformed opinions. There are many interesting possibilities for the use of decentralised assets in games (even if the game is centralized). A lot of these use cases make more sense for smaller games rather than the AAA studios that seem to be all anyone thinks about when this topic comes up. Think small online indie game that ultimately has to close shop and shut down the servers, but has a small loyal fan base. Well all their assets still exist and the community can continue the game (community servers etc) without starting from scratch. Trying to start out as an indie dev, well contrary to the reddit idea that every game that gets released gets loads of players and the devs get rich, most games never get an audience at all. There are many NFT projects with huge audiences and integrating those NFTs into your game could be a good way to bootstrap inital users. Many people have already mentioned being able to resell items when you are done with the game and recoup some money, and the only counter argument to that I ever hear is "NO DEV WOULD DO THAT AS IT WOULDN'T MAKE SENSE"..erm yeah...stop speaking on behalf of devs. There are plenty that would and it would make sense if there is an audience that wants that, which clearly there is.

I like the horizontal scaling and app chain design of Cosmos. ATOM seems like a store of value token for that ecosystem that is currently under attack from money hungry dev team. No way do they need to dilute ATOM as much as they wanted to in atom 2.0. The current DEV teams for ATOM are working backwards.
